Detailed Description
The core of the invention is to provide an absorbent product, which accelerates the liquid absorption speed of the absorbent product, improves the absorption efficiency, can effectively reduce the leakage risk and improve the comfort of users by improving the surface layer structure of the absorbent product.
In order that those skilled in the art will better understand the disclosure, the invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic cross-sectional view of a first embodiment of an absorbent article provided by the present invention.
The embodiment provides an absorbent product which comprises a leakage-proof bottom film 10, an absorption layer 20, a surface layer 30 and a water-repellent material 40, wherein the absorption layer 20 is positioned above the leakage-proof bottom film 10, the surface layer 30 is positioned above the absorption layer 20, the outer edge parts of two sides of the surface layer 30 are connected with the water-repellent material 40, the outer edge of the water-repellent material 40 is connected with the leakage-proof bottom film 10, and a containing space of the absorption layer is formed among the water-repellent material 40, the surface layer 30 and the leakage-proof bottom film 10.
It can be understood that the material of the top layer 30 has lyophilic and liquid permeable capability, so that the liquid can be rapidly absorbed by the absorbent layer 20 through the top layer 30, and the leakage-proof bottom film 10 plays a role of preventing the liquid in the absorbent layer 20 from leaking out, and is generally made of liquid-proof material (such as plastic). The materials of the various layers of the absorbent article may be any of those commonly used in current designs, and the construction of the topsheet 30 is primarily modified herein.
In this embodiment, the topsheet 30 includes a central region S1 and side regions S2 on both sides of the central region S1 in the transverse direction of the absorbent article, the central region S1 has a smaller thickness than the side regions S2, and the central region S1 is coplanar with the bottom surfaces of the side regions S2, that is, the side regions S2 are higher than the central region S1, i.e., the distance from the top surfaces of the side regions S2 to the leakage-resistant film 10 is greater than the distance from the central region S1 to the leakage-resistant film 10; the absorbent layer 20 corresponds specifically to the central region S1 of the facing layer 30.
When the side areas S2 of the surface layer 30 are higher than the central area S1 of the surface layer 30, the two side areas S2 form a fence-like structure with a certain height relative to the central area S1, when absorbing liquid, the liquid tends to flow to the central area S1 and is rapidly absorbed by the lower absorbent layer 20 through the central area S1, because the side areas S2 are higher than the central area S1, which is equivalent to increase the surface area of the surface layer 30 and also contributes to rapid absorption of liquid, the liquid can permeate through the joints of the side areas S2 and the central area S1 and be absorbed by the absorbent layer 20, and meanwhile, the side areas S2 form a certain barrier effect on the flow of the liquid to the edge portions of the absorbent article, which can effectively prevent the liquid from leaking laterally, therefore, the absorbent article has improved structure of the surface layer 30, increased the speed of absorbing liquid and improved absorption efficiency, the leakage risk can be effectively reduced, and the comfort level of a user is improved.
In practice, the two side regions S2 of the cover 30 may be symmetrically disposed with respect to the central region S1 so that the leakage preventing effect and the liquid absorbing effect are substantially equivalent to each other, or may be asymmetrically disposed, and may be set according to the specific use and usage requirements of the absorbent article.
In practice, the central region S1 of the cover 30 is embodied as a single layer structure, i.e., only one layer, and the side regions S2 include at least three layers, i.e., at least three layers are stacked.
In this embodiment, the facing 30 includes a first facing 31 and a second facing 32, wherein the first facing 31 is formed by folding a same first material, and the second facing 32 is formed by folding another material, and the material forming the second facing 32 may be the same as or different from the material of the first facing 31, specifically according to the actual manufacturing requirement.
Specifically, the first surface layer 31 is formed as follows: in the transverse direction of the absorbent article, i.e. in the left-right direction in the figure, both outer portions of the first material are folded first inwards and then outwards to form three first material layers 311, the three first material layers 311 on the outer sides form the side portions of the first panel 31 as part of the aforementioned side regions S2, the middle portion of the first material forms the middle region S1 of the panel 30, and the middle portion of the first material is in the same plane as the lowermost layer of the three first material layers 311 on the side portions of the aforementioned first panel 31.
It will be appreciated that after folding, in order to bring the central region S1 of the first material in the same plane as the lowermost of the three first material layers 311 formed by the outer folds, the outer portions of the first material are folded upwardly and then inwardly and then outwardly, such that the folded layers are above the first material.
The second face sheet 32 is joined to the top face of the outer edge portions of both the aforementioned side portions of the first face sheet 31, that is, the second face sheet 32 is joined to the top face of the uppermost one 311 of the aforementioned three first material layers 311, as shown in fig. 1, so that the second face sheet 32 and at least three first material layers 311 of the corresponding sides form the side portion region S2 of the absorbent article.
In the illustrated embodiment, the side portion of the first panel 31 is folded to form a three-layer structure, and it can be understood that, in actual installation, more layers, such as five layers, etc., can be formed by folding the first material multiple times as required, which is not limited herein.
In addition to the provision of the facing 30 as the first facing 31 and the second facing 32, the water-repellent material 40 is specifically joined to the outer edge portion of the second facing 32.
As shown in the figure, the bottom surface of the first surface layer 31 is the bottom surface of the surface layer 30, and the bottom surface includes the middle region S1 and the first material layer 311 located at the bottommost layer on both sides thereof, and is attached to the absorbent layer 20, and in actual arrangement, the width of the bottom surface of the first surface layer 31 attached to the absorbent layer 20 is preferably not greater than the width of the absorbent layer 20, so as to prevent the liquid absorbed by the absorbent surface layer 30 from directly permeating into the leakage-proof bottom film 10 without being absorbed by the absorbent layer 20, which causes bad use experience.
In a specific embodiment, the width of the overlapping portion of the second surface layer 32 and the adjacent first material layer 311 is 5-30 mm, and the overlapping width is specifically related to the usage of the absorbent article, such as a sanitary napkin for absorbing menstrual blood, and the width of the overlapping portion is correspondingly smaller due to the relatively smaller product size, such as a diaper, and the width of the overlapping portion is correspondingly larger due to the relatively larger product size.
In practice, the outer edge portion of the second facing layer 32 may be joined to the leakage-preventing base film 10 to wrap the first facing layer 31 and the absorbent layer 20, thereby further preventing leakage.
In a specific scheme, the distance between the inner edge of the second surface layer 32 and the longitudinal center line of the central region S1 is greater than the distance between the inner edge of the first material layer 311 adjacent to the second surface layer 32 and the longitudinal center line of the central region S1, that is, the joint of the second surface layer 32 and the first surface layer 31 forms a step-shaped structure, and when absorbing, the second surface layer 32 can directly absorb part of the liquid, and can also intercept the liquid in the first surface layer 31 positioned at the inner side of the second surface layer 32, so as to further prevent the liquid leakage.
In a specific scheme, among three first material layers 311 on the side of the first surface layer 31, the width of the overlapping portion of two adjacent first material layers 311 is 5-30 mm, the specific setting of the overlapping width is related to the use requirement, in practice, when the width of the overlapping portion is set to be small, the number of layers of the first material layers 311 on the side of the first surface layer 31 can be set to be large, and when the width of the overlapping portion is set to be large, the number of layers of the first material layers 311 on the side of the first surface layer 31 can be set to be small, and the setting is specifically determined according to the requirement.
In a specific embodiment, in two adjacent first material layers 311 of the three first material layers 311 at the side of the first panel 31, the distance between the inner edge of the lower first material layer 311 and the longitudinal centerline of the central region S1 is not greater than the distance between the inner edge of the upper first material layer 311 and the longitudinal centerline of the central region S1.
After the arrangement, the surface of the surface layer 30 is in the shape of the ladder-shaped pleats, the three-dimensional effect is obvious, when liquid is absorbed, the parts on the two sides can intercept most of the liquid layer by layer in the middle area S1 of the surface layer 30, the surface area of the surface layer 30 is further increased due to the arrangement of the ladder-shaped pleats, and the liquid absorption rate can be further improved.
In a specific embodiment, in two adjacent first material layers 311 of the three first material layers 311 on the side of the first panel 31, the distance between the outer edge of the lower first material layer 311 and the longitudinal centerline of the central region S1 is not less than the distance between the outer edge of the upper first material layer 311 and the longitudinal centerline of the central region S1.
So, the outer fringe part of surface course 30 also is the ladder-shaped structure, and the transition is mild, avoids the sudden change of thickness, can promote to use and experience.
It should be noted that, in practice, the structural arrangement of the first material layer 311 can be similar to that described above no matter how many layers are formed by folding the side portions of the first surface layer 31, and therefore, the description is omitted.
In a specific embodiment, the adjacent two structures in the side region S2 of the surface layer 30 can be connected by heat sealing or gluing or ultrasonic wave composite. Namely, the second facing layer 31 and the adjacent first material layer 311, or two adjacent first material layers 311 can be connected in the above manner, which is safe and reliable.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic cross-sectional view of a second embodiment of an absorbent article provided by the present invention.
This embodiment provides an absorbent article having a basic structural composition similar to that of the first embodiment, and differs from the first embodiment in the structure of the topsheet 30, and only this difference will be described below, and the rest of the first embodiment will be referred to.
In this embodiment, the facing layer 30 includes only the first facing layer 31, and the first facing layer 31 is formed by folding the same sheet of the first material as in the first embodiment, and it can also be understood that the first facing layer 31 is the facing layer 30.
On this basis, in this embodiment, the top surface outer edge portion of the side portion of the first face layer 31 is joined to the water-repellent material 40.
In this embodiment, the first material forming the first facing 31 is folded in a manner consistent with that of the first embodiment described above, and a description thereof will not be repeated.
In the illustrated example, the outer portions of the first material are folded inwardly and then outwardly to form five first material layers 311, and since no second facing layer is provided, in this embodiment, the five first material layers 311 form the side regions S2 of the facing layer 30, and the central region S1 remains the middle portion of the first material. It is understood that the number of the first material layers 311 of the first material side portion is not limited to the five layers in the illustration in actual arrangement, and may be three or more layers, wherein the structural arrangement of adjacent layers is similar to the foregoing first embodiment.
The above description provides an absorbent article in detail. The principles and embodiments of the present invention are explained herein using specific examples, which are presented only to assist in understanding the method and its core concepts. It should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, it is possible to make various improvements and modifications to the present invention without departing from the principle of the present invention, and those improvements and modifications also fall within the scope of the claims of the present invention.
