Description
The technical field is as follows:
the invention belongs to the technical field of medical instruments, and particularly relates to a degradable dura mater intraoperative hanger for a human body and a hanging method thereof.
Background art:
after the skull is taken down in the craniotomy, the dura mater needs to be separated from the skull, in order to prevent the periosseous window dura mater from bleeding, a suspended dura mater is needed to stop bleeding, and the dura mater is usually suspended and fixed in a knotting mode, but the dura mater cannot be opened again after being suspended, so that the operation time is prolonged and the operation risk is increased if the dura mater is opened and the suspended dura mater needs to be re-suspended. If the dura mater is suspended at the beginning of the operation, the tension of the dura mater is increased due to suspension when the operation is ended, and the incision is widened and can not be aligned and sutured; if the dura mater is hung after the dura mater is sutured after the operation is finished, peridural mater of the operation area can continuously bleed during the operation, so that the bleeding amount is enhanced, the operation area is not clean, meanwhile, skull drilling needs to drill the skull thoroughly, and the bone holes bleed, so that dura mater injury is easily caused.
The invention content is as follows:
the invention provides a degradable dura mater intraoperative suspender of a human body and a suspending method thereof, aiming at overcoming the defect that the existing suspending mode is easy to cause dura mater damage.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: a human degradable dura mater intraoperative suspension, comprising: the base is plate-shaped, the positioning rod is vertically fixed on the lower surface of the base, a protruding portion extending towards the outer side is processed in the circumferential direction of the outer wall of the positioning rod, one end of the suspension wire is fixed at the center of the base, the other end of the suspension wire is connected with the sewing needle, and a plurality of positioning through grooves used for winding the suspension wire are uniformly formed in the peripheral edge of the base in the direction towards the center of the base.
Preferably, the bulge is a plurality of layers arranged in a stacked manner, and the longitudinal section of each layer of bulge is in a circular truncated cone shape with an upper bottom larger than a lower bottom.
Preferably, the base is further provided with guide grooves matched with the positioning through grooves in number, the groove shape of each guide groove is the same as and parallel to the edge shape of the base, and each guide groove is communicated with the corresponding positioning groove.
Preferably, the positioning groove communicates with a middle portion of the guide groove.
Preferably, the base and the positioning rod are made of biomedical degradable hard materials.
Preferably, the medical degradable hard material is a poly (glycolide-co-lactide) material.
Preferably, the base is any one of a circle, an ellipse, an equilateral triangle and a rectangle.
A method for suspending dura mater comprises the following specific steps:
step 31, first suspension: the suture needle belt suspension thread penetrates through the outer layer of the hard film, the suspension thread is brought in from one positioning through groove and is introduced into the corresponding guide groove, the steps are repeated, and the suspension thread is continuously brought into the next positioning through groove in sequence, so that simple winding is realized;
step 32, suspending again: when the dura mater is sutured on the cranium, the wound suspension thread can be firstly opened to loosen the dura mater, and the suspension thread is tightened again after the suturing is finished;
and 4, finishing suspension: after the suspension is finished, the suspension line is cut off, and the base is pressed down to enable the positioning rod to completely extend into the bone hole.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the invention realizes positioning by matching the positioning rod with the bone hole, and performs winding type fixing by using the positioning through groove arranged on the base and the suspension wire, overcomes the defects that the existing suspension needs to be knotted and can not be loosened again after knotting, and has the characteristics of simple operation, safety, reliability, no knot and repeated suspension.
2. The medical human body degradable absorption material is adopted in the suspender, the suspender is not required to be taken out after operation, is disposable, has low manufacturing cost and higher market popularization value.
