Description

Thermal shrinkage sealing method for multiple combined wire harnesses
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of thermal shrinkage sealing, in particular to a thermal shrinkage sealing method for a plurality of combined wire harnesses.
Background
At present, the automobile becomes a tool for riding instead of walking for people on daily trips, and the safe operation of the automobile is always concerned. The wire harness in the automobile is directly related to the safe operation of the automobile, so the sealing requirement of the automobile field on the wire harness is higher. However, in the conventional sealing method in the automobile field, after the wire harnesses are connected, the heat-shrinkable sealing tube is used for heat-shrinkable sealing, however, one side of the existing partial wire harness sealing point contains a plurality of small wire harnesses, the middle of each small wire harness is provided with a gap, water or steam and the like can enter through the gap after heat-shrinkable, so that the product sealing effect is poor, and the product qualification rate is low.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention is directed to a method for sealing a plurality of combined wire harnesses by heat shrinking, so as to solve the problems mentioned in the background art. In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme: a heat-shrinkable sealing method for a plurality of combined wire harnesses comprises the following steps:
(1) taking a thermal shrinkage sealing tube and a connecting terminal, and respectively sleeving the two side wire harnesses, wherein one wire harness is a plurality of combined wire harnesses, and the other side is a single wire harness;
(2) stripping off the insulating skins of all the small wire harnesses of the combined wire harnesses, and connecting the inner metal wires with the inner metal wires of the single wire harness;
(3) sleeving the connecting terminal on the metal wire connecting part, and performing hot-press molding through a hot-press molding machine to realize tight connection of the metal wire connecting part and avoid the phenomenon of poor contact;
(4) taking a hot-melt adhesive tape, and putting the hot-melt adhesive tape into the combined wire harnesses to enable the hot-melt adhesive tape to be positioned in gaps among the combined wire harnesses;
(5) the thermal shrinkage sealing pipe is sleeved on the connecting terminal, one end of the thermal shrinkage sealing pipe is covered with the hot melt adhesive tape, the thermal shrinkage sealing pipe is heated and sealed, and meanwhile, the hot melt adhesive tape is heated and connected with the combined wire harnesses, so that sealing of gaps among the combined wire harnesses is achieved.
Preferably, a plurality of grooves are formed in the hot melt adhesive tape, and a plurality of wire harnesses in the step (4) are placed in the grooves.
Preferably, after the connecting terminal hot-pressed in the step (3) is cooled to normal temperature, conducting performance test is required.
The invention has the technical effects and advantages that: the invention uses the hot melt adhesive tape to seal the gap between a plurality of combined wire harnesses, and avoids the phenomenon that water or steam enters the wire harness sealing point through the gap.
