The invention discloses a method and device for achieving network planning. The method comprises the steps that in a network planning area, user Internet surfing information of base stations of other systems except a first system is obtained within the preset duration; the analysis and statistics are carried out on the user Internet surfing information of all the base stations, and the Internet surfing flow of all user terminals which correspond to the base stations, support the first system and customize the first system service is obtained; the Internet surfing flow, obtained through the statistics, of the base stations is ranked, and the position of the base station with the Internet surfing flow ranked in front is selected according to a network planning scale for establishing a first system base station. When the network is planned, the Internet surfing flow of the user terminals which support the first system and customize the first system service in the Internet surfing flow of other base stations except the first system is analyzed, the position where the first system base station is established is determined, network planning resources are more reasonable, and the development of the first system service is promoted.
Description
Technical Field
The present application relates to networking technologies, and in particular, to a method and an apparatus for implementing network planning.
Background
With the continuous development of mobile communication technology, the original base station coverage can not meet more and more service flow requirements, and on the basis of the original network coverage, the base station is built by stages to improve the network performance, so that the method becomes a main mode of network upgrading; for example, on the basis of the original 2G network, according to the traffic demand of 3G or 4G, in an area where network upgrade is required, a 3G or 4G base station is newly built in the original 2G network, so that the traffic demand of 3G or 4G is met.
At present, network planning mainly implements network demand analysis by establishing a user data service traffic model for data traffic, connection number, user number, and the like of 2G and/or 3G base stations in a wireless network coverage area. The method determines the area with the highest traffic as the priority area for upgrading the base station by referring to the traffic statistics data such as the GPRS internet access traffic of the 2G users in the 2G coverage area, the user connection number and the like.
Network planning is carried out by counting the service volume, so that the flow demand of a user on 3G or 4G can be met; however, after completing the 3G or 4G constructed area, if the user still only performs service access in the 2G network, the 3G or 4G base station construction cannot be utilized to the maximum extent. For example, in some areas with dense population and low income, the 3G or 4G standard service is not the service type preferred by the user, but the traffic and price of the 2G service meet the requirements of the user, when the traffic of the cell is analyzed, the traffic is often very high, but the traffic demand of the 3G or 4G is very low, obviously, the built 3G or 4G base station resource cannot be utilized reasonably.
In summary, in the current network planning, a simple traffic volume high-low mode is used as a reference basis for establishing a new 3G or 4G, so that the 3G or 4G base station resources related to the network planning cannot be reasonably utilized, and the development of the 3G or 4G service is influenced.

analyzing and counting user internet access information of each base station respectively to obtain internet access flow of all user terminals which support a first standard and customize a first standard service and correspond to each base station;
and sequencing the network traffic of each base station obtained by statistics, and selecting the position of the base station with the network traffic sequenced in front according to the network planning scale to construct a first standard base station.
Further, the user internet information includes: the method comprises the steps of a user mobile phone number, a terminal unique identifier IMEI of a user terminal, uplink flow, downlink flow, starting time, ending time, internet surfing time, a location area code LAC and a cell number CI.
Further, when the first standard is 4G, the other standards except the first standard are: the mode of the transition stage before 2G, and/or 3G, and/or 4G;
when the first standard is 3G, the other standards except the first standard are: 2G, and/or 3G.
On the other hand, the present application further provides a device for implementing network planning, including: the device comprises an acquisition unit, an analysis and statistics unit and a selection unit; wherein,
the system comprises an acquisition unit, a network planning unit and a control unit, wherein the acquisition unit is used for acquiring user internet surfing information of base stations of other systems except a first system within a preset time length in a network planning area;
the analysis and statistics unit is used for respectively carrying out analysis and statistics on the user internet access information of each base station to obtain internet access flow of all user terminals which support the first standard and customize the first standard service and correspond to each base station;
and the selecting unit is used for sequencing the internet traffic of each base station obtained by statistics and selecting the position of the base station with the internet traffic sequenced in front according to the network planning scale to construct the first standard base station.

Compared with the prior art, the technical scheme provided by the invention comprises the following steps: in a network planning area, acquiring user internet surfing information of base stations of other systems except a first system in a preset time length; analyzing and counting user internet access information of each base station respectively to obtain internet access flow of all user terminals which support a first standard and customize a first standard service and correspond to each base station; and sequencing the network traffic of each base station obtained by statistics, and selecting the position of the base station with the network traffic sequenced in front according to the network planning scale to construct a first standard base station. When the network planning is carried out, the invention determines the position for establishing the base station of the first standard by analyzing the internet traffic of the base stations of other standards except the first standard, supporting the first standard and customizing the internet traffic of the user terminal of the service of the first standard, so that the network planning resources are more reasonable, and the development of the service of the first standard is promoted.

The preset time duration refers to the time duration that stable user internet information can be analyzed through the time duration, and generally, the preset time duration can be taken for one week; of course, the preset duration can be taken in combination with experience according to holidays and regional characteristics.
In the method of the present invention, when the first standard is 4G, the other standards except the first standard are: the mode of the transition stage before 2G, and/or 3G, and/or 4G; the standard of the transition stage before 4G is the standard in the process of transition from 2G to 3G;
when the first standard is 3G, the other standards except the first standard are as follows: 2G, and/or 3G.
It should be noted that, when 5G or other evolved network systems appear, the method of the present invention should be applicable, and the implementation principle is the same.

It should be noted that, selecting a base station with the internet traffic ranked in the front to construct a first standard base station according to the network planning model means: determining the scale (number) of base stations to be constructed according to network planning, selecting the positions of base stations of other systems except the first system, which are sequenced by the obtained internet traffic, to construct the base station of the first system, for example, according to the network planning (based on the consideration of cost, income and the like), 10 4G base stations can be constructed in 100 3G networks in the first quarter, then according to the method of the invention, after the internet traffic is sequenced, selecting the base stations of other systems except the first system, wherein the user terminal supports the first system, and selects the base stations of 10 systems except the first system, in which the internet traffic of the first system is sequenced, to construct the 4G base stations.

The user internet information comprises: the method comprises the steps of a user mobile phone number, an IMEI (international mobile equipment identity) of a user terminal, uplink flow, downlink flow, start time, end time, internet surfing duration, LAC (local area network) and CI (public identity).

and sequencing the network traffic of each base station obtained by statistics, and selecting the position of the base station with the network traffic sequenced in front according to the network planning scale to construct a first standard base station.

The method of claim 1, wherein the user surfing information comprises: the method comprises the steps of a user mobile phone number, a terminal unique identifier IMEI of a user terminal, uplink flow, downlink flow, starting time, ending time, internet surfing time, a location area code LAC and a cell number CI.
3. The method according to claim 1 or 2,
when the first standard is 4G, the other standards except the first standard are: the mode of the transition stage before 2G, and/or 3G, and/or 4G;
when the first standard is 3G, the other standards except the first standard are: 2G, and/or 3G.
4. An apparatus for implementing network planning, comprising: the device comprises an acquisition unit, an analysis and statistics unit and a selection unit; wherein,
the system comprises an acquisition unit, a network planning unit and a control unit, wherein the acquisition unit is used for acquiring user internet surfing information of base stations of other systems except a first system within a preset time length in a network planning area;
the analysis and statistics unit is used for respectively carrying out analysis and statistics on the user internet access information of each base station to obtain internet access flow of all user terminals which support the first standard and customize the first standard service and correspond to each base station;
and the selecting unit is used for sequencing the internet traffic of each base station obtained by statistics and selecting the position of the base station with the internet traffic sequenced in front according to the network planning scale to construct the first standard base station.
