技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有座椅占用识别功能的机动车座椅的泡沫件及用于制造这种泡沫件方法。
背景技术
在乘员保护的过程中渐渐在机动车的车辆内部空间中安装多个传感器。其目的是将车辆乘员的伤害风险降至最小程度。在副驾驶座椅中以及有时还在第二排座椅和其他排座椅中装入座椅占用识别传感器,例如压力传感器,从其信号中推断出座椅占用情况。响应于由车辆乘员的重力作用的压力来操纵压敏的开关。一旦根据座椅占用识别传感器的信号识别到人员坐到了座椅上,而该人员未系安全带,则触发报警提示。在此重要的一点是,座椅占用识别传感器要相对于座椅面精确定位和取向,由此才从预先确定的压力起触发信号。
发明内容
本发明的目的是这样改进具有座椅占用识别功能的机动车座椅的泡沫件,使得能够可靠地识别在车辆座椅上是否存在车辆乘员。
另一方面,本发明的目的是改进一种用于制造具有座椅占用识别功能的机动车座椅的泡沫件的方法,使得能够成本低廉且简单地制造泡沫件。
该目的通过权利要求1给出的特征实现。
通过根据本发明的泡沫件实现了座椅占用识别传感器与泡沫表面的限定距离。该泡沫表面在此是机动车座椅的朝向座椅面的那侧。与泡沫表面相对置的那侧在下文中被称为底侧。在泡沫件的底侧的区域中或在泡沫件的相应的凹部中布置了多个座椅占用识别传感器。
根据本发明的具有座椅占用识别功能的泡沫件的另一优势是,在组装机动车座椅时的构件公差得到补偿。该机动车座椅在此包括具有线材框/金属丝框架的至少一个泡沫件、与车身固定连接的结构框架和多个座椅占用识别传感器(下文被称为传感器)。
根据本发明的方法的突出之处在于,能够通过简单的方法步骤制造具有座椅占用识别功能的机动车座椅的泡沫件。用于该多个传感器的保持元件可以在泡沫件发泡成型的同时嵌到泡沫中。另选地,也可以将保持元件粘接至泡沫件。

具体实施方式
原则上,作为部件机动车座椅包括:结构框架,以用于保持机动车座椅并将机动车座椅紧固至车身;泡沫件或泡沫垫,以用于遮盖结构框架;和包覆材料,以用于覆盖泡沫件。在具有座椅占用识别功能的机动车座椅中,还根据座椅位置的数目在机动车座椅的底侧、即与座椅面相背离的一侧的区域中布置传感器。
图1中以三维立体图示出了车辆后排座椅的透视的坐垫1,该车辆后排座椅具有三个座椅位置1a、1b、1c以及为座椅位置配设的传感器2。坐垫1在此具有座椅面11以及与座椅面11相对置的底侧12。坐垫1通常具有被包覆材料包覆的泡沫件或泡沫坐垫14以及线材框15。泡沫件14优选由聚氨酯或其他柔性泡沫制成,且能够浇注到线材框15上或以其他方式紧固至线材框。通过线材框15实现与固定至车身的结构框架的连接,该结构框架未被画出。线材框15也未被全部画出,而是仅在传感器2的区域中作为粗线/横向支架被画出。机动车座椅的构造或机动车第二排座椅的布置结构已是公知的,不再详细说明。
图2和图3示出了在一种实施方式中传感器2在泡沫件14的底侧12上的凹部16的区域中的布置结构和固定方式。可以看出,线材框15的线材区段17作为U形弯曲的区段位于凹部16的边缘侧。在此,线材区段17包括两个侧面区段17a和一个连接侧面区段的连接区段17b。
如从附图可见,传感器通过保持成型件20保持。该保持成型件在此在凹部16的相对置的两侧上被嵌到泡沫件中且基本上平行于座椅面延伸。该保持成型件20优选由塑料材料制成。传感器优选包括保持板18,并紧固在该保持板上,且被容纳在线材区段17之间的凹部中。保持成型件20具有边缘侧的槽,保持板18能够经由边缘侧的引导件21被插入槽中。当然也可以设置保持成型件20与保持板18之间的其他连接。
传感器2还通过保持板18固定在线材区段17上,优选在此处与侧面区段17a以及连接区段17b卡合。作为传感器也可以使用具有压力开关的压力传感器。
在泡沫件14的一种未示出的实施方式中,传感器仅通过被嵌到泡沫中的保持成型件20来固定。在此所述保持成型件20的数目和其构型方案都是可改变的。

Claims (8)

1.一种具有座椅占用识别功能的机动车座椅的泡沫件(14),其中,该泡沫件(14)包括座椅面(11)和与座椅面相对置的底侧(12),该泡沫件(14)还具有线材框(15),其中,在底侧(12)的区域中布置有多个座椅占用识别传感器(2),这些座椅占用识别传感器通过多个保持成型件(20)紧固在泡沫件(14)上以用于检测作用在座椅面(11)上的重力,所述多个保持成型件(20)被发泡到泡沫件(14)中,其中线材框(15)被泡沫包覆并且所述多个座椅占用识别传感器(2)被附加地固定到线材框(15)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的泡沫件(14),其中,所述多个座椅占用识别传感器(2)支承在保持板(18)上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的泡沫件(14),其中,所述多个座椅占用识别传感器(2)固定在保持板(18)上。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的泡沫件(14),其中,该泡沫件(14)被保持在线材框(15)处。
5.根据权利要求4所述的泡沫件(14),其中,所述多个座椅占用识别传感器(2)通过保持板(18)保持在线材框(15)的线材区段处。
6.一种用于制造根据权利要求1至5之一所述的泡沫件(14)的方法,包括以下步骤:
a.提供用于制造泡沫件(14)的发泡模具;
b.提供多个保持成型件(20);
c.将所述多个保持成型件(20)在要布置的多个座椅占用识别传感器(2)的位置的区域中置入发泡模具中;
d.在发泡模具中发泡成型出泡沫件(14)并且使保持成型件(20)被嵌到泡沫中;
e.从发泡模具中取出泡沫件(14);
f.将线材框(15)置入到发泡模具中并且用泡沫包覆线材框(15);
g.提供多个座椅占用识别传感器(2)并且将座椅占用识别传感器(2)固定到保持成型件(20)上;
h.将座椅占用识别传感器(2)附加地固定到线材框(15)上。
7.一种具有根据权利要求1至5之一所述的泡沫件(14)的机动车座椅。
8.根据权利要求7所述的机动车座椅,其中,该机动车座椅是后排座椅,该后排座椅还具有与车身固定连接的结构框架,其中,泡沫件(14)通过线材框(15)连接至结构框架,多个座椅占用识别传感器(2)布置在坐垫(1)的底侧上。
