Description

Mattress assembly including a double-sided bedspread having a ventilation structure
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a mattress assembly, in particular a mattress assembly comprising two-sided bedcovers, each having a ventilation structure. More particularly, the present invention relates to a mattress assembly including a double-sided bedspread, in which different ventilation structures are respectively formed.
Background
To provide a more comfortable feel to the mattress user, the use of memory foam in the mattress is increased so that the mattress can be recessed and restored according to the shape of the mattress adjusted by the user. In particular, memory foam is more widely used in easily replaceable bedcovers than in mattresses that are not easily replaceable due to the nature of the material used for the memory foam.
The memory foam may be classified into latex (the material thereof is a rubber material) and narrow memory foam (the material thereof is a chemical material).
The latex supports the body of the user with its elasticity, but is not suitable for a mattress because its resistance to heat and light is weak and air permeability is low.
The memory foam is obtained by specially processing a material having elasticity higher than that of urethane and thus having viscoelasticity realized by increasing viscosity in elasticity. In addition, the memory form is characterized in that it can be recovered after being pressed down, and is recovered slowly.
Meanwhile, when a user lies on a mattress including a bedspread composed of a layer of memory foam, various problems occur; for example, depending on the nature of the mattress assembly, the user may feel very hard, or the mattress assembly may sag excessively. Accordingly, mattress assemblies including a bedspread constructed from multiple layers are increasingly being used.
However, in the case of a mattress composed of memory foam, it reacts sensitively to the temperature of the site where the mattress is installed, whereby the hardness of the mattress increases with decreasing temperature and the hardness of the mattress decreases with increasing temperature; therefore, it is difficult to maintain the mattress hardness desired by the user according to the temperature change of the use environment. Furthermore, there is a disadvantage in that the exchange period thereof is short due to the material property of the mattress composed of the memory foam, that is, its air permeability is low.
The applicant has endeavored to develop a mattress assembly which can ameliorate the disadvantages of mattress assemblies comprising a cover composed of memory foam, and which can be used on both surfaces while exploiting the properties of the cover which can be easily replaced.

Hereinafter, a mattress assembly according to the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. Here, the elements constituting the present invention may be used in their entirety or individually as needed. In addition, some elements may be omitted depending on the use of the mattress assembly. The form and number of elements of the invention may be variously modified.
Referring to fig. 1, a mattress assembly according to the present invention will be described.
The mattress assembly according to the present invention includes a mattress body 100 and a bedspread portion 200 on the mattress body 100.
The mattress body 100 may preferably be a mattress provided with springs, but the mattress body is not limited thereto.
Bedspread parts according to a first embodiment
Referring to fig. 1 to 6, a first embodiment will be described.
In the bed cover portion 200 according to the first embodiment, the first interior material 215 included in the first bed cover portion 210 is in the form of a substantially laminar layer or a flat form (see fig. 6).
In the bed cover portion 200 according to the first embodiment, since the first interior material 215 is in the form of a substantially laminar layer or a flat form, the first interior material 215 according to the first embodiment is more advantageous in mass production than the first interior material 215' according to the second embodiment, which will be described later.
The bedcover portion 200 includes a first bedcover portion 210, a second bedcover portion 220, and a memory foam 250.
The bedspread portion 200 can be used by turning over the first and second bedspread portions 210, 220 in different configurations, depending on the manner desired by the user.
In the description of the bed cover 200 of the mattress assembly according to the present invention, the first bed cover portion 210 including the first fabric portion 211 is located on the second bed cover portion 220 to be used in summer, and the second bed cover portion 220 including the second fabric portion 211 is located on the first bed cover portion 210 to be used in winter; therefore, even if the seasons change, it is not necessary to purchase separate bedcovers, and a single bedcover can be used in each season.
The first bedspread portion 210 includes a first fabric portion 211 and a first interior material 215.
The side surfaces of the first bedcover portion 210 preferably comprise a mesh stock material. This further promotes the circulation of air inside the first bedcover portion 210, i.e. towards the side surfaces of the first bedcover portion 210 (in the horizontal direction) and towards the first fabric portion 211 of the first bedcover portion 210 (in the vertical direction).
Any material that can provide a cool feeling in summer may be used for the first fabric part 211 without limitation, and it is preferable that the first fabric part 211 includes one or more of a circular-section polyester fiber, a profiled-section polyester fiber, and a natural yarn fiber.
This is because the circular-section polyester fiber, the modified-section polyester fiber, or the natural yarn fiber has high absorption performance and high drying performance to provide excellent comfort.
In another embodiment, the first fabric portion 211 may include rayon (drawn) fibers and one or more of circular cross-section polyester fibers, profiled cross-section polyester fibers, and natural yarn fibers.
Further, the first fabric portion 211 is sewn together with a mesh portion 212 located under the first fabric portion 211, a first platform 213 located under the mesh portion 212, and a first stitch finishing material 214 located under the first platform 213.
The mesh part 212 is configured to increase air permeability, and may have a thickness of about 2mm, but the mesh part is not limited thereto.
The first platform 213 has a flat foam, increasing the comfort of the first bedspread portion 210 and ensuring a thick feel.
The first seam finishing material 214 may preferably be a nonwoven fabric for finishing the seams, but the first seam finishing material is not limited thereto.
The first interior material 215 has a substantially laminar form or a flat form, and includes a plurality of ventilation portions 215a passing upward and downward through the first interior material 215. The air may be ventilated through the first bedcover portion 210 by using a plurality of ventilation portions 215 a. That is, the fluid may communicate upward and downward through the plurality of ventilation parts 215a, whereby the first bedcover part 210 has a vertical ventilation structure.
Due to the ventilation structure constituted by the plurality of ventilation portions 215a, the contact area between the first fabric portion 211 and the outside air is increased, and therefore, the cooling performance of the first fabric portion 211, i.e., the cool feeling and the comfortable feeling that the user can feel, is increased.
The second bed cover portion 220 is disposed under the first bed cover portion 210. However, as mentioned above, the arrangement may of course be changed, as the mattress assembly according to the invention is used turned over.
The second bedcover portion 220 includes a second fabric portion 221 and a second interior material 225.
Preferably, the side surface of the second bedspread portion 220 is constructed of a mesh-like raw material. This further promotes the circulation of air in the interior of the second bedspread portion 220.
The second fabric portion 221 is seamed together with a second platform 223 located on the second fabric portion 221 and a second seam finishing material 224 located on the second interior material 225.
Preferably, the second fabric part 221 includes one or more of hollow-section polyester fibers and natural yarn fibers.
This is because hollow-section polyester fibers are a material having excellent heat insulating properties among materials used in winter, and side effects of the material have not been reported.
In another embodiment, second fabric portion 221 may include rayon (drawn) fibers and one or more of hollow-section polyester fibers and natural yarn fibers.
The second platform 223 has a flat foam, maximizing the comfort of the second bedspread portion 220 and ensuring a thickness feel.
The second finishing material 224 may preferably be a nonwoven fabric for finishing the seam, but the second finishing material is not limited thereto.
Preferably, the second interior material 225 is in the form of a profile foam or wave (see fig. 4 and 5). This is because the second interior material 225 should include the vent hole 225b for lateral ventilation. When another structure is coupled to the upper or lower portion of the profile or wave foam, the second inner material 225 has a vent hole 225b for lateral ventilation.
Further, the second interior material 225 may be formed of a foam material, but a material having high air permeability, which is less than 10mmAq at a pressure difference of 0.5m/s, may be used.
The profile foam is a foam having an egg-shaped container shape, and is a foam formed by injection molding on one surface thereof a shape in which irregular convexities and concavities are repeated; furthermore, the section of the profile foam has a wave shape (see fig. 4).
The wave foam is a foam formed by injection molding on one surface thereof a shape in which convex and concave shapes are repeated at predetermined intervals; further, the section of the wave foam has a wave shape (see fig. 5).
Due to the shapes of the profile foam and the wave foam, the pressure of the human body can be easily dispersed. That is, the human body pressure dispersion effect of the memory foam 250, which will be described below, can be improved.
The memory foam 250 is disposed between the first bedcover portion 210 and the second bedcover portion 220, and has the effect of dispersing the pressure of the human body.
Preferably, the memory foam 250 has a lower air permeability than the first and second bed cover portions 210, 220. Because the mattress assembly according to the present invention can be used in a turned over configuration, the memory foam 250 is used to differentiate the configuration of the first and second bedcover portions 210, 220 when the mattress assembly according to the present invention is used in a turned over configuration.
The first and second bedcover portions 210, 220 are prevented from ventilating each other by a memory foam 250, which has a lower air permeability than the first and second bedcover portions 210, 220. That is, due to the memory foam 250, the ventilation structure formed differently in the first and second bedcover portions 210 and 220 and the synergistic effect of each fabric portion 211 and 221 are maximized.
Further, it would also be preferable that the air permeability of the memory foam 250 is lower than that of the first and second stages 213 and 223.
Bedspread parts according to a second embodiment
Referring to fig. 7 to 8, a second embodiment will be described.
Generally, in the bedcover portion 200 'according to the second embodiment, the first interior material 215' included in the first bedcover portion 210 is not in the form of a bulk layer or a flat form (see fig. 8).
A description of a repetitive configuration of the bedspread portion 200 according to the first embodiment will be omitted, and only the first interior material 215' according to the second embodiment will be described.
In the second embodiment, similar to the second interior material 225 of the first embodiment, the first interior material 215' is formed of a profile foam or a wave foam, and provides the ventilation holes 215b for lateral ventilation.
Thus, the bedcover part 200' has a ventilation channel through which air is ventilated to the upper side and the side surface of the first bedcover part 210' by using the plurality of ventilation parts 215a and the ventilation holes 215b formed of the first interior material 215 '. Thereby, the air permeability of the first fabric part 211 is increased.
Ventilation structure of bedspread part
Referring again to fig. 3 and 7, the ventilation structure of the bedspread portions 200 and 200' will be described.
Referring to fig. 3, a ventilation structure of the bedspread portion 200 according to the first embodiment will be described.
In the first embodiment, the first bedcover portion 210 includes a first interior material 215 having a vent portion 215a for vertical fluid communication, and the second bedcover portion 220 includes a second interior material 225 formed of a profiled or wave shaped foam.
The first interior material 215 of the first bedcover portion 210 has a ventilation structure for vertical and horizontal fluid communication due to the ventilation portion 215a and the ventilation holes 215 b.
Instead, only the ventilation holes 225b are provided in the second interior material 225 of the second bedcover portion 220 to form a ventilation structure for horizontal fluid communication. The second bedspread portion 220 has only a horizontal ventilation configuration.
Referring to fig. 7, a ventilation structure of the bedspread portion 200' according to the second embodiment will be described.
In the second embodiment, the first and second bedcover portions 210 'and 220 have first and second interior materials 215' and 225, respectively, formed of profiled or contoured foam.
In the first bedcover portion 210, a ventilation structure for vertical and horizontal fluid communication is formed due to the ventilation portion 215a for vertical fluid communication and the ventilation hole 215b for horizontal ventilation.
Due to the ventilation structure, the first bedcover portion 210 'increases durability by providing horizontal and vertical ventilation structures to prevent foam from solidifying, and the cool feeling and comfortable feeling of the first fabric portion 211 that can be felt by a user of the mattress assembly according to the present invention are improved since fluid can more easily communicate in the first bedcover portion 210'.
Instead, only the ventilation holes 225b are provided in the second interior material 225 of the second bedcover portion 220, thereby forming a ventilation structure for communicating horizontal fluid. That is, the second bedcover portion 220 has only a horizontal ventilation structure. Even when the mattress assembly according to the present invention is turned over such that the second bedcover portion 220 is positioned on the first bedcover portion 210', no vertical ventilation structure is provided.
That is, the second bedcover portion 220 provides a horizontal ventilation structure to prevent the foam from curing, thus improving only durability. Further, due to the horizontal ventilation structure, air containing the thermal sensation of the first fabric portion 221 is trapped in the second bedspread portion 220, and thus the thermal sensation felt by a user of the mattress assembly according to the present invention is maintained for a long period of time.
While the embodiments of the invention shown in the drawings have been described so that those skilled in the art can easily reproduce and practice the invention, it is only exemplary and those skilled in the art will understand that various modifications and equivalent embodiments may be made. Accordingly, the scope of the invention should be determined from the following claims.
