Abstract
The invention discloses an air duct assembly and a refrigerator, and relates to the technical field of refrigerators. The invention comprises a first wind shield plate and a second wind shield plate which are connected in a clamping manner; a plurality of air return holes and a plurality of air outlets are formed in the opposite side walls of the first air hood plate and the second air hood plate; the air return hole is arranged below the air outlet; an installation cavity is formed between the first fan cover plate and the second fan cover plate; the installation cavity is internally provided with a first air duct plate and a second air duct plate; the first air duct plate is provided with an air duct structure; the air duct structure is arranged between the first air duct plate and the second air duct plate; the lower part of the air channel structure is provided with an evaporator, and the lower end of the air channel structure is provided with an air conveying port; a spacer is vertically fixed in the air duct structure; fans are arranged on two sides of the partition; a fan is arranged on the first air duct plate in an inserting way; the other fan is inserted and installed on the second air duct plate. The invention can reduce the thickness of the back foaming layer of the refrigerator, reduce the space occupancy rate of the evaporator and greatly improve the volume rate of the refrigerator.

On the premise of the existing refrigerator, the volume rate of the refrigerator is continuously increased by each refrigerator manufacturer. the invention relates to an air duct assembly and a refrigerator, which comprise a first air hood plate and a second air hood plate which are connected in a clamping manner; a plurality of air return holes and a plurality of air outlets are formed in the opposite side walls of the first air hood plate and the second air hood plate; the air return hole is arranged below the air outlet; an installation cavity is formed between the first fan cover plate and the second fan cover plate; a first air duct plate and a second air duct plate are arranged in the installation cavity; the first air duct plate is provided with an air duct structure; the air duct structure is arranged between the first air duct plate and the second air duct plate; the lower part of the air duct structure is provided with an evaporator, and the lower end of the air duct structure is provided with an air conveying port; a spacer is vertically fixed in the air duct structure; both sides of the spacer are provided with a fan; the fan is arranged on the first air duct plate in an inserting way; and the other fan is inserted and installed on the second air duct plate.
Furthermore, a limit protrusion is arranged on one opposite side wall of the air duct structure; a pair of supporting concave sheets corresponding to the limiting bulges are fixed on the evaporator; the evaporator is fixedly arranged in the air duct structure through the interference fit of the supporting concave sheet and the limiting bulge.
Further, the air delivery opening is arranged between the air return hole and the air outlet.
A refrigerator includes a refrigerator body; the refrigerator body is provided with a refrigerating chamber or a freezing chamber; the air duct assembly is vertically arranged in the refrigerating chamber or the freezing chamber.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. according to the invention, the air duct assembly is optimally designed, the installation position of the evaporator is reasonably adjusted, the thickness of a foaming layer on the back of the refrigerator can be effectively reduced, the space occupancy rate of the evaporator is reduced, and the volume rate of the refrigerator is greatly improved.
2. The air duct assembly can be used as an independent part to be installed in a refrigerating chamber or a freezing chamber, is convenient to replace and install, and has high market application value.
Of course, it is not necessary for any product in which the invention is practiced to achieve all of the above-described advantages at the same time.

Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1-6, the present invention is an air duct assembly, which includes a first air duct plate 1 and a second air duct plate 2 that are connected by clamping; the edge of the first hood plate 1 is provided with a plurality of bayonets; the edge of the second hood plate 2 is provided with a plurality of hooks corresponding to the bayonets; the clamping hooks are matched with the bayonets, so that stable clamping connection is formed between the first hood plate 1 and the second hood plate 2;
the opposite side walls of the first wind shield plate 1 and the second wind shield plate 2 are provided with a plurality of air return holes A in a circular structure and a plurality of air outlets B in a rectangular structure; the air return hole A is arranged below the air outlet B; a mounting chamber is formed between the first wind shield plate 1 and the second wind shield plate 2; a first air duct plate 3 and a second air duct plate 4 are arranged in the installation cavity; the first air duct plate 3 is connected to the first air hood plate 1 through screws; the second air duct plate 4 is connected to the second hood plate 2 through screws; the opposite inner side surfaces of the first air duct plate 3 and the second air duct plate 4 are jointed;
the first air duct plate 3 has an air duct structure 301; the air duct structure 301 is arranged between the first air duct plate 3 and the second air duct plate 4; the lower part of the air duct structure 301 is fixedly provided with an evaporator 5, and the lower end of the air duct structure 301 is provided with an air conveying opening C; the air quantity entering the installation cavity from the air return inlet A flows into the air channel structure 301 through the air conveying inlet C, is cooled by the evaporator 5 and is exhausted from the air outlet B by the fan 6; the air conveying opening C is arranged between the air return hole A and the air outlet B; a spacer 302 is vertically fixed in the air duct structure 301; both sides of the spacer 302 are provided with a fan 6; a fan 6 is inserted and installed on the first air duct plate 3; another fan 6 is inserted and mounted on the second air duct plate 4.
Wherein, a limit bulge is arranged on one opposite side wall of the air duct structure 301; a pair of supporting concave sheets corresponding to the limiting bulges are fixed on the evaporator 5; through supporting the concave sheet and spacing protruding interference fit, make evaporimeter 5 is fixed to be installed in wind channel structure 301, need not to use the screw again to connect evaporimeter 5.
As shown in fig. 7, a refrigerator includes a refrigerator case 7; the refrigerator body 7 is provided with a refrigerating chamber or a freezing chamber; the air duct assembly is vertically arranged in the refrigerating chamber or the freezing chamber; the air duct assembly can be used as an independent part and is arranged in the refrigerating chamber or the freezing chamber through a screw assembly, and the air duct assembly is usually arranged in the middle of the refrigerating chamber or the freezing chamber; the interior of the refrigerating compartment or the interior of the freezing compartment is divided into two independent spaces by the duct assembly.

Claims (4)
1. The air duct assembly is characterized by comprising a first air hood plate (1) and a second air hood plate (2) which are connected in a clamping manner;
a plurality of air return holes (A) and a plurality of air outlets (B) are formed in the opposite side walls of the first air hood plate (1) and the second air hood plate (2); the air return hole (A) is arranged below the air outlet (B); a mounting chamber is formed between the first wind shield plate (1) and the second wind shield plate (2); a first air duct plate (3) and a second air duct plate (4) are arranged in the installation cavity;
the first air duct plate (3) is provided with an air duct structure (301); the air channel structure (301) is arranged between the first air channel plate (3) and the second air channel plate (4); the lower part of the air channel structure (301) is provided with an evaporator (5), and the lower end of the air channel structure (301) is provided with an air conveying opening (C); a spacer (302) is vertically fixed in the air duct structure (301); both sides of the spacer (302) are provided with a fan (6); the fan (6) is arranged on the first air duct plate (3) in an inserting way; and the other fan (6) is arranged on the second air duct plate (4) in an inserting way.
2. An air duct assembly according to claim 1, characterized in that an opposite side wall of the air duct structure (301) is provided with a stop projection; a pair of supporting concave sheets corresponding to the limiting bulges are fixed on the evaporator (5); the evaporator (5) is fixedly arranged in the air duct structure (301) through the interference fit of the supporting concave sheet and the limiting bulge.
3. An air duct assembly according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the air delivery opening (C) is disposed between the return air opening (a) and the air outlet opening (B).
4. A refrigerator includes a refrigerator cabinet (7); the refrigerator body (7) is provided with a refrigerating chamber or a freezing chamber; characterized in that the cold storage chamber or the freezing chamber is internally and vertically provided with an air duct assembly as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3; the interior of the refrigerating compartment or the interior of the freezing compartment is divided into two independent spaces by the duct assembly.
