and according to the actual positions of the visiting persons, carrying out position marking on a map to obtain a customer visiting map corresponding to the identity marks of the visiting persons, so that a user can obtain customer visiting data corresponding to the visiting persons by browsing the customer visiting map.
Based on the above disclosure, the present invention first obtains the actual customer visit information sent by the visitor, then obtains the actual position of the identity mark corresponding to the visitor (that is, obtaining the specific position where the visitor corresponding to the identity mark visits the customer), and finally, marks the actual position of the visitor in the map, thus obtaining the customer visit map corresponding to the identity mark of the visitor (that is, obtaining the customer visit map corresponding to the visitor).
In conclusion, the invention can intuitively display the position of each visitor visiting the client by counting the position information of the visitor and marking the position on the map, and the user can also count the position marking in the map visited by the client, thereby obtaining the visiting frequency of each visitor. Through the design, detailed interview data of sales personnel can be obtained, visual display of data is achieved, management personnel can analyze the data conveniently, customer interview conditions are obtained, and management of customer relations is enhanced.
In a possible design, when the actual customer visit information is greater than 1 item, according to the actual position of the visiting person, position marking is performed on a map, and a customer visit map corresponding to the identity sign of the visiting person is obtained, including:
screening the actual customer visit information to obtain at least two groups of actual customer visit information, wherein each group of actual customer visit information in the at least two groups of actual customer visit information corresponds to a visitor;
and according to the actual visiting information of the at least two groups of clients, carrying out position marking on the map to obtain a client visiting map containing the identity marks of all visiting persons, so that a user can obtain client visiting data of all visiting persons by browsing the client visiting map.
Based on the above disclosure, in practical application, more than one piece of actual customer visit information is acquired, and one visitor does not send one piece of information, so the acquired actual customer visit information needs to be screened, which is substantially: and screening the actual visiting information according to the identity marks of the visiting persons to obtain the actual visiting information of all clients corresponding to each visiting person, namely the actual visiting information of all clients of one visiting person is a group of actual visiting information of the clients.
The above steps are to count each visitor to make several customer visits (the counted time may be one day, one week or one month, for example, in one day, if the number of the customer actual visit information of the same visitor identification mark is 3, it indicates that the visitor corresponding to the identification mark makes 3 customer visits in the day). And finally, according to the screened actual visiting information of each group of clients, carrying out position marking on the map (also according to the actual position in the information, carrying out marking on the map), and obtaining the client visiting map containing the identity marks of all visiting persons.
In one possible design, according to the actual position of the visiting person, position marking is performed on a map to obtain a customer visiting map corresponding to the identity mark of the visiting person, and the method comprises the following steps:
obtaining customer visiting information, wherein the customer visiting information comprises a customer position;

and if the distance difference is within a preset range, carrying out position marking on a map according to the actual position of the visiting person to obtain a customer visiting map corresponding to the identity mark of the visiting person.
Based on the above disclosure, the above steps are a process for determining information reliability, the customer visiting information is substantially customer information uploaded by a visitor before visiting the customer, and a difference between a customer position in the customer visiting information and an actual position in the customer actual visiting information is calculated, so as to obtain whether the actual position is true or valid according to the difference between the distances, if the difference is within a preset range (for example, if the difference exceeds 500m), the information of the visitor is true or valid, and if not, the visiting information is not true, and the information needs to be discarded, and no position marking is performed. Through the design, the reliability of the drawn customer visit map can be improved.
In one possible design, after obtaining the customer visit map corresponding to the identity mark of the visitor, the method further includes:
obtaining the visiting times of the visiting personnel according to the number of the actual positions;
and marking the visit times in the customer visit map.
Based on the above disclosure, the number of times of visit of each visitor can be obtained according to the number of the actual positions of the visitor (i.e. the number of the actual positions is the number of times of visit), and the number of times of visit of each visitor can be conveniently and intuitively known by the user by marking the number of times of visit in the customer visit map.
In one possible design, after obtaining the customer visit map corresponding to the identity mark of the visitor, the method further includes:
and connecting the actual positions marked on the customer visit map according to the sequence of the visits of the visitors.
Based on the above disclosure, the actual positions marked in the map visited by the customer are connected according to the visiting sequence, so that the route map of the visiting customer of the visiting personnel can be formed, the user can visually know the visiting route of the visiting personnel, and the rationality of visiting the route of the customer by the visiting personnel is analyzed.
In one possible design, after obtaining the customer visit map containing the identity marks of all the visiting persons, the method further comprises:
acquiring regional information;
according to the regional information, performing regional division on a customer visit map containing identity marks of all visiting personnel to obtain a regional customer visit map corresponding to each region;
obtaining the affiliated area of the identity mark of each visitor according to the actual positions of the visitors in the actual visiting information of each group of clients;
counting the number of the identity marks of the visiting persons in each area and the number of the actual positions corresponding to the identity marks of the visiting persons, and respectively obtaining the total number of the visiting persons and the total visiting times of each area;
marking the total number of the visiting personnel and the total visiting times of each area to the corresponding area customer visiting map;
and obtaining a total map of all regional customer visits according to the marked regional customer visit maps.
Based on the above disclosure, the total number of the visiting persons and the total number of times of visiting can be obtained by dividing the customer visiting map into areas (for example, by dividing the customer visiting map into cities or geographical locations, such as china and north), obtaining the area to which each visiting person belongs according to the actual location of the visiting person, and then counting the number of the identity marks of the visiting person in each area (which is equivalent to counting the total number of the visiting persons) and the number of the actual locations corresponding to the identity marks of each visiting person. Through the design, the visit data of each region can be provided, the enterprise can conveniently perform regional management, and the management of customers is further enhanced.

Examples
As shown in fig. 1, the statistical method for customer visit data provided in the first aspect of this embodiment may be applied to an electronic device, for example: the system comprises a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a portable computer and the like, and meanwhile CRM software can be installed on the electronic equipment so as to obtain visiting information of visiting personnel through the CRM software.
The statistical method for customer visit data provided by the first aspect of this embodiment may include, but is not limited to, the following steps S101 to S102.
S101, obtaining actual visiting information of a client, wherein the actual visiting information of the client comprises an actual position of a visiting person and an identity mark of the visiting person.
Step S101 is a process of acquiring actual customer visit information of the visitor. In this embodiment, the example actual customer visit information may include, but is not limited to: the actual location of the visiting person and the identity of the visiting person. The actual location of the visitor is the location of the visitor when the visitor arrives at the client, and may be, but is not limited to: latitude and longitude data or detailed address data; and the identity of the visitor can be, but is not limited to: identity card number or job number.
In this embodiment, when the actual location of the visitor is obtained, the actual location may be, but is not limited to: the CRM software on the electronic equipment automatically positions and obtains the geographic position (longitude and latitude or address), and the visiting person can upload the geographic position by using the terminal.
In this embodiment, the corresponding visiting person can be obtained according to the identity mark, and the visiting position data of the visiting person can be obtained according to the actual position of the visiting person. For example, the identity mark of the visitor is a job number, which specifically includes: 40023, and the actual location of the visitor is: xx street 13 in xx district in xx city, then the corresponding visitor (including name, job title and the department) is obtained according to the job number, and the visit location data of the visitor is obtained as xx street 13 in xx district in xx city.
When the actual visiting information of the customer of the visiting person is obtained, the step S102 can be performed.
And S102, according to the actual position of the visiting person, carrying out position marking on a map to obtain a client visiting map corresponding to the identity mark of the visiting person, so that a user can obtain client visiting data corresponding to the visiting person by browsing the client visiting map.
As described above, the actual positions of the visiting persons represent the actual positions reached by the visiting persons to visit the clients, so step S102 is to locate the actual positions of each visiting person on the map, further obtain specific geographic positions, finally perform position labeling (for example, the geographic positions obtained by red dot labeling or small flag labeling) on the obtained geographic positions on the map, and after the labeling is completed, obtain the client visiting map.
One way to implement map annotation is listed below:
as described above, the actual location of the visitor includes latitude and longitude data, that is, the latitude and longitude data of the location of the visitor, so that obtaining the customer visiting map includes:
and on the map, positioning according to the longitude and latitude data of the positions of the visiting persons to obtain each visiting position corresponding to the visiting persons.
And marking each visiting position of the corresponding visiting person on a map to obtain the customer visiting map.
The method comprises the steps of positioning on a map according to longitude and latitude data to obtain a position designated by the longitude and latitude data, using the position as a visiting position of a visitor, and marking the visiting position obtained by positioning on the map. Of course, if the actual position is a specific geographic position, the position can be located on the map according to the geographic position, and the marking can be directly performed after the position is located.
In this embodiment, after the customer visit map is obtained, the customer visit map can be displayed on a display interface on the terminal for the user to view.
Therefore, by the method for counting customer visit data described in detail in the foregoing step S101 and step S102, the present invention can intuitively display the location of each visitor visiting the customer by counting the location information of the visitor and performing location marking on the map. Through the design, detailed interview data of sales personnel can be obtained, visual display of data is achieved, management personnel can analyze the data conveniently, customer interview conditions are obtained, and management of customer relations is enhanced.
In this embodiment, more detailed visiting data can also be displayed on the customer visiting map, as in the following step S103 and step S104.
And S103, obtaining the visiting times of the visiting personnel according to the number of the actual positions.
And S104, marking the visit times in the customer visit map.
Step S103 is a process of counting the number of times of visits corresponding to the visitor, that is, counting the number of actual locations in the actual visit information of the customer.
For example, the actual visit information of a client includes E, F and G actual locations, which indicates that the identity of the visitor corresponds to the visitor, and there are 3 total visits by the client.
And finally, marking the obtained visit times in a map to obtain a customer visit map with the visit times.
Through the step S103 and the step S104, the manager can directly acquire the visit times without counting the number of the marking points on the map visited by the client to obtain the visit times of the visitor, and the convenience of data acquisition is greatly improved.
In addition, in the present embodiment, the visited customer route map can also be drawn according to the actual location marked on the customer visited map, and the following step S105 can be included, but not limited.
And S105, connecting the actual positions marked on the customer visit map according to the sequence of the visits of the visitors.
As shown in fig. 5, a customer visit map of the visitor is displayed on the first display interface in fig. 5. Through the step S105, the marked actual positions are connected, so that a visiting customer route map of the visiting personnel can be obtained, the user can conveniently and visually know the visiting route of the visiting personnel, and the rationality of visiting customer routes by the visiting personnel is analyzed.
In this embodiment, the actual positions marked can also be numbered according to the sequence of visiting by the visiting personnel. Example numbers may be, but are not limited to, in numbers; for example, there are E, F, G, H and P five actual positions in the sequence of visit, and the labels on the customer visit map can be numbered as 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 respectively, and the sequence of connecting lines is 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 respectively.
In this embodiment, the data statistics of the visitor may be, but is not limited to: one day, one week, one month, one year, etc.
In this embodiment, since there is more than one visitor and one visitor does not send one piece of information, thousands of pieces of actual customer visit information are obtained, and when the actual customer visit information is greater than 1 piece of actual customer visit information, a location is marked on a map according to the actual location of the visitor to obtain a customer visit map corresponding to the identity of the visitor, which may include, but is not limited to, the following steps S201 to S202.
S201, screening the actual customer visit information to obtain at least two groups of actual customer visit information, wherein each group of actual customer visit information in the at least two groups of actual customer visit information corresponds to a visitor.
Step S201 is a process of information screening, which essentially screens out all the actual customer visit information corresponding to the identity identifier of each visitor, that is, all the actual customer visit information corresponding to one identity identifier is a group. Through step S201, a data basis can be provided for the subsequent position labeling.
In this embodiment, the identity of the visitor is taken as a limitation condition for the screening. For example, the identity mark of the visitor adopts a job number, and it is assumed that A, B, C, D pieces of actual customer visiting information are obtained, where the job numbers contained in A, B, C, D are: 100. 101, 100 and 102, the actual visit information of the client A and the actual visit information of the client C are both the actual visit information of the visit personnel corresponding to the job number 100, namely, the client A and the client C form a group of actual visit information; and B is the actual visit information of the work number 101 corresponding to the visit personnel, and D is the actual visit information of the work number 102 corresponding to the visit personnel.
After the obtained information is screened, step S202 may be performed, that is, according to the screened actual visiting information of each group of customers, position marking is performed on the map, so as to obtain a customer visiting map including the identity marks of all visiting persons (which is equivalent to obtaining a customer visiting map including all visiting persons).
S202, according to the actual visiting information of the at least two groups of clients, position marking is carried out on the map, and a client visiting map containing identity marks of all visiting persons is obtained, so that a user can obtain client visiting data of all visiting persons by browsing the client visiting map.
Step S202 is a process of performing position labeling, and in this embodiment, the principle of position labeling is the same as that in step S102, which is not repeated herein.
In this embodiment, step S202 can obtain a customer visit map including all the visiting persons, and also can obtain a customer visit map corresponding to each identity mark according to the identity mark and the actual position in each group of customer actual visit information, and the principle is the same as that of step S102. Through the design, the user can conveniently analyze the visit data aiming at each visit person.
In this embodiment, in order to distinguish the locations of the visiting clients of different visiting persons, for example, the actual location of each visiting person may be marked with a flag with a different color. Similarly, statistics of the number of visits of each visitor and drawing of a visit customer line graph can be performed and displayed in the customer visit map, and the principle is consistent with the foregoing step S104 and step S105, which is not described herein.
In this embodiment, after obtaining the customer visiting map including the identity marks of all visiting persons, in order to implement management of customers in each area, area division is also performed on the customer visiting areas to obtain visiting data in different areas, as shown in steps S203 to S206.
S201, obtaining area information.
S202, according to the regional information, regional division is carried out on the customer visiting map containing the identity marks of all visiting personnel, and a regional customer visiting map corresponding to each region is obtained.
Step S201 is a process of acquiring the regional information, so as to perform regional division on the customer visit map according to the regional information, and obtain the customer visit map of the corresponding region.
In this embodiment, the regional information may be uploaded by the enterprise according to the region where the client is located or the service development region, and the regional information may be, but is not limited to: by city and/or by geographic location.
When the regional information is city information, the customer visit map is divided according to the city, and if the regional information is geographical location information, the customer visit map is divided according to the geographical location, such as areas in China, North China, southwest China and the like; and if both the areas need to be divided, the areas are divided from big to small, firstly according to the geographical positions, and then the cities are divided in the divided areas. For example, the customer visit map is divided into areas of Chinese, south and southwest, and then the cities are divided in each area.
And S203, obtaining the affiliated area of the identity mark of each visitor according to the actual positions of the visitors in each group of actual customer visiting information.
Step S203 is a process of positioning the visiting person, and an area to which the customer belongs can be obtained according to the corresponding actual location, so that the area is used as the area to which the visiting person belongs.
For example, the actual position corresponding to the identity mark of the visitor is a metropolis, and if the city is divided, the area to which the visitor corresponding to the identity mark belongs is the metropolis; if the geographical position is used for dividing, the area to which the visitor corresponding to the identity mark belongs is the southwest area.
And S204, counting the number of the identity marks of the visiting persons in each area and the number of the actual positions corresponding to the identity marks of the visiting persons, and respectively obtaining the total number of the visiting persons and the total visiting times of each area.
Step S204 is a process of performing statistics on the number of visits and statistics on the number of visitors, and in this embodiment, the number of the identity marks of the visitors in each area is used as the total number of the visitors in the corresponding area. And the number of actual positions corresponding to the identity mark of each visitor is used as the visit times of each visitor, and finally, the visit times of each visitor in each area are summed, so that the total visit times of each area can be obtained.
For example, the southwest area has 500 identity marks of visiting persons, which indicates that the southwest area has 500 visiting persons, and the actual position corresponding to the identity mark of each visiting person is used as the number of visiting times of the corresponding visiting person, and finally, the number of visiting times of 500 visiting persons is summed, so that the total number of visiting times of the southwest area can be obtained.
S205, marking the total number of the visiting personnel and the total visiting times of each area to the corresponding area customer visiting map.
Step S205 is a process of marking on the customer visit map of the corresponding area, so that the user can intuitively know the total number of visitors and the total number of visits in each area.
In this embodiment, if the geographic location and the city are divided at the same time, after the labeling is performed, the visit data can be displayed from large to small according to the area, for example. For example, the total number of visits throughout the country is displayed, then the total number of visits in a certain area (such as the total number of visits in the south China area and the south West area) is displayed, then the visited cities of the cities in the areas are displayed, and finally the number of visits of each visitor in the cities is displayed.
Through the design, the enterprise can conveniently view the visiting data of the national visiting personnel, and the management of national clients is enhanced.
S206, obtaining a total map of all regional customer visits according to the marked regional customer visit maps.
Step S206 is a process of obtaining a total map of all regional customer visits, so that the user can analyze the visit data of the visitors in all regions according to the total map of all regional customer visits, thereby enhancing the management of all regional customers.
In this embodiment, in order to facilitate the user to view the customer visiting map of different areas, all areas and/or different visitors, the following steps S207 to S209 are further provided.
And S207, displaying a customer visiting map corresponding to the identity mark of the visiting person on a first display interface.
Step S207 is a process of displaying the customer visit map obtained in step S102, and by displaying on the display interface, the user can conveniently and intuitively view the visit data of the corresponding visit person, and a data basis is provided for subsequent data analysis.
S208, detecting a first viewing operation performed by a user on the first display interface.
S209, responding to the first viewing operation, and switching the first display interface to a second display interface, wherein the second display interface displays the marked regional customer visit map corresponding to the region to which the identity mark of the visiting person belongs.
Step S208 and step S209 are processes of map switching by the user, and as described above, the obtained map may be a customer visiting map for the visiting person, a customer visiting map for one area, or a customer visiting map for the whole area, so that the user can view different customer visiting maps and can directly switch maps on the display interface.
In this embodiment, for example, a map viewing button is provided on the display interface, and the map viewing button may be, but is not limited to: the system comprises a personal customer visit map viewing button, a regional customer visit map viewing button and a full regional customer visit map viewing button. In addition, the positions of the three buttons on the display interface are not changed, and the three buttons can be set to be in a set-top state, namely, the three buttons exist on the display interface all the time no matter how the interface is switched.
As shown in fig. 5, fig. 5 shows a first display interface, a second display interface, and a third display interface, where the first display interface shows a customer visit map of a certain visiting person, and the first display interface includes the number of visits and a customer route map of visits.
And the second display interface displays a marked regional customer visit map of the region to which the visit personnel belong, and the total number of the visit personnel and the total visit times are displayed on the map.
And a third display interface displays a total map of all-area customer visits, and the total number of all-area visiting personnel, the total number of times of all-area visiting, and the like are marked on the map.
In the present embodiment, the three buttons exemplified above can be used to perform the mutual switching between the three interfaces. For example, when the current display is the first display interface, the user may click the map viewing button for regional customer visit, and then switch from the first display interface to the second display interface. The switching between the other display interfaces is consistent with the above example, and will not be described in detail herein.
In addition, in this embodiment, a certain area can be clicked directly in the total map of all area customer visit, and then the map can be switched to the area customer visit map corresponding to the area. (if the region contains a city, a certain city can be clicked to enter a customer visit map of the corresponding city).
Through the design, different visiting maps are displayed through different display interfaces, so that the statistics and analysis of the visiting data of single visiting personnel, visiting personnel in various areas and visiting personnel in all areas can be conveniently carried out by a user, and the management of all the clients to which the enterprise belongs can be further improved.
As shown in fig. 2, the second aspect of the present embodiment provides another statistical method for customer visit data, which is different from the first aspect in that: before visiting the customer, the visiting person uploads the customer visiting information, and then, according to the customer visiting information, the actual customer visiting information uploaded by each visiting person is subjected to authenticity screening to ensure the authenticity of data, as shown in the following steps S301 to S304.
S301, obtaining customer visiting information, wherein the customer visiting information comprises a customer position.
Step S301 is a process of acquiring customer visiting information uploaded by a visiting person before visiting a customer, where the customer visiting information may include, but is not limited to: customer information (i.e., the name of the customer, the contact address of the customer, etc.), the location of the customer (i.e., the address of the customer to which the visitor needs to arrive), and an identification of the visitor (e.g., an identification number or job number).
By uploading the customer visit information before visiting, a comparison object can be provided for the subsequent authenticity judgment of the actual customer visit information uploaded by the visit staff.
S302, actual visiting information of a client is obtained, wherein the actual visiting information of the client comprises the actual position of a visiting person and an identity mark of the visiting person.
S303, calculating the distance difference between the client position and the actual position according to the client position and the actual position.
And S304, if the distance difference is within a preset range, carrying out position marking on a map according to the actual position of the visiting person to obtain a customer visiting map corresponding to the identity mark of the visiting person.
Step S303 and step S304 are processes of performing authenticity screening, that is, calculating a distance difference between the client location and the actual location, and further determining whether the visited location reached by the visitor is authentic according to the distance difference, where if the distance difference is within a preset range (for example, the distance difference between the actual location and the client location is within 500m), the location is authentic, the visiting is valid, otherwise, the visiting is not authentic, the actual visiting information of the client corresponding to the actual location should be discarded, and the location is not labeled.
Through the design, the authenticity of the visit data can be improved, and the reliability of the data obtained through statistics is ensured.
In addition, in this embodiment, when the actual customer visit information is greater than 1, the actual customer visit information and the customer visit information may also include customer information, and the data authenticity screening may change, and matching of the visitor may be performed first, as in the following steps S401 to S403.
S401, information matching is carried out on the actual customer visit information and the customer visit information, and the actual customer visit information and the customer visit information which simultaneously comprise the same customer information and the same identity mark are used as matching information.

In this embodiment, the matching criteria is that the same client information and the same identity tag are included at the same time.
For example, the customer visit information has a1, a2, A3 and a4 for a total of 4, and the customer actual visit information has B1, B2, B3 and B4.
Wherein, the customer information in A1 is Wangma, and the identity mark is 201; the customer information in A2 is Lidu, and the identity mark is 202; the client information in A3 is poplar, and the identity mark is 203; the client information in a4 is guo and the identity is 204.
The client information in B1 is Guo, the identity mark is 204; the customer information in B2 is Wangma, and the identity mark is 201; the customer information in B3 is Lidu, and the identity mark is 202; the customer information in B4 is poplar, and the identity is 203.
Then information matching is performed, and the result is: a1 and B2 are matching information; a2 and B3 are matching information; a3 and B4 are matching information; a4 and B1 are matching information.
S402, for each matching message, calculating the distance difference between the client position and the actual position according to the client position and the actual position in the matching message.
And S403, if the distance difference is within a preset range, marking the position on a map according to the actual position of the visitor to obtain a customer visiting map corresponding to the identity mark of the visitor.
Step S402 and step S403 are processes of performing authenticity screening, that is, performing position calculation on each matching information to obtain a distance difference, and the principle is the same as that of step S302 and step S303, which is not repeated herein.
