Detailed Description
In order to make the technical problems, technical solutions and advantageous effects to be solved by the present invention more clearly apparent, the present invention is further described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
Referring to fig. 1 to 8 together, a cable sheath dresser according to the present invention will now be described. The cable sheath trimmer comprises a shell 1, a sliding plate 2 and a driving piece 4.
The shell 1 has an accommodating cavity 10, one end of the shell 1 is provided with a first opening 11 communicated with the accommodating cavity 10, the other end of the shell is detachably connected with a grinding sheet 3, a user can hold the shell 1 by hand and polish the cable sheath through the grinding sheet 3, and because the grinding sheet 3 and the end part of the shell 1 are detachably connected, the grinding sheet 3 can be replaced and the whole shell 1 is not required to be replaced. One side of the housing 1 is provided with a second opening 12 communicated with the accommodating cavity 10, and the other side (the side of the housing 1 opposite to the second opening 12) is provided with a strip-shaped hole 13 communicated with the accommodating cavity 10. In the present embodiment, for convenience of description, the end where the grinding sheet 3 is located is referred to as the front end of the casing 1, and the side where the strip-shaped hole 13 is located is referred to as the upper side of the casing 1; accordingly, the first opening 11 is located at the end of the rear end of the housing 1, and the second opening 12 is located at the end of the lower side of the housing 1.
The sliding plate 2 is arranged in the accommodating cavity 10, and the rear end of the sliding plate 2 (i.e. the end of the sliding plate 2 facing the first opening 11) is provided with a first edge surface 21, so that a user can cut a cable sheath by the first edge surface 21, and the sharpness of the first edge surface 21 is the same as that of a cable cutter in the prior art. The underside of the slide plate 2 (i.e. the side of the slide plate 2 facing the second opening 12) is provided with a second blade surface 22, and a user can finish cutting the cable sheath by the second blade surface 22, and the sharpness of the second blade surface 22 is the same as that of the prior art knife. It should be added that the specific arrangement positions of the first blade surface 21 and the second blade surface 22 can be exchanged, and in the embodiment, the first blade surface 21 is arranged corresponding to the end of the housing 1 so that the user can hold the housing 1 to cut the cable sheath, considering that the user is required to exert a larger force when cutting the cable sheath, so that the first blade surface 21 is arranged at the rear end of the sliding plate 2.
The driving member 4 is fixedly connected to the upper surface of the sliding plate 2, and one end of the driving member 4 extends out of the housing 1 through the strip-shaped hole 13. The driving member 4 is adapted to be connected to the housing 1 to limit the sliding plate 2 from moving outward of the housing 1 along the axial direction of the second opening 12, so as to limit the second blade surface 22 from protruding out of the housing 1. The driver 4 is also adapted to be inserted into the strip-shaped hole 13 and to be moved in the axial direction of the strip-shaped hole 13 so that the second facet 22 protrudes from the second opening 12. The driver 4 is also adapted to move in the axial direction of the first opening 11 so that the first edge surface 21 protrudes from the first opening 11. It should be noted that, when the user holds the housing 1 and works with the second blade surface 22, the user grips the protruding end of the driving member 4 with fingers to limit the axial movement of the driving member 4 along the first opening 11.
When finishing the cable sheath, the user holds the housing 1, moves the driving member 4 to make one end of the sliding plate 2 extend out from the first opening 11, and then cuts the cable through the first blade face 21 on the extending end of the sliding plate 2 to cut off the old cable. Thereafter, the driver 4 is moved in the axial direction of the strip-shaped hole 13 so that one side of the slide plate 2 protrudes through the second opening 12 and the cable can be cut by the second blade surface 22 on the protruding side of the slide plate 2. Finally, the cable sheath can be ground by the grinding pieces 3 fixed to the ends of the housing 1. After the cable sheath is trimmed, the connecting part of the new cable and the old cable is more attractive and durable.
In practice, the grinding sheet 3 will gradually become dulled with use, so that the grinding sheet 3 needs to be replaced after a period of use. In this device, because abrasive disc 3 and shell 1 adopt the relation of dismantling the connection, consequently when needs change abrasive disc 3, can take off abrasive disc 3 by the tip of shell 1 to install new abrasive disc 3, can not take place abrasive disc 3 and damage or the passivation and lead to the condition that this device wholly changed.
The driving piece 4 is moved to a state of being connected with the shell 1, the sliding plate 2 is limited in the accommodating cavity 10, the first blade surface 21 and the second blade surface 22 are both in a state of not extending out of the shell 1, and the situation that a user is injured by the first blade surface 21 and the second blade surface 22 or the situation that the user is damaged due to collision with a hard object can be avoided.
Compared with the prior art, the cable sheath trimmer provided by the invention has the advantages that the first blade surface 21 and the second blade surface 22 are arranged on the sliding plate 2, and the driving piece 4 can limit the movement of the sliding plate 2; and the abrasive disc 3 is connected to one end of the shell 1, so that the problem that one of the abrasive discs is lost in a cable laying process is avoided, and the problem that the cable laying efficiency is difficult to guarantee due to the loss of tools in the prior art is solved.
It should be noted that, in order to facilitate adjustment of the driving member 4, the protruding end of the driving member 4 is provided with a handle 421, and in order to avoid the handle 421 from affecting the insertion of the driving member 4 into the strip-shaped hole 13, the axial direction of the handle 421 is parallel to the axial direction of the strip-shaped hole 13, and the handle is inserted into the strip-shaped hole 13 together with the driving member 4.
The slide plate 2 is generally composed of a plastic plate, which is a portion connected to the driving member 4, and a metal plate, which is detachably connected to the plastic plate by bolts, and has one end protruding from an edge of the plastic plate and provided with the first edge surface 21 and a bottom surface provided with the second edge surface 22.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, as an embodiment of the trimmer for cable sheath provided by the present invention, the driving member 4 includes a sliding rod 41 and a limiting plate 42.
The sliding rod 41 is inserted into the strip-shaped hole 13, one end of the sliding rod is inserted into the accommodating cavity 10 and is rotatably connected with the sliding plate 2, and the other end of the sliding rod extends out of the shell 1 through the strip-shaped hole 13; the slide lever 41 is able to rotate about its own axis. The stopper plate 42 is fixedly attached to the projecting end of the slide rod 41 for abutting against the side face of the housing 1, being inserted into the bar-shaped hole 13 and moving in the axial direction of the bar-shaped hole 13, and moving in the axial direction of the first opening 11. That is, the slide rod 41 is capable of moving in the axial direction of the bar hole 13, and the stopper plate 42 has a capability of abutting on the upper side of the housing 1 to restrict the movement of the slide rod 41, and also has a capability of being inserted into the bar hole 13 to move in the axial direction of the bar hole 13 together with the slide rod 41. The slide rod 41 is also able to move in the axial direction of the first opening 11, and in the process, the limit plate 42 does not interfere with the movement of the slide rod 41.
Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, the user can be through the user state of adjustment limiting plate 42, and manual removal driving piece 4, makes first faceted pebble 21 or second faceted pebble 22 stretch out on sliding plate 2, and this process of stretching out is comparatively convenient, can guarantee the availability factor when in-service use, and then has guaranteed the work efficiency of cable finishing process.
It should be added that the handle 421 mentioned in the foregoing is connected to the top surface of the limiting plate 42 for the convenience of the user to hold.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5 together, as an embodiment of the trimmer for cable sheath according to the present invention, a sliding rod 41 is connected to the sliding plate 2 through a connecting plate 43; the lower side of the connecting plate 43 is fixedly connected with the sliding plate 2, and the upper side is provided with a rotary groove 431 inserted with the sliding rod 41; the end surface of the sliding bar 41 connected to the sliding plate 2 (i.e., the portion of the sliding bar 41 inserted into the rotating groove 431) is provided with a rotating plate 411, and the rotating plate 411 is rotatably disposed in the rotating groove 431 and is used for restricting the sliding bar 41 from being separated from the rotating groove 431. It is understood herein that the size of the entrance of the rotary groove 431 is smaller than the size of the inner cavity of the rotary groove 431, the rotating disc 411 can rotate in the inner cavity of the rotary groove 431, and the size of the rotating disc 411 is smaller than the size of the entrance of the rotary groove 431.
Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, realized slide bar 41 and connecting plate 43's rotation and be connected, when in actual application, the integrated configuration of carousel 411 and connecting plate 43 can restrict slide bar 41 and break away from sliding plate 2 moreover, has improved the structural strength of this device to and the structural stability when in actual use.
It should be noted that, as shown in fig. 4, the connecting plate 43 is connected to the plastic plate portion of the sliding plate 2, and the connecting manner is generally that holes are punched in the connecting plate 43 and the top surface of the sliding plate 2, and the holes are screwed by bolts.
Referring to fig. 4, as an embodiment of the trimmer for cable sheath provided by the present invention, an elastic member 44 is sleeved on the sliding rod 41, and two ends of the elastic member 44 are respectively connected to the upper cavity wall of the accommodating cavity 10 and the outer top wall of the connecting plate 43 for driving the sliding rod 41 to slide. That is, the elastic force provided by the elastic member 44 is applied to the sliding plate 2 in the up-down direction, and specifically, the elastic member 44 applies an elastic force to the connecting plate 43 (i.e., to the sliding plate 2) to move downward, so that the sliding plate 2 protrudes out of the housing 1 from below the accommodating chamber 10.
Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, stretch out holding chamber 10 through elastic component 44 drive sliding plate 2, avoid manpower drive sliding plate 2 to remove (pulling sliding plate 2 or pressing limiting plate 42 down), improved the stability of this device when using.
It should be added that the elastic member 44 is generally made of a spring, and during the use process, because the elastic member 44 is sleeved on the sliding rod 41, the sliding rod 41 plays a role of preventing the spring from elastically buckling, thereby further improving the structural stability of the device.
Referring to fig. 4, as an embodiment of the trimmer for cable sheath provided by the present invention, the strip-shaped hole 13 includes a through hole 131 and a relief hole 132.
Wherein, the through hole 131 is arranged on the upper surface of the housing 1 and is communicated with the accommodating cavity 10. The relief hole 132 communicates with the accommodation chamber 10 and the through hole 131, and extends in the axial direction of the first opening 11 (i.e., the rear of the housing 1).
When in use, the sliding rod 41 can move into the avoiding hole 132; the cross sections of the limiting plate 42 and the through hole 131 are rectangular and have different lengths and widths; the length and width of the stopper plate 42 are smaller than the sectional length and width of the through-hole 131, respectively, and the length of the stopper plate 42 is larger than the width of the through-hole 131. Therefore, the stopper plate 42 can be inserted into the through-hole 131 while the stopper plate 42 is in the position where the length and width are provided corresponding to the length and width of the through-hole 131, respectively. Also, the length of the stopper plate 42 is greater than the width of the through-hole 131, and therefore, when the stopper plate 42 is rotated about the slide lever 41 to a position where the length and width do not correspond to the length and width of the through-hole 131, the stopper plate 42 moves downward to abut on the upper side surface of the housing 1, thereby restricting the downward movement of the slide plate 2 by the slide lever 41.
In summary, when the user rotates the stopper plate 42 to a position where the length and width of the stopper plate 42 do not correspond to the length and width of the through-hole 131, the slide lever 41 cannot move downward, thereby restricting the slide plate 2 from moving downward such that the second blade surface 22 cannot protrude from the second opening 12. When the stopper plate 42 is rotated to a position where the length and width of the stopper plate 42 correspond to those of the through-hole 131, the stopper plate 42 is pressed downward so that the second blade surface 22 protrudes from the second opening 12. The user moves the slide rod 41 into the escape hole 132 and continues to move in the extending direction of the escape hole 132 (i.e., in the front of the housing 1), so that the first blade surface 21 protrudes from the first opening 11.
By adopting the technical scheme, the extension state of the first blade surface 21 and the second blade surface 22 can be adjusted, and the structural strength and the structural stability in practical use of the device are improved.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2 together, as an embodiment of the trimmer for cable sheath provided by the present invention,
the width of the limit plate 42 is greater than that of the avoidance hole 132; two clamping grooves 1321 are arranged on the hole walls of the two sides of the avoidance hole 132, and the clamping grooves 1321 penetrate through the upper side face of the shell 1; the clamping groove 1321 and the portion of the limiting plate 42 protruding out of the avoiding hole 132 are matched, the clamping groove 1321 and the avoiding hole 132 are combined to form a limiting area for embedding the limiting plate 42, and after the limiting plate 42 is embedded into the limiting area, the limiting plate 42 cannot move in the horizontal direction.
By adopting the technical scheme, when the driving piece 4 is moved to the state that the first blade surface 21 extends out of the first opening 11, the limiting plate 42 is inserted into the clamping groove 1321, so that the limiting plate 42 is limited in the front-back direction; when cutting the cable sheath through first faceted pebble 21 this moment, the condition that limiting plate 42 removed along the fore-and-aft direction can not take place, and then guaranteed the stability of this device when in actual use.
It should be added that when the stopper plate 42 is inserted into the retaining groove 1321, the second blade surface 22 moves downward but does not protrude from the second opening 12.
When the second edge surface 22 contacts the cable sheath and exerts a force, an upward force is provided to the sliding plate 2, which force can overcome the elastic force provided by the elastic member 44 to move the sliding plate 2 upward; when the cable sheath cutting device is used specifically, a user can prevent the sliding plate 2 from moving upwards by propping the upper surface of the limiting plate 42 with the hand, but when the limiting plate 42 moves to the upper end opening of the through hole 131, the second blade surface 22 cannot cut the cable sheath if the second blade surface already extends into the accommodating cavity 10; therefore, in order to avoid this situation, please refer to fig. 1 and fig. 7 together, as an embodiment of the trimmer for cable sheath provided by the present invention, a first sliding slot 1311 recessed along a radial direction of the through hole 131 is disposed on a hole wall of the through hole 131, and a second sliding slot 1312 communicating with the first sliding slot 1311 is disposed on an outer top wall of the housing 1; the housing 1 is further provided with a tightening plate 133 slidably disposed in the first sliding groove 1311, and the tightening plate 133 is configured to extend into the through hole 131 along the first sliding groove 1311 and to abut against an upper end surface of the limit plate 42 inserted into the through hole 131, so as to limit the limit plate 42 from continuously moving upward. The tightening plate 133 is connected to a driving arm 134, and the driving arm 134 extends along the second sliding slot 1312, so that a user can drive the tightening plate manually.
By adopting the above technical scheme, the user makes one end of the tightening plate 133 extend out of the first sliding groove 1311 and abut against the upwardly moving limiting plate 42 by moving the driving arm 134, so as to avoid the influence of the reaction force on the second blade surface 22 and ensure the stability of the device in the actual use process.
It should be added that the driving arm 134 is generally connected to an end of the tightening plate 133 facing into the first sliding chute 1311; the side wall of the through hole 131 opposite to the opening of the first sliding groove 1311 is further provided with a slot for inserting the abutting plate 133, so that when the abutting plate 133 receives the upward reaction force of the limiting plate 42, two ends of the abutting plate 133 are limited by the first sliding groove 1311 and the slot respectively, and the abutting plate 133 can bear and offset the reaction force more stably.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 3 and fig. 7, as a specific embodiment of the trimmer for cable sheath provided by the present invention, baffles 14 are hinged to the first opening 11 and the second opening 12, the baffles 14 are used for blocking the first opening 11 and the second opening 12, and a torsion spring 141 is disposed on a hinge shaft of the baffles 14 and the housing 1; the two ends of the torsion spring 141 are respectively connected to the baffle 14 and the housing 1, and are used for driving the baffle 14 to swing relative to the housing 1 until the plate surface of the baffle 14 is perpendicular to the axial direction of the corresponding first opening 11 or second opening 12 (it can be understood that the baffle 14 swings to a state of blocking the first opening 11 and second opening 12). When the driving member 4 drives the first edge surface 21 or the second edge surface 22 to extend out of the first opening 11 or the second opening 12, the sliding plate 2 can push the baffle plate 14 against the swinging force provided by the torsion spring 141; after the sliding plate 2 is received in the accommodating cavity 10, the torsion spring 141 can drive the baffle 14 to restore to a state of blocking the first opening 11 and the second opening 12.
By adopting the technical scheme, the baffle plate 14 can block the first opening 11 and the second opening 12, so that external dust is prevented from entering the accommodating cavity 10, and the first blade surface 21 and the second blade surface 22 are effectively protected; and torsional spring 141 can drive baffle 14 and swing automatically to the state of shutoff first opening 11 and second opening 12, has further guaranteed the structural stability of this device.
It should be added that two baffles 14 corresponding to the first opening 11 or the second opening 12 may be provided, and two baffles 14 are provided on two sides of the first edge surface 21 or the second edge surface 22 respectively.
Referring to fig. 4 and fig. 6, as a specific embodiment of the trimmer for cable sheath provided by the present invention, the abrasive sheet 3 is provided with a positioning hole 31, and the end surface of the housing 1 is provided with a thread groove 15; when the positioning holes 31 and the thread grooves 15 are coincided, the grinding plate 3 and the shell 1 are connected through the screws 5. Specifically, the screw 5 is inserted into the thread groove 15 through the positioning hole 31, the screw portion of the screw 5 is in threaded connection with the thread groove 15, and the head portion of the screw 5 abuts against the grinding plate 3.
Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, realized dismantling of shell 1 and abrasive disc 3 through screw 5 and connected for abrasive disc 3 in this device is more convenient when changing.
It should be added that the application of the screws 5 to the device is not inconvenient, since the screw driver is applied during the cable laying process (when the protective cover of the cable box is removed, the screw driver is used for removal).
When the cable sheath is polished on the surface of the abrasive disc 3, the extending part of the screw 5 can influence the normal movement of the cable sheath and even damage the cable sheath; therefore, to avoid this situation, please refer to fig. 4 and fig. 6 together, as an embodiment of the cable sheath dresser provided by the present invention, the diameter of the positioning hole 31 gradually decreases from outside to inside (specifically, gradually decreases along the direction from the polishing surface of the grinding sheet 3 to the connecting side surface of the grinding sheet 3 and the housing 1); when the grinding plate 3 is connected with the shell 1 through the screw 5, the screw part of the screw 5 is in threaded connection with the thread groove 15, and the head part of the screw 5 is inserted into the positioning hole 31 and is abutted against the hole wall of the positioning hole 31, so that the connection between the grinding plate 3 and the shell 1 cannot be loosened.
Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, because the aperture of locating hole 31 diminishes, make the head of screw 5 and the pore wall of locating hole 31 link to each other, avoid the head of screw 5 to stretch out the surface of abrasive disc 3 and just can fix, and then avoid abrasive disc 3 among the aforementioned problem to receive the influence when using, guaranteed the reliability of this device when practical application.
The above description is only for the purpose of illustrating the preferred embodiments of the present invention and is not to be construed as limiting the invention, and any modifications, equivalents and improvements made within the spirit and principle of the present invention are intended to be included within the scope of the present invention.
