The quality problem can be generally found only by the quality detection after the pile foundation drilling is finished. The problem is more serious for super-thick and weak strata or geology with frequently changed strata.
As a post remedy, the conventional method returns to the drilling stage, and adopts a method of repeatedly sweeping the hole to enlarge the aperture or straighten the hole body in the defect section according to the position provided by the quality detection report. The post-repair method wastes time and increases construction cost. Except for the conventional measures of changing a drilling machine with higher power, increasing a balancing weight, increasing the weight of the balancing weight and the like, which have higher investment cost, the pertinence for pre-prevention is simple, an auxiliary device is not researched and developed, and particularly, a special device for effectively reinforcing the hole wall and straightening the hole body is not available.
