Abstract
The invention provides a hemodialysis concentrate preparation device, which comprises a water inlet pipe, wherein a flange, a filter screen, a first electromagnetic valve, a pressure gauge, a flow meter, a water storage tank, a water pump motor, a second electromagnetic valve and a mixing tank are sequentially connected onto the water inlet pipe, the mixing tank comprises a tank body, the axial direction inside the tank body is divided into a plurality of mixing cavities through partition plates, water outlet grooves are formed in the partition plates, commutators are arranged on the water outlet grooves in the upper ends of the partition plates, the directions of the commutators on two adjacent partition plates are opposite, the water flow direction can be changed through the commutators, namely the water flow direction is changed into clockwise through one partition plate, and the water flow direction is changed into anticlockwise through the other adjacent partition plate.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of hemodialysis concentrate production equipment, in particular to a hemodialysis concentrate preparation device.
Background
Most adoption stirring rake is stirred it to current hemodialysis concentrate mixing arrangement, but the stirring vane's of stirring rake length is shorter relatively, and consequently the stirring radius is less relatively, and the stirring area is less relatively, leads to single stirring volume less relatively, influences production efficiency. However, when the length of the stirring blade is extended, there is a problem that the stirring blade is easily deformed.
Meanwhile, the hemodialysis concentrate is different in mixing effect due to different water temperatures in the preparation process, so that the constant control of the water temperature is required.

A hemodialysis concentrate preparation device comprises a water inlet pipe, wherein a flange, a filter screen, a first electromagnetic valve, a pressure gauge, a flow meter, a water storage tank, a water pump motor, a second electromagnetic valve and a mixing tank are sequentially connected to the water inlet pipe;
the upper end and the lower end of the water storage tank are respectively provided with a high liquid level sensor and a low liquid level sensor, the bottom of the water storage tank is provided with a temperature sensor, the water storage tank is provided with an electric heater, and the electric heater can heat water in the water storage tank;
the mixing tank comprises a tank body, the axial direction in the tank body is divided into a plurality of mixing cavities by partition plates, water outlet grooves are formed in the partition plates, the water outlet grooves in the upper ends of the partition plates are provided with commutators, the directions of the commutators on two adjacent partition plates are opposite, and the direction of water flow can be changed through the commutators, namely the direction of water flow is changed into clockwise by one partition plate, and the direction of water flow is changed into anticlockwise by the other adjacent partition plate;
the bottom of the tank body is also provided with a medicine inlet;
the top of the tank body is connected with a liquid storage tank through a pipeline, a liquid discharge pipe and a detection liquid discharge pipe are arranged on the liquid storage tank, and the upper end and the lower end of the liquid storage tank are also connected with a circulating pump through pipelines;
the first electromagnetic valve, the pressure gauge, the flowmeter, the water pump motor, the high liquid level sensor, the low liquid level sensor, the temperature sensor, the electric heater, the second electromagnetic valve and the circulating pump are all electrically connected with the PLC module.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the invention has simple structure, convenient use, high automation integration level and high mixing efficiency by mixing through the anisotropic rotational flow.
2. Through parts such as PLC module cooperation level sensor and temperature sensor to concentration and ratio time that can more accurate control hemodialysis concentrate.

Referring to fig. 1 to 4, a hemodialysis concentrate dispensing device includes a water inlet pipe 1, wherein the water inlet pipe 1 is sequentially connected with a flange 10, a filter screen 11, a first electromagnetic valve 12, a pressure gauge 13, a flow meter 14, a water storage tank 15, a water pump motor 16, a second electromagnetic valve 17 and a mixing tank 18;
the upper end and the lower end of the water storage tank 15 are respectively provided with a high liquid level sensor 150 and a low liquid level sensor 151, the bottom of the water storage tank 15 is provided with a temperature sensor 152, the water storage tank 15 is provided with an electric heater 153, and the electric heater 153 can heat water in the water storage tank 15;
the mixing tank 18 comprises a tank body 180, the interior of the tank body 180 is divided into a plurality of mixing cavities in the axial direction through partition plates 181, water outlet grooves 182 are formed in the partition plates 181, a reversing device 183 is arranged on the water outlet groove 182 at the upper ends of the partition plates 181, the reversing devices 183 on two adjacent partition plates 181 are opposite in direction, and the water flow direction can be changed through the reversing devices 183, namely the water flow direction is changed into clockwise by one partition plate 181, and the water flow direction is changed into anticlockwise by the other adjacent partition plate 181;
the bottom of the tank body 180 is also provided with a medicine inlet 184;
the top of the tank body 180 is connected with a liquid storage tank 185 through a pipeline, a liquid discharge pipe 186 and a detection liquid discharge pipe 187 are arranged on the liquid storage tank 185, and the upper end and the lower end of the liquid storage tank 185 are also connected with a circulating pump 188 through pipelines;
the first electromagnetic valve 12, the pressure gauge 13, the flow meter 14, the water pump motor 16, the second electromagnetic valve 17, the high liquid level sensor 150, the low liquid level sensor 151, the temperature sensor 152, the electric heater 153 and the circulating pump 188 are all electrically connected with the PLC module.
Furthermore, the PLC module further comprises a touch screen, and the PLC module is electrically connected with the touch screen.
Furthermore, the wireless communication device further comprises a wireless communication module and an upper computer, wherein the wireless communication module is electrically connected with the PLC module, and the upper computer and the wireless communication module are in wireless data communication.
Further, a strainer 11 is provided on the drain pipe 186 and the detection liquid discharge pipe 187.
The working principle and the using process of the invention are as follows:
when the water mixing device is used, the flange 10 is connected with an external water inlet pipeline, the filter screen 11 can filter impurities possibly contained in water, the first electromagnetic valve 12 is opened through the PLC module, the water enters the water storage tank 15, at the moment, the temperature sensor 152 can detect whether the water temperature in the water storage tank 15 is within a preset temperature range, if the temperature is too low, the temperature sensor 152 can give an electric signal to the PLC module, the PLC module can give a signal to the electric heater 153, at the moment, the electric heater 153 heats the water, when the water height in the water storage tank 15 reaches the high liquid level sensor 150, the high liquid level sensor 150 can give an electric signal to the PLC module, the PLC module can close the first electromagnetic valve 12, when the water temperature in the water storage tank 15 meets the proportioning standard, the PLC module can control the second electromagnetic valve 17 and the water pump motor 16 to work, and discharge the water in the water storage tank, meanwhile, the liquid medicine is injected into the mixing tank 18 through the medicine inlet 184, the principle of liquid mixing in the mixing tank 18 is as follows, water in the mixing tank 18 impacts the side wall of the tank 180 after entering from the side wall of the tank 180, directional rotational flow motion is carried out in the tank 180, when the reaction chamber 4 between the separation plate 181 and the bottom surface of the tank 180 is filled with the mixed liquid, the mixed liquid enters the adjacent mixing chamber through the water outlet groove 182 on the separation plate 181, the direction of the water flow is changed anticlockwise through the reverser 183 arranged on the separation plate 181, and the mixed hemodialysis concentrate is stored in the liquid storage tank 185 after multiple opposite rotational flow motions, and the PLC module controls the circulating pump 188 to move at regular time. The prepared hemodialysis concentrate can be sampled and tested through the test solution drain 187 to verify whether it meets the production standard.
