Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a weeding composition, which consists of active ingredients of glufosinate-ammonium, fluoroglycofen-ethyl and flumioxazin, and belongs to the technical field of compound pesticide compounding.
Background
Flumioxazin, the english generic name flumioxazin, chemical name: 7-fluoro-6- (3,4,5, 6-tetrahydro) phthalimido-4- (2-propynyl) -1, 4-benzoxazine-3 (2H) -ketone, which belongs to a cyclic imine herbicide in structure. The flumioxazin is a herbicide absorbed by buds and leaves, can effectively prevent and kill 1-year-old broadleaf weeds and part of gramineous weeds when being used for soil treatment, is easy to degrade in the environment, and is safe for succeeding crops. The soybean and the peanut have good drug resistance. Maize, wheat, barley, rice have moderate tolerance.
Fluoroglycofen-ethyl, english generic name Fluoroglycofen, chemical name: ethyl 0- [5- (2-chloro-a, a, a-trifluoro-p-tolyloxy) -2-nitrobenzoyl ] glycolate, structurally belonging to a diphenyl ether herbicide and mechanism of action belonging to protoporphyrin oxidase inhibitor. The herbicide is used for preventing and killing most of broadleaf weeds in soybean fields, and although the herbicide has certain activity to sensitive dicotyledonous weeds when applied before emergence, the dosage of the herbicide is 2-10 times higher than that of the herbicide after emergence. The agent is not effective in controlling narrow-leaf or perennial weeds. Is suitable for weeding wheat, barley, peanut, soybean and paddy fields. Can prevent and kill off broad-leaved weeds, in particular weeds of cleavers, speedwell, viola, xanthium and sweet potatoes.
Glufosinate ammonium, the english generic name Glufosinate ammonium, chemical name: ammonium 2-amino-4- [ hydroxy (methyl) phosphonyl ] butyrate, structurally belongs to an organophosphorus herbicide, has a mechanism of action of a glutamine synthesis inhibitor and is a non-selective contact herbicide. Has a certain systemic effect, can be used for weeding in orchards, vineyards and uncultivated areas, and can also be used for preventing and removing annual or perennial dicotyledons, gramineous weeds, nutgrass flatsedge and the like in potato fields.
At present, the special development of the herbicide for citrus orchard and non-cultivated land is less in the market, so that the development of the mixed herbicide which is more special for preventing and killing common weeds in the citrus orchard and the non-cultivated land is very necessary.

The test subjects were chenopodium glaucum and large crabgrass.
The original drug is prepared into the required test drug, and 6 different concentration gradients are set for each single drug and each compound drug (on the basis of the preliminary test result, the concentration gradients are set differently according to different drug proportions, and the control rate is set according to the geometric progression in the range of 5% -90%). Repeat 4 times with clear water control. The weeds are in the two-leaf or two-leaf one-heart period, and are sprayed from low dose to high dose respectively. After treatment, the mixture is placed in a greenhouse for culture and observation, and water is supplemented in a mode of infiltrating irrigation at the bottom of the pot.
Adopting DPS data processing software to process the test data, and converting according to the liquid spraying amount and the rotary disc area of the Prite spray tower to obtain ED of each medicament for different targets50The value (g/ha). Evaluating the combined action of the mixture by adopting a Sun Yunpei cotoxicity coefficient method, wherein when the CTC is more than 120, the mixture has a synergistic effect, antagonism is achieved when the CTC is less than 120, and addition effect is achieved between the CTC and the CTC.
