The use method of the blank forming and slicing equipment for food processing comprises the following steps:
s, sealing the bottom of the forming box through a sealing plate, and adding cake materials into the forming box through external equipment and a pipeline;
s, starting the lifting assembly to enable the movable rod to drive the forming block to move downwards, extruding cake materials in the forming box, and simultaneously cooling the cake materials in the forming box by water to enable the cake materials to be formed in a cooling mode;
s, starting the moving assembly to enable the sealing plate to move towards two sides, opening the bottom of the forming box, continuously driving the forming block to move downwards by the lifting assembly, enabling the formed cake materials to move downwards, and enabling the bottom end of the forming block to be in contact with the placing plate;
s, driving the sealing plate to move through the moving assembly, horizontally cutting the cake material through the inner side end of the sealing plate in the moving process, and enabling the cake slices at the lower part to fall on the placing plate;
s, moving the placing plate along the sliding rail to enable the placing plate for placing the cake slices to drive the cake slices to move to a downward moving processing device, and meanwhile moving the next placing plate to be below the slicing groove;
and S, repeating S-S until the cake material is completely sliced, and finishing slicing the cake material.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. according to the cake forming machine, the bottom of the forming box is sealed through the cutting plate of the sealing plate, the supporting function is provided for the cutting plate through the supporting plate, the problems that the cutting plate is deformed due to overlarge stress during subsequent extrusion forming are solved, the cutting plate is separated from the supporting plate through rotating the third threaded shaft, and therefore the cutting plate is driven to move in a reciprocating mode through the moving assembly, and cake materials after forming are sliced;
2. according to the cake forming machine, the movable rod and the forming block are moved downwards through the lifting assembly, the forming block extrudes cake materials in the forming cylinder, meanwhile, cooling water is input into the cooling cavity through the water inlet pipe, the cake materials in the forming box are cooled by water, the cake materials are cooled and formed, slicing can be carried out after forming, transfer conveying is not needed in the middle, and the cake forming machine is more convenient to use;
3. according to the invention, the placing plate is moved along the slide rail, so that the placing plate for placing the cake slices drives the cake slices to move to the downward movement processing equipment, and meanwhile, the next placing plate moves to the position below the slicing groove, so that continuous processing is facilitated.

s2, starting a motor of the lifting assembly to enable the first threaded shaft 602 to rotate, driving the moving plate 6, the moving rod 5 and the forming block 4 to move downwards through the threaded barrel 601, extruding the cake material in the forming barrel 304 by the forming block 4, simultaneously inputting cooling water into the cooling cavity 301 through the water inlet pipe 302, and cooling the cake material in the forming box 3 by the water to enable the cake material to be cooled and formed;
s3, starting a motor of the moving assembly, driving the second threaded shaft 803 to rotate by the first bevel gear and the second bevel gear, driving the sealing plate 7 to move towards two sides through the moving block 802, the connecting rod 801 and the connecting plate 8, opening the bottom of the forming box 3, continuously driving the forming block 4 to move downwards by the lifting assembly, enabling the formed cake material to move downwards, and enabling the bottom end of the forming block to be in contact with the placing plate 2;
s4, rotating the third threaded shaft 804 to enable the threaded shaft to move upwards, enabling the bottom end of the third threaded shaft to be separated from the positioning hole 703 and be positioned in the positioning cylinder 705, then driving the cutting plate 704 in the sealing plate 7 to move through the moving assembly, enabling the thickness of the cutting plate 704 to be thin, horizontally cutting the cake material through a blade at the inner side end of the cutting plate 704 in the moving process, and enabling the cake pieces at the lower part to fall on the placing plate 2;
s5, moving the placing plate 2 along the slide rail 102 manually by external equipment or manpower, so that the placing plate 2 on which the cake slices are placed drives the cake slices to move to the position where the processing equipment moves downwards, and meanwhile, the next placing plate 2 moves to the position below the slicing groove 101;
and S6, repeating S3-S5 until the cake material is completely sliced and the slicing of the cake material is finished.

The structure of this embodiment is substantially the same as that of the first embodiment, except that a first fixing cylinder 401 is fixed in the middle of the top surface of the forming block 4, a first fixing plate 402 is fixed on the top surface of the first fixing cylinder 401, the bottom end of the moving rod 5 penetrates through the first fixing plate 402 and extends into the first fixing cylinder 401, and is fixedly connected with the top surface of the forming block 4, a first brush plate 405 is arranged at the outer side of the first fixing cylinder 401 corresponding to four side walls of the forming cylinder 304, bristles are uniformly fixed on the outer side surface of the first brush plate 405, a spring rod is fixed on the inner side surface, one end of the spring rod extends into the first fixing cylinder 401 and is fixed with a magnetic plate 407, a spring is arranged between the magnetic plate 407 and the side wall of the first fixing cylinder 401, a plurality of electromagnets 501 are correspondingly fixed on the side wall of the moving rod 5, and the electromagnets 501 repel each other with the magnetic plate 407 after being energized.

After cake material shaping and slicing are finished, when the forming barrel 304 needs to be cleaned, the movable rod 5 and the forming block 4 are moved downwards through the lifting assembly, the movable rod enters the forming barrel 304, meanwhile, cleaning water is input into the forming barrel 304 through external equipment, the side wall of the forming barrel 304 is washed, then the electromagnets 501, corresponding to the positions of the first fixing barrel 401 and the second fixing barrel 403, on the movable rod 5 are electrified and repel with the corresponding magnetic plates 407, the first brush plate 405 and the second brush plate 406 are moved outwards and are in contact with the side wall of the forming barrel 304, and therefore in the moving process, the side wall and the corners of the forming barrel 304 are cleaned through the cooperation of the cleaning water.

The structure of this embodiment is substantially the same as that of the second embodiment, except that the first fixing plate 402 is a cavity structure, and four side walls are slidably connected with first cleaning plates 408, four right-angle fixing plates are fixed in an inner cavity of the first fixing plate 402, a spring is arranged between the first cleaning plate 408 and a corresponding fixing block, a spring rod is fixed at an inner side end of the first cleaning plate 408, an inner side end of the spring rod extends into the inner cavity of the first fixing plate 402 and is fixed with a magnetic plate 407, and an electromagnet 501 is correspondingly fixed on the moving rod 5.
The second fixing plate 404 is of a cavity structure, four corners are slidably connected with a right-angle-shaped second cleaning plate 409, four fixing plates are fixed in four corners of an inner cavity of the second fixing plate 404, a spring rod is fixed at the inner side end of the first cleaning plate 408, the inner side end of the spring rod penetrates through the fixing plate and is fixed with a magnetic plate 407, a spring is arranged between the magnetic plate 407 and the fixing plate, an electromagnet 501 is correspondingly fixed on the moving rod 5, and the electromagnet 501 is correspondingly connected with the magnetic plate 407.
After the forming cylinder 304 is cleaned by the first brush plate 405 and the second brush plate 406, the corresponding electromagnet 501 is powered off, the first brush plate 405 and the second brush plate 406 return to be separated from contact with the side wall of the forming cylinder 304, meanwhile, the electromagnets on the moving rod 5 corresponding to the inner cavity positions of the first fixing plate 402 and the second fixing plate 404 are powered on and repel the corresponding magnetic plate 407, so that the first cleaning plate 408 and the second cleaning plate 409 are in contact with the side wall of the forming cylinder 304, soft wiping layers can be arranged on the first cleaning plate 408 and the second cleaning plate 409, and in the process that the lifting assembly drives the lifting assembly to move upwards, the side wall of the forming cylinder 304 is wiped, and the cleaning effect is further improved.

The apparatus for forming and slicing blanks for food processing as claimed in claim 3, wherein a first fixing cylinder (401) is fixed in the middle of the top surface of the forming block (4), a first fixing plate (402) is fixed on the top surface of the first fixing cylinder (401), the bottom end of the moving rod (5) passes through the first fixing plate (402) and extends into the first fixing cylinder (401) to be fixedly connected with the top surface of the forming block (4), first brush plates (405) are arranged on the outer side of the first fixing cylinder (401) corresponding to the four side walls of the forming cylinder (304), bristles are uniformly fixed on the outer side surfaces of the first brush plates (405), spring rods are fixed on the inner side surfaces, one ends of the spring rods extend into the first fixing cylinder (401) and are fixed with magnetic plates (407), springs are arranged between the magnetic plates (407) and the side walls of the first fixing cylinder (401), and a plurality of electromagnets (501) are correspondingly fixed on the side walls of the moving rod (5), and the electromagnet (501) repels the magnetic plate (407) after being electrified.

s3, starting the moving assembly to enable the sealing plate (7) to move towards two sides, opening the bottom of the forming box (3), continuously driving the forming block (4) to move downwards by the lifting assembly to enable the formed cake materials to move downwards, and enabling the bottom end of the cake materials to be in contact with the placing plate (2);
s4, driving the sealing plate (7) to move through the moving assembly, horizontally cutting the cake material through the inner side end of the sealing plate (7) in the moving process, and dropping the cake slices at the lower part onto the placing plate (2);
s5, moving the placing plate (2) along the sliding rail (102), so that the placing plate (2) for placing the cake slices drives the cake slices to move to the position where the processing equipment moves downwards, and meanwhile, the next placing plate (2) moves to the position below the slicing groove (101);
and S6, repeating S3-S5 until the cake material is completely sliced and the slicing of the cake material is finished.
