because the lower sleeve 1 and the cylinder head body are integrally arranged, when the cylinder head body is cast, the lower sleeve 1 is directly precast on the cylinder head body of an engine, so that the lower sleeve 1 and the cylinder head body are integrated, the cylinder pressure sensor is fixed in the sensor mounting hole 12 of the lower sleeve 1, the cylinder pressure sensor does not need to be mounted in a spark plug hole, and the cylinder pressure sensor is not easily influenced by the temperature in the spark plug, therefore, more accurate pressure data can be acquired, the structure of the spark plug does not need to be modified, only when the cylinder head body is cast, the lower sleeve 1 is placed at a proper position of a mold for casting the cylinder head body, and after the cylinder head body is cast, the lower sleeve 1 and the cylinder head body are also integrally formed, the process is simple and quick, the workload and the working difficulty are small, and the sealing performance and the structural safety between the lower sleeve 1 and the cylinder cover body are reliable.

Claims (10)

1. A cylinder head with a cylinder pressure sensor sleeve, comprising:
a cylinder head body for sealing a cylinder of an engine;
the lower sleeve (1) is integrally arranged with the cylinder cover body, an upper sleeve mounting hole (13) is formed in the upper portion of the lower sleeve (1), and a sensor mounting hole (12) is formed in the lower portion of the lower sleeve (1);
an upper sleeve (8) mounted to the upper sleeve mounting hole (13);
and a cylinder pressure sensor fixed to the sensor mounting hole (12).
2. The cylinder head with a cylinder pressure sensor sleeve as set forth in claim 1, wherein: the cylinder cover body is provided with a cylinder cover water and oil passage partition plate and a combustion chamber partition plate (10), and the lower sleeve (1) is integrally arranged on the cylinder cover water and oil passage partition plate and the combustion chamber partition plate (10).
3. The cylinder head with a cylinder pressure sensor sleeve as set forth in claim 1, wherein: and grid stripes are arranged on the outer circular surface of the lower sleeve (1) and are used for exhausting in the process that the lower sleeve (1) is integrally arranged on the cylinder cover body.
4. The cylinder head with a cylinder pressure sensor sleeve as set forth in claim 1, wherein: and a pressure taking hole (11) is arranged below the sensor mounting hole (12).
5. A method of mounting a cylinder head with a cylinder pressure sensor sleeve according to claim 1, comprising the steps of:
a lower plug (3) is arranged in a sensor mounting hole (12) at the lower part of the lower sleeve (1), and an upper plug (2) is arranged in an upper sleeve mounting hole (13) at the upper part of the lower sleeve (1);
an air passage sand core, an oil chamber sand core (5) and a water jacket sand core (6) are arranged on a lower die (7) of the cylinder cover die, and assembly holes are formed in the oil chamber sand core (5) and the water jacket sand core (6);
the lower sleeve (1), the upper plug (2) and the lower plug (3) are assembled in assembling holes corresponding to the oil chamber sand core (5) and the water jacket sand core (6);
closing the cylinder cover die, and casting a cylinder cover body to form the lower sleeve (1) and the cylinder cover body into a whole;
and taking out the upper plug (2) and the lower plug (3), installing an upper sleeve (8) into the upper sleeve installation hole (13), and installing a cylinder pressure sensor into the sensor installation hole (12).
6. The method of mounting a cylinder head with a cylinder pressure sensor sleeve according to claim 5, wherein:
before the assembly of the lower sleeve (1), the upper plug (2) and the lower plug (3) is arranged in the corresponding assembly holes of the oil chamber sand core (5) and the water jacket sand core (6) in a penetrating manner, the assembly is placed in a heating furnace and heated to 250-400 ℃.
7. The method of mounting a cylinder head with a cylinder pressure sensor sleeve according to claim 5, wherein:
before the oil chamber sand core (5) and the water jacket sand core (6) are placed on the lower die (7) of the cylinder cover die, sand on the oil chamber sand core (5) and the water jacket sand core (6) is manually removed by adopting a special sand core file to form the assembly holes, or the assembly holes are formed by machining.
8. The method of mounting a cylinder head with a cylinder pressure sensor sleeve according to claim 5, wherein:
after the assembly of the lower sleeve (1), the upper plug (2) and the lower plug (3) is arranged in the assembly holes corresponding to the oil chamber sand core (5) and the water jacket sand core (6) in a penetrating manner, asbestos is filled in the gap between the lower sleeve (1) and the assembly holes.
9. The method of mounting a cylinder head with a cylinder pressure sensor sleeve according to claim 5, wherein:
after the pouring of the cylinder cover body is completed, the upper plug (2) is taken out firstly, and then the lower plug (3) is taken out.
10. The method of mounting a cylinder head with a cylinder pressure sensor sleeve according to claim 5, wherein:
before the upper sleeve (8) is mounted, the assembled cylinder head cover (9) is mounted to the cylinder head body, and then the upper sleeve (8) is fixed into the upper sleeve mounting hole (13) through the cylinder head cover (9).
