Description

冰箱
本发明普遍涉及一种冰箱,特别是一种具有气幕装置、可防止开门时冷空气泄漏的冰箱。
冰箱使食品保持在冷冻或冷藏状态,以保持食品的新鲜程度和味道。贮存在冰箱冷藏室中的食品由制冷循环运行时所产生的冷空气冷却。冷藏室正面的开口处固定着一扇门,用于打开和关闭冷藏室。这样的普通冰箱具有的缺点是:当开门时,该室中的冷气泄漏到空气中,使该室中的温度升高。这是由该室内外的压差和温差造成的。这种问题使冰箱的运行效率降低,特别是使食品的新鲜程度和味道变差。
为解决以上问题,已公开了一种技术,该技术通过在开门时横跨冷藏室开口处产生气幕而阻止冷藏室中的冷气泄漏。这种设计的例子是日本专利公开第56-12972号和日本实用新型公开第61-89782号。
图12是日本专利公开第56-12972号中公开的现有技术。在冰箱体11的正面开口处具有空气出口21和空气进口23,沿内壁13、15、17具有空气通道25将空气出口21和空气进口23连通,在空气通道25中装有电风扇27,当打开门19时电风扇就运行。因此当打开门19时,电风扇27运行,使冷空气穿过空气通道25进行循环,这样就在空气进口21和空气出口23之间的正面开口处产生气幕29。然而这样一种产生气幕的现有技术具有的缺点是:由于需要另外的电风扇和空气通道,就使具有气幕装置的冰箱的结构不必要地复杂化了。
图13显示日本实用新型公开第61-89782号中公开的另一个现有技术。内空间5伸进位于冰箱顶部并具有电风扇7的机仓4中。因此,由电风扇7排出的冷空气同延伸空间5的内前壁11相撞,并由此向下转向,这样就在开口2处产生了气幕。
然而,同前面的现有技术一样,这类气幕需要另外的电风扇,这样使结构复杂。还有其它的缺点是,由于电风扇排出的冷空气在整个贮藏空间内循环,形成不完全的气幕,使气幕不能很好地发挥作用。
本发明的目的是提供一种装配有简单结构的气幕装置的冰箱,用于在打开冰箱门时使冰箱的内部与外界空气相隔离。
本发明的冰箱包括:具有贮藏空间的主体,该贮藏空间有开口,通过此开口食品可以放入或取出;打开和关闭所述开口的门;冷却所述贮藏空间的冷空气产生装置;使冷空气在所述贮藏空间中强制循环的风扇;以及产生气幕的气幕装置,该装置使由所述风扇排出的冷气从所述开口的一侧流向所述开口的相对侧来产生一个气幕。
在所述的贮藏空间中有空气循环导管,它使冷空气通过所述的贮藏空间返回到所述的冷气产生装置。所述的气幕装置包括:从所述空气循环导管分支出的气幕导管,该气幕导管延伸至所述开口的顶部,所述气幕导管的出口面向所述开口的底部;以及位于所述气幕导管和所述空气循环导管之间的开关装置,它根据所述冰箱门的打开和关闭选择性地打开或关闭所述气幕导管和空气循环导管。

本发明的冰箱包括:主体10,在主体10内的贮藏室21、22,分别用于打开和关闭贮藏室21、22的门14、15,和用于使贮藏室21、22冷却的蒸发器31。贮藏室21、22的正面可打开,以将食品取出或放入。贮藏室21、22由隔板11使其相互分开以保持不同的温度,这样就可分别用作冷冻室和冷藏室。在冷藏室22的上部有一个专用的贮藏盒23用于在大约0°以下存放肉和鱼,在冷藏室22的下部有一个蔬菜盒24用于存放蔬菜和水果,在专用贮藏盒23和蔬菜盒24之间有若干格架25。隔板11的正面上装有按钮式微型开关12、13,分别用于检测冷冻室21的门14和冷藏室22的门15是处于打开还是处于关闭状态。

当门14、15关闭时,利用阀件71、81使排放导管51a、51b的进口51c、51d打开,使气幕导管61、62的进口61a、62a关闭。这样由蒸发器31产生的冷空气利用风扇32通过排放导管51a、51b排入冷冻室和冷藏室21、22中,然后通过返回导管52返回蒸发器31,由此使冷冻室和冷藏室21、22冷却。
当用户打开冷冻室的门14,在冷冻室21中存入或取出食品时,马达73运行,使阀件71逆时针旋转,这样就打开气幕导管61的进口61a,并关闭用于冷冻室21的排放导管51a的进口51c。因此,通过风扇32排出的冷空气沿气幕导管61流动,然后向冷冻室21开口的底部排放,由此形成气幕,防止外界空气进入仓室21。排出的空气通过返回管52返回蒸发器31。

在上述过程中,门14、15的打开和关闭是由位于分隔板11正面的微型开关12、13所检测的。
图6显示本发明第二个实施例冰箱的内部结构,其中利用独立的蒸发器和风扇来分别冷却冷冻室21和冷藏室22。如图所示,在冷冻室21的后侧具有冷却空间40a,蒸发器31a和风扇32a安装在其中。排放导管51a′位于冷却空间40a的前面,向冷冻室21均匀地排放冷气。冷却空间40a的下端是打开的,以使在冷冻室21中循环的冷气由风扇32a带动通过蒸发器31a。同样,排放导管51b′位于冷却空间40b的前面,冷却空间40b的下端敞开。气幕导管61′、62′分别位于冷冻室和冷藏室21、22的顶部。
气幕导管61′、62′具有相同结构。因此,参考图7和图8只描述冷冻室21中的气幕导管61′。气幕导管61′的进口61a′与排放导管51a′的进口51c′相连通,其出口61b′在冷冻室21的开口处面朝下布置。与图2所示的相同的阀件71安装在气幕导管61的进口61a′和排放导管51a′的进口51c′之间。在该实施例中,气幕导管61具有若干空气通道65,这样排放的空气能在仓室21开口的横断面上均匀地分布。
图9和10显示本发明第三个实施例冰箱的内部结构,其中用于使冷空气循环的导管和用于产生气幕的导管一体成形。
输送冷空气的导管94具有第一通道94c和第二通道94d,第一通道从冷却空间40的上部延伸至贮藏室22的开口处,第二通道94d从贮藏室22的开口处延伸至盖板41并在此向下弯。第一通道94c的进口和第二通道94d的出口用作导管94的进口94a和出口94b,这样使由蒸发器31产生的冷空气通过导管94排入贮藏室22。为使冷空气从贮藏室22的顶、后部排出,布置在贮藏室22顶、后部的第二通道94d上开有若干孔94e。
产生气幕的排放口95位于开口处的顶部,此处是第一和第二通道94c、94d的连接处,由门15的关闭和打开而操纵的阀件91盖着排放口95。在门15的内侧顶部有一突起15a,当关闭门15时,该突起向内推动阀件91,将排放口95关闭。
如图11所示,阀件91由板件形成,在它的上端有旋转轴93,下端向下延伸盖住排放口95。为使排放口95能随着门15的打开快速打开并立即产生气幕,在旋转轴93的两端装有弹簧92,其安装方式使得弹簧的弹性力使阀件91处于竖直位置。阀件91上有若干孔91a,当门15关闭时,从贮藏室22的前侧排放冷气,由此帮助维持贮藏室22中的温度均匀。风扇32′最好是多叶片风扇,它与导管95具有相同宽度,这样可在导管94的整个宽度上获得均匀的冷气。
下面将参照图9和10详细叙述第三个实施例的气幕装置的运行。
如图9所示,当门15关闭时,阀件91由门15上形成的突起15a向上推,关闭排放口95。这样,由蒸发器31产生的冷空气从导管94的进口94a沿第一和第二通道94c、94d强制流动。一部分冷空气通过第二通道94d的孔94e排出,其余通过第二通道94d的孔94f和出口94b排入贮藏室22。然后冷空气在贮藏室22中循环,通过返回管52返回蒸发器31。在上述循环中,少量冷空气通过阀件91上的孔91a排入贮藏室22的前侧(图11)。因此由于冷空气从上部,后部和前部排放,使整个贮藏室22均匀冷却。
如图10所示,当门15打开时,阀件91由于弹簧92的弹力向前摆,使排放口95打开。这样由风扇32′输送的大部分冷空气通过排放口95排出,由此形成气幕。这时,阀件91在排放口95的前侧呈竖直位置,使冷空气的流向向下。
如上所述,本发明冰箱的优点是:气幕装置具有简单的装配结构,由于气幕装置由现有的冷空气循环管和风扇制成,因此减少了安装费用。

Claims (5)

1、一种冰箱,包括:
具有贮藏空间的主体,该贮藏空间贮藏食品,并设有开口,通过该开口食品可以放入此贮藏空间或从此空间中取出;
关闭和打开所述开口的门;
产生冷却所述贮藏空间的冷空气的装置;
使所述冷空气在所述贮藏空间中强制循环的风扇;以及
气幕装置,该气幕装置在所述的门打开时把通过所述风扇强制排出的冷空气从所述开口的一侧流向所述开口的另一侧而产生气幕,
其特征在于,在所述的贮藏空间中有冷空气循环导管,它使通过所述风扇强制排出的冷空气经过所述的贮藏空间返回并进行循环,并且,
所述的气幕装置包括:
气幕导管,其从所述冷空气循环导管分出并延伸至所述开口的顶部并在底部开放;
开关装置,其位于所述气幕导管和所述冷空气循环导管之间的分支部,并根据所述门的开关选择性地打开或关闭所述气幕导管和所述冷空气循环导管,
该开关装置在所述的门打开状态,在打开所述气幕导管的同时关闭所述冷空气循环导管;在所述的门关闭状态,在关闭所述气幕导管的同时打开所述冷空气循环导管。
2、如权利要求1所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述开关装置包括:阀件,其随位于其一端上的旋转轴转动,用于选择性地打开或关闭所述的气幕导管和所述冷空气循环导管;电机,其根据所述门的开关来使所述阀件转动。
3、如权利要求1或权利要求2所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述的贮藏空间被分成至少两个以上贮藏室,并且所述的气幕装置分别安装在所述的每个贮藏室中。
4、如权利要求3所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述贮藏室通过由一个冷空气产生装置和一个风扇产生并使之循环的冷空气冷却。
5、如权利要求3所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述贮藏室通过由独立地安装在所述各贮藏室中的冷空气产生装置和风扇产生并使之循环的冷空气冷却。
