Abstract
本发明化学镀铝合金工艺的特点:所有镀液工作温度均为20℃以上,镀液工作时不产生气体,镀液长期稳定,易调整,镀出的铝合金镀层为阳极镀层(对钢铁件而言),镀层光亮,为银白色,长期存放不变色。本发明是高节能又环保的加工工艺。

说明书
本发明属化学镀技术领域。
本发明化学镀铝合金工艺,是以化学镀低锡青铜为底层,经化学镀薄层锡后,再化学镀铝合金。该工艺的特点:所有镀液工作温度均为20℃以上,镀液工作时不产生气体,镀液长期稳定,易调整,镀出的铝合金镀层为阳极镀层(对钢铁件而言)。镀层光亮为银白色,长期保存不变色。本发明是高度节能又环保的加工工艺。
本发明化学镀铝合金工艺,既为化学镀铝锡合金工艺。
本发明化学镀铝锡合金工艺的程序及工艺条件(以钢铁件为例):
1、除油除锈和钢铁件电镀预处理相同。
2、化学镀低锡青铜。
3、冷水清洗。
4、化学镀薄层锡。
镀液配方及工艺条件:
温度:20℃以上
处理时间:不超过一分钟
5、冷水清洗
6、化学镀铝锡合金。镀液配方:
温度:20℃以上
处理时间:40分钟以上

1.化学镀铝锡合金工艺,其特征在于化学镀低锡青铜为底层,经化学镀薄层锡后,最后进行化学镀铝锡合金。
