0.5% of polyethylene glycol 6000 distearate, 8% of triethanolamine oleate soap, 3.5% of fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, 1.5% of triethanolamine, 6.5% of isomeric alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, 2% of sodium gluconate, 3% of coconut oil fatty acid diethanolamide, 2% of dipropylene glycol methyl ether, 1% of polyoxyethylene ether oleoyl ricinoleate, 3% of sodium polyacrylate, 5% of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, 1% of light butyl methyl cellulose, 2% of sodium silicate and 61% of deionized water.
The embodiment also discloses a preparation method of the jewelry cleaning agent, which comprises the following steps:
1) at normal temperature, firstly putting 3.5 percent by weight of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether into 31 percent of deionized water, and stirring the mixture continuously until the mixture is completely dissolved to prepare an intermediate mixed solution I;
2) adding 8% triethanolamine oleate soap, 1.5% triethanolamine, 6.5% isomeric alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, 3% coconut oil fatty acid diethanolamide and 1% castor oil polyoxyethylene ether into the intermediate mixed solution I, and stirring until the mixture is completely dissolved to prepare an intermediate mixed solution II;
3) adding 2% of sodium gluconate, 2% of dipropylene glycol methyl ether, 3% of sodium polyacrylate and sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate into the intermediate mixed solution II, and stirring until the sodium gluconate, the dipropylene glycol methyl ether, the sodium polyacrylate and the sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate are completely dissolved to prepare an intermediate mixed solution III;
4) adding 1% of butyl cellulose and 2% of sodium silicate into the intermediate mixed solution III, and stirring until the butyl cellulose and the sodium silicate are completely dissolved to prepare an intermediate mixed solution IV;
5) finally, 30% of deionized water is heated to 90 ℃, 0.5% of polyethylene glycol 6000 distearate is added and stirred until the mixture is completely dissolved, and after the temperature is reduced to less than 40 ℃, the intermediate mixed solution IV is added and stirred until the mixture is completely dissolved, so that the jewelry cleaning agent can be obtained and is presented as golden yellow semitransparent sticky liquid;
6) and (3) storage: the thickened plastic bottle with the bottle body matched with the bottle cap is used for packaging and storing, when finished products are stored, direct sunlight and wind-blown rain are avoided, the water and moisture are prevented, the packaging bottle cannot be inverted, and the environment temperature for storing the finished products is controlled to be 10-35 ℃.
The embodiment also discloses a using method of the jewelry cleaning agent, which is divided into the following links according to different cleaning articles,

Claims (10)

1. The jewelry cleaning agent is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in percentage by weight:
0.5% of polyethylene glycol 6000 distearate, 8% of triethanolamine oleate soap, 3.5% of fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, 1.5% of triethanolamine, 6.5% of isomeric alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, 2% of sodium gluconate, 3% of thickening agent, 2% of dipropylene glycol methyl ether, 1% of polyoxyethylene ether oleoyl ricinoleate, 3% of cleaning aid, 5% of anionic surfactant, 1% of light butyl methyl cellulose, 2% of sodium silicate and 61% of deionized water.
2. The jewelry cleaning agent according to claim 1, wherein said thickener is coconut oil fatty acid diethanolamide.
3. The jewelry cleaning agent according to claim 1, wherein the anionic surfactant is sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate.
4. The jewelry cleaning agent according to claim 1, wherein the cleaning assistant is sodium polyacrylate.
5. The preparation method of the jewelry cleaning agent is characterized by comprising the following steps:
1) at normal temperature, firstly putting 3.5 percent by weight of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether into 31 percent of deionized water, and stirring the mixture continuously until the mixture is completely dissolved to prepare an intermediate mixed solution I;
2) adding 8% triethanolamine oleate soap, 1.5% triethanolamine, 6.5% isomeric alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, 3% coconut oil fatty acid diethanolamide and 1% castor oil polyoxyethylene ether into the intermediate mixed solution I, and stirring until the mixture is completely dissolved to prepare an intermediate mixed solution II;
3) adding 2% of sodium gluconate, 2% of dipropylene glycol methyl ether, 3% of sodium polyacrylate and sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate into the intermediate mixed solution II, and stirring until the sodium gluconate, the dipropylene glycol methyl ether, the sodium polyacrylate and the sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate are completely dissolved to prepare an intermediate mixed solution III;
4) adding 1% of butyl cellulose and 2% of sodium silicate into the intermediate mixed solution III, and stirring until the butyl cellulose and the sodium silicate are completely dissolved to prepare an intermediate mixed solution IV;
5) finally, 30% of deionized water is heated to 90 ℃, 0.5% of polyethylene glycol 6000 distearate is added and stirred until the mixture is completely dissolved, and after the temperature is reduced to less than 40 ℃, the intermediate mixed solution IV is added and stirred until the mixture is completely dissolved, so that the jewelry cleaning agent can be obtained and is presented as golden yellow semitransparent sticky liquid;
6) and (3) storage: the thickened plastic bottle with the bottle body matched with the bottle cap is used for packaging and storing, when finished products are stored, direct sunlight and wind-blown rain are avoided, the water and moisture are prevented, the packaging bottle cannot be inverted, and the environment temperature for storing the finished products is controlled to be 10-35 ℃.

C. cleaning the platinum jewelry: adding a cleaning agent and clear water according to the proportion of 1:20, adding the mixture into clean cleaning equipment, fully and uniformly stirring, heating to about 80 ℃, starting to clean the jewelry, vertically hanging the jewelry on a hanging rod, soaking the jewelry in working solution of the cleaning equipment, starting the cleaning equipment to clean for about 8 minutes, thoroughly washing the jewelry with the clear water, taking out the jewelry, and drying the jewelry on a special tray padded with cotton yarn towels.
7. The use method of the jewelry cleaning agent according to claim 6, wherein in the three cleaning links, when cleaning a ring, a jewelry cleaning hanging seat is required to be sleeved with a rubber sleeve.
