Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of medical instruments, and particularly relates to a turnover device for a neurology patient.
Technical Field
Some neurology patients in clinic, such as coma, hemiplegia, inconvenient physical activities and the like caused by stroke and thrombus, may lose self-care ability, patients lying in bed for a long time can generate skin diseases such as bedsore, which is a high-incidence disease, so that the elderly, patients and other family members who lie in bed all the year round in the home need special attention, and the bedsore is also called pressure sore, pressure ulcer and tissue ulceration and necrosis caused by continuous ischemia, oxygen deficiency and malnutrition due to long-term pressure of local tissues. Medical staff is required to turn over and massage at regular time, generally two or three medical staff are mutually matched to pull and move a patient to turn over the patient, so that the labor intensity of the medical staff is increased, the working efficiency is reduced, and the pain or injury to the patient is easily caused; if the patient needs to lean on one's side, the pillow, the cotton quilt and the like are needed to be used as the backrest to support the patient, so that the patient is in a state of leaning on one's side, the medical staff arranges the pillow and the cotton quilt, the labor intensity of the medical staff is increased, the working efficiency is reduced, the pillow and the cotton quilt are easy to deform and move, and the patient is painful or injured. At present, the air permeability of the bottoms of most of the existing sickbeds is poor, so that the buttocks and the back of a patient are not ventilated or breathable, and bedsore diseases are easily infected. The existing straight flat plate type turnover mechanism is easy to cause the patient to directly and completely turn over from the bottom of the back to cause body displacement when the patient turns over.

When the patient needs to be turned over, according to the requirement of turning over the patient to which side, firstly, the program controller 19 inflates the air bag 7 at the opposite side through the air pump 14 and the air pressure valve, so that the air bag 7 can be pushed against the abdomen of the patient after being inflated, and the patient is prevented from climbing on a hospital bed due to over-turning. Then the program controller 19 starts the motor 15 at the corresponding side, the motor 15 drives the rotating rod 13 to rotate through the driving gear 16 and the driven gear 17, the steel wire ropes 43 are wound, the steel wire ropes 43 at the two ends of the headboard 2 and the footboard 3 upwards pull the sliding columns 41 along the curved guide grooves 26, the sliding columns 41 pull the turn-over board assembly 6 at the corresponding side to upwards rotate through the sliding rods 32, and the turn-over board assembly 6 is attached to the back and the side of the patient and upwards overturns inwards to enable the patient to turn over to a proper position. After the turn-over is completed, the motor 15 can be reversed to return the turn-over plate assembly 6 to the horizontal position. The air bag 7 can be deflated through the air exhaust valve and stored for later use. When the sickbed is used as a common sickbed, the ventilator 18 can be started through the program controller 19, indoor air is pumped into the ventilation cavity 27 by the ventilator 18, air is discharged from the ventilation groove 23 on the bed plate 1 and the strip-shaped ventilation holes 35 on the turning plate II 31, air exchange is realized for the buttocks, the back and the legs of a patient, bedsores or other diseases caused by long-term bed rest of the patient on the buttocks, the back or the legs are prevented, manpower and material resources are saved, the working strength of medical personnel is reduced, and the working efficiency is improved.
