Abstract
The invention discloses a refrigerator air duct structure and a refrigerator with the same, and relates to the technical field of refrigerators. The air duct structure comprises an air duct body, wherein the top of the air duct body is provided with a top plate, and an air outlet I is arranged on the top plate; two adjacent side surfaces of the air duct body are respectively provided with a second air outlet and a third air outlet, and a fan is arranged in the air duct body; the refrigerator comprises a refrigerator liner and a cold storage tank liner; a convex part protruding inwards is arranged on one side of the back of the inner container of the refrigerator; the upper part of the bulge is provided with an evaporator which is arranged below the air duct structure; the top of the freezer liner is provided with an air inlet communicated with the air outlet I; the bottom of the freezer liner is provided with a first air return inlet communicated with the air duct body; and a second air return opening communicated with the first air return opening is formed in the bottom of one side of the refrigerating box liner. The air duct structure is newly designed on the basis of redesigning the installation position of the compressor, and can supply air for a refrigerating chamber and a freezing chamber, so that the volume ratio of the chamber is improved.

Furthermore, an air supply duct is arranged in the air inlet.
Furthermore, a refrigerating air duct communicated with the air supply air duct is arranged at the back of the refrigerating box liner.

Further, the air duct body is of a rectangular tubular or L-shaped plate structure;
when the air duct body is in a rectangular tube shape, the air duct body can be adhered to the side surface of the refrigerator liner through double-sided adhesive.
When the air duct body is of an L-shaped plate structure, the air duct body is adhered to the side surface of the freezer liner through the sealing sponge.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
the air duct structure is newly designed on the basis of redesigning the installation position of the compressor, and can supply air for a refrigerating chamber and a freezing chamber, so that the volume ratio of the chamber is improved.

Preferably, a baffle 56 is arranged at the top of the air duct body 5 and under the top plate 50, and a through hole 561 communicated with the air duct body 5 is arranged in the middle of the baffle 56; the blower 51 is installed on the inner top surface of the top plate 50.
Preferably, a foam structure 52 is provided between the top plate 50 and the partition plate 56 on the circumferential side of the blower 51.
Preferably, the foam structure 52 is a foam layer filled between the top plate 50 and the baffle plate 56;

A refrigerator comprises a freezing box liner 1 and a refrigerating box liner 2; a protruding part 11 protruding inwards is arranged on one side of the back of the refrigerator liner 1, and the protruding part 11 is of an L-shaped structure; a bottom plate 41 is arranged on the lateral surface of the outer bottom of the freezer container 1 which is positioned right below the bulge part 11, and a compressor 3 is arranged on the bottom plate 3; the evaporator 4 is arranged at the upper part of the convex part 11, and the evaporator 4 is arranged below the air duct structure; the top of the freezer liner 1 is provided with an air inlet 12 communicated with the air outlet I53; the bottom of the refrigerator liner 1 is provided with a first air return inlet 13 communicated with the air duct body 5; and a second air return opening 21 is formed in the bottom of one side of the refrigerating box liner 2, and the second air return opening 21 is communicated with the first air return opening 13 through a first air return air duct 8.
Preferably, a water pan is arranged on the upper part of the compressor 3, and a drain hole is arranged on the convex part 11; the drain hole is positioned right above the water receiving tray.
Preferably, an air supply duct 7 is disposed in the air inlet 12.
Preferably, a refrigerating air duct 6 communicated with the air supply duct 7 is provided at the back of the refrigerator cabinet 2.
Preferably, the return air opening one 13 is provided on the freezer compartment liner 1 directly above the bulging portion 11.
Preferably, the air duct body 5 is in a rectangular tubular or L-shaped plate structure;
when the air duct body 5 is in a rectangular tube shape, the air duct body 5 can be adhered to the side surface of the refrigerator liner 1 through double-sided adhesive.
When the air duct body 5 is in an L-shaped plate structure, the air duct body 5 is adhered to the side surface of the refrigerator liner 1 through sealing sponge.
The cold air is divided by the foam structure 52, is discharged under the action of the first flow passage 522, the second flow passage 521 and the third flow passage 523 respectively, and is discharged into the freezing chamber through the first flow passage 522 and the second flow passage 521 for refrigerating the freezing chamber; the air is discharged into the refrigerating chamber through the air inlet 12 under the action of the flow passage III 523 and the air outlet I53;
meanwhile, the air in the refrigerating chamber is directly conveyed into the air duct body 5 positioned on one side of the evaporator 4 under the action of the air return opening II 21, the air return air duct 8 and the air return opening I13.
