The method for generating the visit diary, provided by the embodiment of the invention, can automatically generate the visit diary based on the visit diary of the visitor without manually writing the visit diary by the visitor, and has high efficiency and high accuracy. In addition, the visit daily report generated by the embodiment of the invention comprises the statistical data related to completed visits, a first visit path map among a plurality of shops completed visits, statistical data related to planned visits, a third visit path map among a plurality of shops planned visits and the like, so that the contents of the visit daily report are richer and more intuitive, and a reporter can read conveniently.
The automatic generation technology is a model-based tool, and the tool requires that a control algorithm or a model is designed according to requirements, then the attributes of various input and output variables and intermediate quantities are set according to the tool, and then the tool is used for automatic generation. Compared with manual operation, the automatic control system has the advantages of high automatic efficiency, low error rate and convenience for function upgrading and platform. When the embodiment of the invention automatically generates the visit diary for the worship, corresponding input and output can be set by utilizing an automatic generation tool, for example, a plurality of visit notes of visitors are taken as input, and the visit diary is generated by taking the statistical data related to completed visits, a first visit path map among a plurality of shops which are completed visits, the statistical data related to planned visits, a third visit path map among a plurality of shops which are planned visits, and the like as output.
Fig. 3 to 8A and 8B are diagrams showing an interactive interface for generating a visit diary according to an embodiment of the present invention. When a request of a visitor for newly adding a visiting diary is received, an interface shown in fig. 3 can be generated, in fig. 3, a label of "1. selection store" includes a plurality of merchant stores, such as "one hundred year pot paste (ten thousand pond stores)" 31, "one hundred year pot paste (xi lu store)" 32, and the like. In fig. 3, when a request of selecting "century pot (ten thousand ponds and one road shop)" 31 is received, the interface shown in fig. 4 is generated, and in fig. 4, the visitor can input visit related data, such as a visit purpose, a visit mode, a door head light, a contact, a visit time, a visit remark content, and the like. In fig. 4, when a submit request input by a visitor by clicking the "submit" button 41 is received, the interface shown in fig. 5 is generated, 51 shown in fig. 5 is a generated visit memo regarding the store "century pot paste (ten thousand pond shops)", 52 is a previously generated visit memo regarding the store "hang congee dumpling shop (wen three way shop)", and 53 is a previously generated visit memo regarding the store "hang flavor noodle shop (west stream shop)". In fig. 4, when a new visit plan request input by a visitor by clicking the "next visit plan" button 42 is received, the interface shown in fig. 6 is generated, in fig. 6, the visitor can input relevant data of the visit plan, such as a contact, a date of the visit plan, contents of the remark of the visit plan, and the visitor can submit the new visit plan by clicking the "submit" button 61.
In fig. 5, when a request for viewing details of the visit notes input by a visitor through clicking 51 (i.e., the visit notes about the store, "century pot (ten thousand pond and one road shop)") is received, an interface shown in fig. 7 is generated, related data 71 of completed visits, including a visitor, a service type, a visited store, a contact, a visit time, a visit purpose and result, a visit manner, check-in information, check-in time, a photo at the head of a door, a visit description, and the like, are recorded in fig. 7, and related data 72 of next visit plans, including a contact, a planned visit date, next visit plan contents, and the like, are also recorded in fig. 7. In fig. 7, when a modification request is received by the visitor by clicking the "modify" button 73, a modification interface may be generated so that the visitor modifies the call notes through the modification interface.
In fig. 5, when a daily product generation request input by a visitor by clicking the "daily product generation" button 54 is received, the interface shown in fig. 8A and 8B is generated, the daily product of visit illustrated in fig. 8A includes statistical data 81 related to completed visits, such as the total number of visited stores (home), a busy visit (home), a sale achievement (home), an intended store (home), and a first visit path map 82 between a plurality of completed visited stores, visit related data 83 of each visited store, which may be in a text or link form, is also displayed below the first visit path map 82, and visit related data 83 of a part of each visited store is also illustrated in fig. 8B. As shown in fig. 8B, the call diary illustrated in fig. 8A may further include a third call path map 84 between a plurality of planned call stores and planned call related data 85 for each planned call store, which may be in the form of text or links. In fig. 8B, when a sharing request input by a visitor by clicking the "share" button 86 is received, the visit daily newspaper may be shared to a preset location or designated personnel, such as a working space or a supervisor.
In fig. 5, the interface shown in fig. 3 can be generated when a request for an additional call note is received that the visitor enters by clicking the "additional call note" button 55.
The above fig. 3 to fig. 8A and fig. 8B describe in detail the case of generating the visit daily report, and the embodiment of the present invention can also generate the visit weekly report, the visit monthly report, and the like, and in a specific application, the visit time interval can be set according to the requirement of the visitor, so as to generate a corresponding visit report.
Further, the visit plan illustrated in fig. 8B is a tomorrow visit plan, and in practical application, a scheduled visit time period may be set according to the requirement of a visitor, so as to generate a visit report including the corresponding scheduled visit time period.
It should be noted that, in practical applications, all the above optional embodiments may be combined in a combined manner at will to form an optional embodiment of the present invention, and details are not described here any more.
Based on the method for generating the visit report provided by the above embodiments, based on the same inventive concept, the embodiment of the invention also provides a device for generating the visit report.
Fig. 9 is a schematic structural diagram of an apparatus for generating a call report according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 9, the apparatus may include a determination module 910, an acquisition module 920, an extraction module 930, and a generation module 940.
A determining module 910, adapted to determine a visit time interval corresponding to a visit report to be generated;
an obtaining module 920, adapted to obtain one or more visiting notes within a visiting time interval, where the visiting notes record visiting related data of a visitor visiting a store of a merchant;
an extraction module 930 adapted to extract key content data from the call related data of the one or more call notes;
a generating module 940 adapted to generate a visit report of the visitor within the visit time interval based on the key content data.
In an alternative embodiment of the invention, the call related data comprises at least one of:
the method comprises the following steps of visiting store POI position, visiting store type, visiting store affiliated business type, visiting purpose, visiting time and visiting remark content.
In an alternative embodiment of the invention, the key content data comprises a plurality of visiting store POI locations and a corresponding plurality of visiting times;
the generation module 940 is further adapted to:
acquiring a geographical position path of a visitor in a visiting time interval;
drawing a first visit path map among the plurality of visit stores according to the POI positions of the plurality of visit stores, the sequence of the corresponding plurality of visit times and the geographical position path of the visitor in the visit time interval;
and generating a visit report containing the first visit path map of the visitor in the visit time interval.
In an alternative embodiment of the invention, the key content data comprises a plurality of visiting store POI locations and a corresponding plurality of visiting times;
the generation module 940 is further adapted to:
according to the POI positions of the multiple visiting stores and the sequence of the corresponding multiple visiting times, a second visiting path map among the multiple visiting stores is drawn by utilizing route planning recommended by a designated map tool;
and generating a visit report containing a second visit path map of the visitor in the visit time interval.
In an alternative embodiment of the invention, the key content data comprises content data for which a call has been completed;
the generation module 940 is further adapted to:
analyzing and aggregating the content data after the visit is completed to obtain statistical data related to the completed visit;
a call report is generated for the visitor during the call time interval containing statistics relating to completed calls.
In an alternative embodiment of the invention, the completed call related statistics comprise at least one of:
the total number of visiting stores, the total number of selling reaching stores and the total number of intention stores.
In an alternative embodiment of the invention, the key content data further comprises content data scheduled for a visit;
the generation module 940 is further adapted to:
determining a planned visit time period;
screening out content data of scheduled visit time periods from the content data of scheduled visit;
analyzing and processing the content data of the planned visit time period to obtain processing data related to the planned visit;
a call report is generated for the visitor during the call time interval containing process data related to the planned call.
In an alternative embodiment of the present invention, the generating module 940 is further adapted to:
and analyzing and aggregating the content data of the planned visit time period to obtain statistical data related to the planned visit.
In an optional embodiment of the invention, the content data for the planned visit time period comprises a plurality of planned visit store POI locations and a corresponding plurality of planned visit times;
the generation module 940 is further adapted to:
and drawing a third visiting path map among the plurality of shops planned to visit as processing data related to planned visiting by utilizing the route planning recommended by the specified map tool according to the POI positions of the plurality of shops planned to visit and the sequence of the corresponding plurality of planned visiting times.
In an alternative embodiment of the invention, the determining module 910 is further adapted to:
receiving a request to generate a call report;
and determining a visit time interval corresponding to the visit report to be generated according to the request.
In an alternative embodiment of the present invention, the obtaining module 920 is further adapted to:
acquiring a plurality of visit notes of a pre-generated visitor and determining the generation time of each visit note;
and executing screening operation on a plurality of visit notes of the pre-generated visitors, and screening the visit notes of which the generation time meets the visit time interval as one or more visit notes in the visit time interval.
In an alternative embodiment of the present invention, the obtaining module 920 is further adapted to:
acquiring a plurality of visit notes of a pre-generated visitor and determining the visit time of each visit note record;
and executing screening operation on a plurality of pre-generated visit notes of the visitor, and screening the visit notes of which the visit time meets the visit time interval as one or more visit notes in the visit time interval.
Based on the same inventive concept, the embodiment of the present invention also provides a computer storage medium storing computer program code, which, when run on a computing device, causes the computing device to execute the above-mentioned method for generating a call report.
Based on the same inventive concept, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a computing device, including: a processor; a memory storing computer program code; the computer program code, when executed by the processor, causes the computing device to perform the method of generating a call report described above.
It is clear to those skilled in the art that the specific working processes of the above-described systems, devices, units and modules may refer to the corresponding processes in the foregoing method embodiments, and for the sake of brevity, no further description is provided herein.
In addition, the functional units in the embodiments of the present invention may be physically independent of each other, two or more functional units may be integrated together, or all the functional units may be integrated in one processing unit. The integrated functional units may be implemented in the form of hardware, or in the form of software or firmware.
Those of ordinary skill in the art will understand that: the integrated functional units, if implemented in software and sold or used as a stand-alone product, may be stored in a computer readable storage medium. Based on such understanding, the technical solution of the present invention may be embodied in the form of a software product, which is stored in a storage medium and includes instructions for causing a computing device (e.g., a personal computer, a server, or a network device) to execute all or part of the steps of the method according to the embodiments of the present invention when the instructions are executed. And the aforementioned storage medium includes: u disk, removable hard disk, Read Only Memory (ROM), Random Access Memory (RAM), magnetic or optical disk, and other various media capable of storing program code.

according to the POI positions of the multiple visiting stores and the sequence of the corresponding multiple visiting times, a second visiting path map among the multiple visiting stores is drawn by utilizing route planning recommended by a designated map tool;
and generating a visit report containing the second visit path map of the visitor in the visit time interval.
A5. The method of a2, the key content data comprising content data for which a call has been completed;
generating a visit report for the visitor during the visit time interval based on the key content data, including:
analyzing and aggregating the content data which has completed the visit to obtain statistical data related to the completed visit;
generating a call report for the visitor during the call time interval containing statistics related to the completed call.
A6. The method of a5, wherein the completed call related statistics comprise at least one of:
the total number of visiting stores, the total number of selling reaching stores and the total number of intention stores.
A7. The method of a5, the key content data further comprising content data scheduled for a visit;
generating a visit report for the visitor during the visit time interval based on the key content data, including:
determining a planned visit time period;
screening out the content data of the scheduled visit time period from the content data of the scheduled visit;
analyzing and processing the content data of the scheduled visit time period to obtain processing data related to the scheduled visit;
generating a call report for the visitor during the call time interval containing process data related to the planned call.
A8. According to the method of a7, analyzing and processing the content data of the planned visit time period to obtain processing data related to planned visit, including:
and analyzing and aggregating the content data of the planned visit time period to obtain statistical data related to the planned visit.
A9. The method of a7, wherein the content data for the planned visit time period includes a plurality of planned visit store POI locations and a corresponding plurality of planned visit times;
analyzing and processing the content data of the scheduled visit time period to obtain processing data related to the scheduled visit, wherein the processing data comprises:
and drawing a third visiting path map among the plurality of shops planned to visit as processing data related to planned visiting by utilizing the route planning recommended by the specified map tool according to the POI positions of the plurality of shops planned to visit and the sequence of the corresponding plurality of planned visiting times.
A10. The method of any one of a1-a9, the determining a visit time interval corresponding to a visit report to be generated, comprising:
receiving a request to generate a call report;
and determining a visit time interval corresponding to the visit report to be generated according to the request.
A11. The method of any of a1-a9, obtaining one or more visit notes within the visit time interval comprising:
acquiring a plurality of pre-generated visit notes of the visitor and determining the generation time of each visit note;
and executing screening operation on a plurality of pre-generated visit notes of the visitor, and screening the visit notes of which the generation time meets the visit time interval as one or more visit notes in the visit time interval.
A12. The method of any of a1-a9, obtaining one or more visit notes within the visit time interval comprising:
acquiring a plurality of pre-generated visit notes of the visitor and determining the visit time of each visit note record;
and executing screening operation on a plurality of pre-generated visit notes of the visitor, and screening the visit notes of which the visit time meets the visit time interval as one or more visit notes in the visit time interval.
According to another aspect of the embodiments of the present invention, there is also provided a device for generating a call report, including:
the determining module is suitable for determining a visit time interval corresponding to a visit report to be generated;
the acquisition module is suitable for acquiring one or more visiting notes in the visiting time interval, and the visiting notes record visiting related data of a visitor visiting a merchant store;
an extraction module adapted to extract key content data from the call related data of the one or more call notes;
a generating module adapted to generate a visit report of the visitor within the visit time interval based on the key content data.

and generating a visit report containing the first visit path map of the visitor in the visit time interval.

the generation module is further adapted to:

and generating a visit report containing the second visit path map of the visitor in the visit time interval.

analyzing and aggregating the content data which has completed the visit to obtain statistical data related to the completed visit;
generating a call report for the visitor during the call time interval containing statistics related to the completed call.

the total number of visiting stores, the total number of selling reaching stores and the total number of intention stores.

the generation module is further adapted to:
determining a planned visit time period;
screening out the content data of the scheduled visit time period from the content data of the scheduled visit;
analyzing and processing the content data of the scheduled visit time period to obtain processing data related to the scheduled visit;
generating a call report for the visitor during the call time interval containing process data related to the planned call.

There is also provided, in accordance with yet another aspect of an embodiment of the present invention, a computer storage medium storing computer program code which, when run on a computing device, causes the computing device to perform the method of generating a call report of any one of a1-a 12.
According to yet another aspect of embodiments of the present invention, there is also provided d26. a computing device, comprising: a processor; a memory storing computer program code; the computer program code, when executed by the processor, causes the computing device to perform the method of generating a call report of any of a1-a 12.

Claims (10)

1. A method of generating a call report, comprising:
determining a visit time interval corresponding to a visit report to be generated;
acquiring one or more visiting notes in the visiting time interval, wherein the visiting notes record visiting related data of visitors visiting store shops;
extracting key content data from the call related data of the one or more call notes;
and generating a visit report of the visitor in the visit time interval based on the key content data.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the call-related data comprises at least one of:
the method comprises the following steps of visiting store POI position, visiting store type, visiting store affiliated business type, visiting purpose, visiting time and visiting remark content.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the key content data comprises a plurality of visitor store POI locations and a corresponding plurality of visitor times;
generating a visit report for the visitor during the visit time interval based on the key content data, including:
acquiring a geographical position path of the visitor in the visiting time interval;
drawing a first visit path map among a plurality of visit stores according to the POI positions of the plurality of visit stores, the sequence of the corresponding plurality of visit times and the geographical position path of the visitor in the visit time interval;
and generating a visit report containing the first visit path map of the visitor in the visit time interval.
4. The method of claim 2, wherein the key content data comprises a plurality of visitor store POI locations and a corresponding plurality of visitor times;
generating a visit report for the visitor during the visit time interval based on the key content data, including:
according to the POI positions of the multiple visiting stores and the sequence of the corresponding multiple visiting times, a second visiting path map among the multiple visiting stores is drawn by utilizing route planning recommended by a designated map tool;
and generating a visit report containing the second visit path map of the visitor in the visit time interval.
5. The method of claim 2, wherein the key content data comprises content data for which a call has been completed;
generating a visit report for the visitor during the visit time interval based on the key content data, including:
analyzing and aggregating the content data which has completed the visit to obtain statistical data related to the completed visit;
generating a call report for the visitor during the call time interval containing statistics related to the completed call.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein the completed call related statistics comprise at least one of:
the total number of visiting stores, the total number of selling reaching stores and the total number of intention stores.
7. The method of claim 5, wherein the key content data further comprises content data scheduled for a call;
generating a visit report for the visitor during the visit time interval based on the key content data, including:
determining a planned visit time period;
screening out the content data of the scheduled visit time period from the content data of the scheduled visit;
analyzing and processing the content data of the scheduled visit time period to obtain processing data related to the scheduled visit;
generating a call report for the visitor during the call time interval containing process data related to the planned call.
8. An apparatus for generating a call report, comprising:
the determining module is suitable for determining a visit time interval corresponding to a visit report to be generated;
the acquisition module is suitable for acquiring one or more visiting notes in the visiting time interval, and the visiting notes record visiting related data of a visitor visiting a merchant store;
an extraction module adapted to extract key content data from the call related data of the one or more call notes;
a generating module adapted to generate a visit report of the visitor within the visit time interval based on the key content data.
9. A computer storage medium having computer program code stored thereon which, when run on a computing device, causes the computing device to perform the method of generating a call report of any of claims 1-7.
