A3 and an exception handling submodule 434 controls the setting module 2 according to the data of the voice monitoring submodule 432, disassociates the terminal 5 which is determined to be in an exception state from the privacy number, and disables the account of the terminal 5.

Claims (8)

1. An active number protection system is characterized by comprising a registration module (1), a setting module (2), an access module (3) and an application platform (4),
the registration module (1) is used for registering an account number of the terminal (5), and the registration module (1) is used for uploading identity card information of the terminal (5) and signing an agreement and regulation;
the setting module (2) is used for associating the privacy number with the number of the terminal (5) and acquiring the privacy number, and the setting module (2) can set the service time of the privacy number;
the access module (3) is used for accessing the use authority of the privacy number on a dialing interface and an incoming call interface of the terminal (5), the access module (3) comprises a dialing submodule (31) and an incoming call prompt submodule (32),
the dialing submodule (31) is used for acquiring data of the privacy number in the setting module (2) and providing a dialing key of the privacy number on a dialing interface of the terminal (5) so that the terminal (5) can select the privacy number to dial out;
the incoming call prompt submodule (32) is used for acquiring a private number dialing record of the dialing submodule (31), and the incoming call prompt submodule (32) can judge whether a dialing number is dialed by the private number according to the incoming call number of the terminal (5) so as to provide a source of the dialing number on an incoming call interface of the terminal (5);
the application platform (4) is used for managing privacy numbers and terminals, the application platform (4) comprises an interference-free module (41), the interference-free module (41) is used for setting interference-free time, the interference-free module (41) can acquire the source of the number judged by the incoming call prompt sub-module (32), and the interference-free module (41) controls the terminal (5) not to carry out incoming call prompt when an incoming call is carried out through the number dialed by the privacy number in the interference-free time;
the application platform (4) further comprises a monitoring module (43), and the monitoring module (43) is used for judging whether illegal contents exist in the call behavior of the terminal (5) or not by acquiring the data of the dialing submodule (31) and the call data adopting the privacy number in the terminal (5);
the monitoring module (43) comprises a dialing monitoring submodule (431), a voice monitoring submodule (432) and an exception handling submodule (433), wherein the dialing monitoring submodule (431) is used for acquiring data of the dialing submodule (31) so as to obtain the number of times that the terminal (5) uses the privacy number and the number of different numbers dialed by the privacy number within a time range, and when the number of times that the terminal (5) uses the privacy number and the number of different numbers dialed by the privacy number exceed a pre-alarm threshold value within the time range, the dialing monitoring submodule (431) judges the terminal (5) to be in an early-warning state;
the voice monitoring submodule (432) is used for acquiring data of the dialing monitoring submodule (431), and the voice monitoring submodule (432) monitors conversation contents which adopt privacy numbers in the terminal (5) judged to be in an early warning state; the voice monitoring submodule (432) is provided with a violation illegal keyword library, the voice monitoring submodule (432) can convert voice sent by the terminal (5) within preset time into characters, the voice monitoring submodule (432) can match and compare the characters of the voice corresponding to the terminal (5) with the internal keywords of the violation illegal keyword library, the number of times of violation illegal keywords appearing in the conversation content of the privacy number within the preset time is calculated, and when the number of times of violation illegal keywords appearing in the characters of the voice corresponding to the terminal (5) in the conversation content exceeds an abnormal threshold value, the voice monitoring submodule (432) judges the terminal (5) to be in an abnormal state;
the exception handling submodule (433) is used for acquiring data of the voice monitoring submodule (432), and the exception handling submodule (433) can control the setting module (2) to enable the terminal (5) which is judged to be in the abnormal state to be disassociated from the privacy number and disable an account number of the terminal (5).

An active number protection system according to claim 1, wherein: the application platform (4) further comprises a dialing suggestion module (42), the dialing suggestion module (42) comprises a number identification submodule (421) and a dialing prompt submodule (422), and the number identification submodule (421) acquires the number of a dialing interface of the terminal (5) and the number of an address book of the terminal (5) so as to identify whether the number of the dialing interface belongs to an unfamiliar number; the dialing prompt submodule (422) is used for acquiring data of the number identification submodule (421), so that when the number identification submodule (421) identifies the number of the dialing interface as a strange number, the dialing prompt submodule (422) prompts a user of the terminal (5) whether to dial the private number or not.

An active number protection system according to claim 2, wherein: the dialing suggestion module (42) is provided with a number repository (423), the number repository (423) is used for storing numbers to which the service enterprises belong, the number identification submodule (421) can match and compare the numbers of the dialing interface of the terminal (5) with the numbers of the number repository (423) to identify whether the numbers of the dialing interface belong to the enterprise numbers, and when the numbers of the dialing interface are identified as strange numbers, the dialing prompt submodule (422) prompts the enterprise to which the numbers of the dialing interface belong to a user of the terminal (5).

An active number protection system according to claim 2, wherein: the dialing suggestion module (42) further comprises a dialing record submodule (424), wherein the dialing record submodule (424) is used for acquiring dialing data of the dialing submodule (31) so as to record numbers dialed out by privacy numbers and establish a privacy number dialing library; the dialing submodule (31) can acquire data of the privacy number dialing bank, and when the terminal (5) dials the numbers of the privacy number dialing bank, the dialing submodule (31) automatically selects the privacy numbers to dial out.
5. An active number protection system according to claim 4, wherein: the dialing recording sub-module (424) can also delete the numbers of the privacy number dialing library.

An active number protection system according to claim 1, wherein: the application platform (4) further comprises an account management module (44), the account management module (44) comprises a charging submodule (441) and a recharging submodule (442), and the charging submodule (441) is used for acquiring data dialed by a terminal (5) in the setting module (2) through a privacy number so as to calculate the cost of the terminal (5) through the duration of the privacy number; the recharging sub-module (442) is used for recharging an account of the terminal (5), and the recharging sub-module (442) is in butt joint with the payment platform.
7. An active number protection system according to claim 1, wherein: the setting module (2) is provided with a privacy number database (21), and the privacy number database (21) is used for storing and updating privacy numbers.

An active number protection system according to claim 7, wherein: the setting module (2) comprises a privacy number acquisition submodule (22) and an effectiveness setting submodule (23), wherein the privacy number acquisition submodule (22) is used for receiving a privacy number demand signal of the terminal (5) and associating the privacy number of the privacy number database (21) with the real number of the terminal (5); the time-efficiency setting submodule (23) is used for setting the service time of the privacy number, and the time-efficiency setting submodule (23) can disassociate the privacy number from the real number of the terminal (5) after the service time of the privacy number.
