The working principle of the specific embodiment is as follows: the adhesive tape base material 7 is wound on the feeding roller 6, the right end of the adhesive tape base material 7 sequentially passes through the left side wall of the first box body 1, the first guide roller 8 on the upper side and the lower side of the second guide roller 9, the lower side of the third guide roller 10 and the right side wall of the first box body 1 and then is connected with an external adhesive tape winding mechanism, the external winding mechanism drives the adhesive tape base material 7 to continuously move rightwards, then the first motor 11-4, the suction pump 12-2 and the second motor 12-4 are all connected with an external power supply, the output shaft of the second motor 12-4 drives the brush roller 12-3 to rotate anticlockwise, the bristles on the brush roller 12-3 clean dust on the adhesive tape base material 7, the output end of the suction pump 12-2 is connected with the outside of the dust removal box 12-1 through a pipeline, the suction pump 12-2 pumps the interior of the box 12-1 into a negative pressure dust removal state, dust on the brush roller 12-3 enters the interior of the dust removal cloth bag 12-5 through the dust collection hole 12-9 to be collected, when the interior of the dust removal cloth bag 12-5 is fully collected, the third box door 12-8 is opened, the first magnetic ring 12-6 and the second magnetic ring 12-7 are separated, and the dust removal cloth bag 12-5 is taken out to be poured; the dedusted adhesive tape base material 7 moves to the lower side of the adhesive tape storage roller 11-1, the output end of the first motor 11-4 drives the second gear 11-6 to rotate, the first gear 11-5 is meshed with the second gear 11-6, the second gear 11-6 drives the first gear 11-5 to rotate, the rotating sleeve 11-2 drives the adhesive tape storage roller 11-1 to rotate anticlockwise, glue is injected into the adhesive tape storage roller 11-1 through the glue injection pipe 11-3, and the glue is coated on the surface of the adhesive tape base material 7 through the glue injection opening 11-8, so that the gluing is completed.
After adopting above-mentioned structure, this embodiment beneficial effect does:
1. the dust cleaning mechanism 12 can clean dust on the surface of the adhesive tape before the adhesive tape is coated with adhesive, and can collect and dump the dust after cleaning;
2. the adhesive tape base material 7 is contained in the second box body 2 before being coated with adhesive, so that the time of exposing the base material in the air is reduced, the influence of dust on the viscosity of the adhesive tape in the later period is prevented, and the quality of a finished product is improved;
3. the glue coating mechanism 11 adds liquid glue raw materials into the glue storage roller 11-1 and then carries out coating operation through the glue coating port 11-8, so that the glue coating is more uniform and efficient;
4. when the right end of the adhesive tape base material 7 moves rightwards, the surface of the adhesive tape base material 7 is in contact with the sponge wiper 25, the sponge wiper 25 cleans the surface of the adhesive tape base material 7, and dust is cleaned more thoroughly.

A gluing device capable of cleaning dust on the surface of an adhesive tape for adhesive tape production comprises a first box body (1), a second box body (2), a first box door (3) and a second box door (4); the first box body (1) and the second box body (2) are both of hollow structures with front side openings, the opening ends of the front sides of the first box body (1) and the second box body (2) are respectively provided with a first box door (3) and a second box door (4) in a rotating mode through hinges, and the first box door (3) and the second box door (4) are respectively fixedly connected with the front side walls of the first box body (1) and the second box body (2) through hasps; the method is characterized in that: the device also comprises a dust cleaning mechanism (12), a glue coating mechanism (11), a rotating shaft (5), a discharging roller (6), a first guide roller (8), a second guide roller (9) and a third guide roller (10); a rotating shaft (5) is arranged in the second box body (2), the rear end of the rotating shaft (5) is rotatably arranged on the rear side wall in the second box body (2) through a bearing, and the front end of the rotating shaft (5) is movably arranged in the middle of the second box door (4) in a penetrating manner; a discharging roller (6) is movably sleeved on the rotating shaft (5), and an adhesive tape base material (7) is wound on the outer side wall of the discharging roller (6); the upper side and the lower side of the left side in the first box body (1) are symmetrically provided with a first guide roller (8), the upper part of the right side of the first guide roller (8) is provided with a second guide roller (9), the lower part of the right side of the second guide roller (9) is provided with a third guide roller (10), central shafts at the rear sides of the first guide roller (8), the second guide roller (9) and the third guide roller (10) are respectively and rotatably arranged on the rear side wall in the first box body (1) through bearings, and the height of the second guide roller (9) is higher than that of the first guide roller (8) and that of the third guide roller (10); the right end of the adhesive tape base material (7) sequentially penetrates through the left side wall of the first box body (1), the first guide roller (8) on the upper side and the lower side of the first box body (1), the upper side of the second guide roller (9), the lower side of the third guide roller (10) and the right side wall of the first box body (1) and then is connected with an external adhesive tape winding mechanism;
the glue coating mechanism (11) comprises a glue storage roller (11-1), a rotary sleeve (11-2), a glue injection pipe (11-3), a first motor (11-4), a first gear (11-5), a second gear (11-6) and a glue coating layer (11-7); a rubber storage roll (11-1) is arranged on the rubber belt base material (7) on the right side of the third guide roll, a rotary sleeve (11-2) is fixedly arranged on the rear side wall of the rubber storage roll (11-1), the rear end of the rotary sleeve (11-2) penetrates through the rear side wall of the first box body (1) through rotation of a bearing and extends to the rear side of the first box body (1), a first gear (11-5) is fixedly sleeved on the extending end, a second gear (11-6) is meshed with the right side of the first gear (11-5), the second gear (11-6) is fixedly arranged on an output shaft of a first motor (11-4), and the first motor (11-4) is fixedly arranged on the rear side wall of the first box body (1) through a motor support; the first motor (11-4) is connected with an external power supply; the middle part of the rotary sleeve (11-2) is rotatably provided with a glue injection pipe (11-3) through a bearing, and the glue injection pipe (11-3) is communicated with the inside of the glue storage roller (11-1); the outer side wall of the rubber storage roll (11-1) is wrapped with a rubber coating layer (11-7), the rubber coating layer (11-7) and the outer side wall of the rubber storage roll (11-1) are communicated with each other to form a rubber coating port (11-8), and the rubber coating layer (11-7) is arranged in contact with the upper side face of the rubber tape base material (7);
the dust cleaning mechanism (12) comprises a dust removing box (12-1), a suction pump (12-2), a brush roller (12-3), a second motor (12-4), a dust removing cloth bag (12-5), a first magnetic ring (12-6), a second magnetic ring (12-7) and a third box door (12-8); a brush roller (12-3) is arranged on the upper portion of the adhesive tape base material (7) on the upper side of the second guide roller (9), bristles of the brush roller (12-3) are arranged in contact with the upper portion of the adhesive tape base material (7), a second motor (12-4) is fixedly arranged on the rear side wall of the first box body (1) through a motor support, an output shaft of the second motor (12-4) penetrates through the rear side wall of the first box body (1) through a bearing in a rotating mode and then extends into the first box body (1), and the brush roller (12-3) is sleeved on the extending end; a first magnetic ring (12-6) is fixedly arranged on the right end of the cloth bag dust removal (12-5), a second magnetic ring (12-7) is arranged on the right side of the first magnetic ring (12-6) in a suction manner, the peripheral walls of the second magnetic ring (12-7) are fixedly arranged on the inner side wall of the dust removal box (12-1); the shape of the right side wall of the dust removing box (12-1) is matched with the appearance of the brush roller (12-3), and a plurality of dust collecting holes (12-9) are fixedly arranged on the right side wall of the dust removing box (12-1).

The gluing device for adhesive tape production, which can clean dust on the surface of the adhesive tape, according to claim 1, wherein: a scraping plate (13) is vertically and fixedly arranged on the inner top surface of the first box body (1) at the upper part of the brush roller (12-3), a plurality of comb teeth (14) are fixedly arranged on the bottom surface of the scraping plate (13) at equal intervals, and the comb teeth (14) are inserted into the brush roller (12-3); when the brush roller (12-3) rotates anticlockwise under the driving of the second motor (12-4), the comb teeth (14) comb the dust on the brush roller (12-3).

The gluing device for adhesive tape production, which can clean dust on the surface of the adhesive tape, according to claim 1, wherein: a limiting groove (15) is formed in the inner side wall of the discharging roller (6), a limiting block (16) is fixedly welded and sleeved on the rotating shaft (5), and the limiting block (16) is movably inserted into the limiting groove (15); through the cooperation of the limiting blocks (16) and the limiting blocks (16), the rotating shaft (5) drives the discharging roller (6) to rotate.
