Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the technical solutions in the examples of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the examples of the present invention.
Currently, most telecom operators make a full-service development strategy to emphasize the collaborative development of a mobile network and a fixed network (hereinafter referred to as a fixed network). Fig. 1 is a schematic view of an application scenario based on the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, a part of user equipment, such as a mobile terminal like a mobile phone, may be accessed to a core network through a wireless, i.e., mobile network, and a part of user equipment, such as a fixed terminal like a computer, may be accessed to the core network through a wired, i.e., fixed network. In order to strive for more users, the current telecom operators usually adopt a fixed mobile network convergence strategy, that is, the operation of full service and convergence service is realized through the fusion and cooperation between the fixed network and the mobile network, and various services such as high-quality communication, information, entertainment and the like are provided for the users.
However, in the prior art, telecom operators generally adopt broadcast network marketing or passive marketing to promote fixed-mobile convergence services, which has the technical problems of low efficiency, poor timeliness and waste of human and material resources.
Aiming at the problems, the technical idea of the invention is that a network hotspot area is determined through the distribution data of each mobile terminal, then a weak area of an operator is determined according to the measurement report data and the fixed network resource data of the operator, and then the fixed-mobile convergence service of the operator is pushed to the terminal equipment in the weak area of the operator, thereby realizing accurate marketing, improving efficiency and reducing cost.
In a first aspect, an example of the present invention provides a service push method, and fig. 2 is a schematic flow diagram of the service push method provided in the present invention.
As shown in fig. 2, the service push method includes:
step 101, determining a network hotspot area according to the distribution data of each mobile terminal acquired in real time.
In practical application, the execution subject of this embodiment may be a service push device deployed at an operator, where the service push device may be program software, or may also be a medium storing a related computer program, such as a usb disk; or the service pushing device can also be an entity device integrated or installed with a related computer program, such as a chip, an intelligent terminal, a computer, a server, and the like.
Specifically, an operator needing to perform service push may obtain a large number of networking devices from a data provider, for example, cloud distribution of mobile terminals, and determine a network hotspot area according to the cloud distribution, for example, in a certain area, if the mobile terminals are distributed more intensively, the area may be considered as the network hotspot area, and in a certain area, if the mobile terminals are distributed more dispersedly, the area may be considered as not the network hotspot area.
As an alternative example, step 101 comprises: acquiring distribution data of each mobile terminal in real time; determining the density of the mobile terminal of each grid in a preset grid map according to the distribution data; and determining the area corresponding to the grid with the mobile terminal density being greater than the first preset threshold value as a network hotspot area.
Specifically, an operator needing to perform service push can obtain positioning data of each mobile terminal from a data provider, determine a grid position of the mobile terminal in a preset grid map according to the positioning data, further determine the number or density of the mobile terminals corresponding to each grid, and determine an area corresponding to a grid with relatively large number or density of the mobile terminals as a network hotspot area. It should be noted that the first preset threshold may be set according to experience of a person skilled in the art, and the present invention is not limited thereto.
Step 102, obtaining measurement report data of a mobile terminal to which an operator belongs and operator fixed network resource data in a network hotspot area, and dividing the network hotspot area into different sub-areas according to the measurement report data of the mobile terminal to which the operator belongs and the operator fixed network resource data.
Specifically, the mobile terminal to which the operator belongs refers to a mobile terminal belonging to the operator, in this example, after the network hotspot area is determined, measurement Report data (MR for short) reported by the mobile terminal of the operator belonging to the network hotspot area may be acquired from a network side of the operator, and generally, the mobile terminal reports the MR data to a network side device of the operator every few seconds, so that the number density of the mobile terminals of the operator belonging to the network hotspot area may be determined according to the uploaded MR data, and the network hotspot area may be divided into a sub-area with more mobile terminal users of the operator and a sub-area with fewer mobile users of the operator. For fixed network resource data, when an operator installs a fixed network broadband in a certain area, fixed network resource data such as fixed network position information, user number, fixed network opening proportion and the like are recorded and stored, and according to the stored fixed network resource data, the network hotspot area can be divided into a sub-area with higher fixed network utilization rate and a sub-area with lower fixed network utilization rate.
And 103, pushing service information corresponding to the sub-areas to the terminal equipment in the different sub-areas.
And the terminal equipment is terminal equipment without the operator service.
Specifically, the mobile network service information of the operator can be pushed to terminal equipment which is not owned by the operator in a network hotspot area but in a subregion with fewer mobile users of the operator; the fixed network service information of the operator can be pushed to terminal equipment which is not belonging to the operator in a sub-area where the network hotspot area is located but the fixed network utilization rate of the operator is low; the fixed network and mobile network service information of the operator can be pushed to terminal equipment which is not belonged to the operator in the subarea of the network hotspot area, which has fewer mobile users and low fixed network utilization rate, so that the operator can realize accurate marketing.
The service pushing method provided by the embodiment of the invention determines the network hotspot area according to the distribution data of each mobile terminal acquired in real time; acquiring measurement report data and operator fixed network resource data of a mobile terminal to which an operator belongs in a network hotspot region, and dividing the network hotspot region into different sub-regions according to the measurement report data and the operator fixed network resource data; pushing service information corresponding to the sub-areas to terminal equipment in the different sub-areas, wherein the terminal equipment is terminal equipment without the operator service; the method and the system obtain the required area needing to develop the business through the distribution data of the mobile terminal, the measurement report data of the operator and the fixed network resource data which are obtained in real time, realize accurate marketing, improve the efficiency and reduce the cost.
With reference to the foregoing implementation manners, fig. 3 is a schematic flow diagram of another service push method provided by the present invention, and as shown in fig. 3, the service push method includes:
step 201, determining a network hotspot area according to the distribution data of each mobile terminal acquired in real time.
Step 202, obtaining measurement report data of a mobile terminal of an operator in a network hotspot area and fixed network resource data of the operator.
Step 203, dividing the network hotspot area into a first sub-area and a second sub-area according to the measurement report data of the mobile terminal to which the operator belongs.
The number of the mobile terminals to which the operators in the first sub-area belong is larger than that of the mobile terminals to which the operators in the second sub-area belong.
And 204, dividing the network hotspot area into a third sub-area and a fourth sub-area according to the fixed network resource data of the operator.
And the fixed network utilization rate of the operator in the third sub-area is greater than that of the operator in the fourth sub-area.
Step 205, pushing first service information to terminal equipment in a crossed sub-area of the first sub-area and the fourth sub-area; pushing second service information to terminal equipment in a crossed sub-area of the second sub-area and the third sub-area; and pushing third service information to the terminal equipment in the crossed subarea of the second subarea and the fourth subarea.
Step 201 and step 202 in this embodiment are similar to the implementation manner of "obtaining measurement report data of a mobile terminal to which an operator belongs in a network hotspot area and fixed network resource data of the operator" in step 101 and step 102 in the foregoing embodiment, respectively, and are not described herein again.
Unlike the foregoing embodiments, the present embodiment further defines the sub-area division and the service push process. In this embodiment, the network hotspot area is divided into a first sub-area and a second sub-area according to measurement report data of the mobile terminals to which the operators belong, wherein the number of the mobile terminals to which the operators in the first sub-area belong is greater than the number of the mobile terminals to which the operators in the second sub-area belong; dividing the network hotspot region into a third sub-region and a fourth sub-region according to the operator fixed network resource data, wherein the operator fixed network utilization rate of the third sub-region is greater than that of the fourth sub-region; pushing first service information to terminal equipment in a crossed sub-area of the first sub-area and the fourth sub-area; pushing second service information to terminal equipment in a crossed sub-area of the second sub-area and the third sub-area; and pushing third service information to the terminal equipment in the crossed subarea of the second subarea and the fourth subarea.
Specifically, according to MR data acquired from an operator network side device, a region with more mobile terminals of the operator in a network hotspot region, that is, a first sub-region, and a region with less mobile terminals of the operator in the network hotspot region, that is, a second sub-region, can be determined; according to the fixed network resource data of the operator, a region with higher fixed network resource utilization rate of the operator in a network hotspot region, namely a third sub-region, and a region with lower fixed network resource utilization rate of the operator in the network hotspot region, namely a fourth sub-region can be determined, after the region division is finished, first service information is pushed to terminal equipment in a crossed sub-region of the first sub-region and the fourth sub-region, namely the fixed network service information of the operator is pushed to terminal equipment in the network hotspot region, which has more mobile terminals of the operator, but is not attributed to the operator in the region with lower fixed network resource utilization rate of the operator; second service information is pushed to terminal equipment in a crossed sub-area of the second sub-area and the third sub-area, namely mobile network service information of a fixed-mobile convergence service is pushed to terminal equipment which does not belong to the operator in an area with high fixed-network resource utilization rate of the operator but few mobile terminals of the operator in a network hotspot area; and pushing third service information to terminal equipment in the crossed sub-area of the second sub-area and the fourth sub-area, namely pushing fixed-mobile convergence service information to terminal equipment in a network hotspot area, wherein the number of mobile terminals of the operator is small, and the terminal equipment of the area with low fixed network resource utilization rate of the operator, which is not belonging to the operator, is pushed.
As an alternative example, the measurement report data includes location information of a mobile terminal to which an operator belongs; step 203 comprises: dividing the network hotspot area into a plurality of grid structures; determining the grid structure of the mobile terminal to which the operator belongs according to the position information, and determining the number of the mobile terminals to which the operator of each grid structure belongs; if the number of mobile terminals to which operators in the grid structure belong is larger than a second preset threshold, determining that a region corresponding to the grid structure is a first sub-region; and if the number of the mobile terminals to which the operators belong in the grid structure is less than or equal to a second preset threshold, determining that the area corresponding to the grid structure is a second sub-area.
Specifically, the network hotspot area is gridded, the grid position of the mobile terminal to which the operator belongs is determined according to the position information of the mobile terminal in the MR data, and then the number or density of the mobile terminals to which the operator belongs in each grid is determined, when the number of the mobile terminals of the operator in the grid is greater than a second preset threshold, the area corresponding to the grid is determined to be a first sub-area, otherwise, the area is determined to be a second sub-area. It should be noted that the second preset threshold may be set by a person skilled in the art according to experience, and the present invention is not limited thereto.
As an optional example, the operator fixed network resource data includes operator fixed network location information and operator fixed network utilization; step 204 comprises: dividing the network hotspot area into a plurality of grid structures; determining a grid structure where a fixed network is located according to the operator fixed network position information; if the fixed network utilization rate of an operator in the grid structure is greater than a third preset threshold, determining that the area corresponding to the grid structure is a third sub-area; and if the fixed network utilization rate of the operator in the grid structure is less than or equal to a third preset threshold, determining that the area corresponding to the grid structure is a fourth sub-area.
Specifically, the network hotspot area is gridded, the grid position where the fixed network of the operator is located is determined according to the fixed network position information in the fixed network resource data, the fixed network utilization rate of the fixed network of the operator in each grid is further determined, when the fixed network utilization rate in the grid is greater than a third preset threshold value, the area corresponding to the grid is determined to be a third sub-area, and otherwise, the area is determined to be a fourth sub-area. It should be noted that the third preset threshold may be set by a person skilled in the art according to experience, and the present invention is not limited thereto.
Based on the foregoing embodiment, the service push method provided in this embodiment divides the network hotspot area into a first sub-area and a second sub-area according to measurement report data of the mobile terminal to which the operator belongs, where the number of mobile terminals to which the operator of the first sub-area belongs is greater than the number of mobile terminals to which the operator of the second sub-area belongs; dividing the network hotspot region into a third sub-region and a fourth sub-region according to the operator fixed network resource data, wherein the operator fixed network utilization rate of the third sub-region is greater than that of the fourth sub-region; pushing first service information to terminal equipment in a crossed sub-area of the first sub-area and the fourth sub-area; second service information is pushed to terminal equipment in a crossed sub-area of the second sub-area and the third sub-area; pushing third service information to terminal equipment in a crossed sub-area of the second sub-area and the fourth sub-area; the method and the system obtain the required area needing to develop the business through the distribution data of the mobile terminal, the measurement report data of the operator and the fixed network resource data which are obtained in real time, realize accurate marketing, improve the efficiency and reduce the cost.
