Abstract
The invention provides a water wall assembly adjusting rack and a method, wherein the method comprises the following steps: at least six base units, wherein every two base units which are arranged oppositely are connected through a corresponding first cross beam to form a portal; the lower part of one telescopic support unit is telescopically connected to a corresponding base unit, and every two oppositely arranged telescopic support units are connected through a corresponding second cross beam; each sliding table is arranged on one corresponding second cross beam and is used for placing the water-cooled wall and driving the water-cooled wall to slide on the second cross beam; and each lifting unit is connected to the upper part of one corresponding telescopic bracket unit. According to the invention, the water-cooled walls can be placed on the sliding table, and the functions of adjusting the water-cooled walls in the longitudinal direction, the transverse direction and the horizontal direction are realized through the lifting unit, the telescopic bracket unit and the sliding table of the rack, so that a plurality of water-cooled walls can be assembled on the rack, and the requirements of levelness and deviation in pipe orifice centering are ensured.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a water-cooled wall assembling and adjusting rack and a method.
Background
The water-cooled wall of the boiler is of a plate structure and consists of arranged tube bundles and fin plates. The on-site water wall will be subjected to multiple block butt welds (pipe orifice butt). Generally, due to the limitation of transportation conditions, the water-cooled walls of the boiler can be transported to the site in blocks and separated parts, and then the water-cooled walls of the blocks are flatly assembled and welded into a whole according to the specification and the size of the boiler on the site. And pre-assembling a plurality of groups of water-cooled walls, and hoisting the water-cooled walls to the steel structure frame of the boiler to be in place.

As shown in fig. 1 to 10, the present invention provides a water wall assembly adjustment rack, including:
at least six base units, wherein every two base units which are oppositely arranged are connected through a corresponding first cross beam 1 to form the gantry shown in fig. 5;
according to the length of the water wall, a plurality of door frames can be arranged to horizontally support the water wall;
the lower part of one telescopic support unit is telescopically connected to a corresponding base unit, and every two telescopic support units which are oppositely arranged are connected through a corresponding second cross beam 2;
the second beam can be a channel steel beam, and a chute can be arranged on the channel steel beam;
each sliding table 7 is arranged on one corresponding second cross beam 2, and each sliding table 7 is used for placing a water-cooled wall 8 and driving the water-cooled wall to slide on the second cross beam 2;
and each lifting unit is connected to the upper part of one corresponding telescopic bracket unit.

a pulley 71, wherein a roller is arranged at the bottom of the pulley 71, and the roller slides in the sliding groove;
one end of the second screw rod 72 is connected to the side surface of the pulley 71, and a second external thread is arranged on the outer side wall of the second screw rod;
a hand wheel 73 connected to the other end of the second screw 72;
and the support plate 74 is fixed on the second cross beam 2, a threaded hole is formed in the support plate 74, and a second internal thread matched with the second external thread is formed in the threaded hole.

As shown in fig. 9, in an embodiment of the water wall assembly adjustment rack of the present invention, the hanger 9 is an inverted L-shaped hanger, wherein the upper portion of the telescopic bracket unit is connected to the long arm of the inverted L-shaped hanger, and the chain block is connected to the short arm of the inverted L-shaped hanger.

and each lifting unit is connected to the upper part of one corresponding telescopic bracket unit.
