Abstract
The invention relates to the field of image acquisition, in particular to a multi-scene image acquisition device, which comprises an image sensor, an infrared sensor, a communication module, a movable baffle and a control mechanism, wherein the image sensor is arranged on the image sensor; the movable baffle comprises a plate body and a driving mechanism; the driving mechanism is used for driving the plate body to shield the image sensor; the control mechanism is respectively connected with the movable baffle and the infrared sensor; when the infrared sensor is triggered by an object in a preset range, the driving mechanism is driven to withdraw the shielding of the plate body on the image sensor; the communication module is connected with the image sensor and used for transmitting the image acquired by the image sensor. The system provides double protection for influencing acquisition, and has strong adaptability, strong network risk resistance and privacy protection.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of image acquisition, in particular to a multi-scene image acquisition device.
Background
The image refers to a general term of all pictures and videos, and is the most common and basic data information in the modern information society. The image is ubiquitous in life and production of people, and occupies an important position in external information acquired by human beings. Means for recording image information have been developed from the beginning of film technology to the CCD/CMOS image sensors which are now most widely used. The image acquisition system is a hardware device which acquires and acquires digital video image information, and uploads the digital video image information to a computer, plays or stores the digital video image information according to requirements. For the present general application, image acquisition basically refers to acquiring an image signal output by a CCD/CMOS camera. The acquisition precision, the acquisition speed and the storage capacity of the acquisition system are key elements of the image acquisition system.

a multi-scene image acquisition device comprises an image sensor, an infrared sensor, a communication module, a movable baffle and a control mechanism;
the movable baffle comprises a plate body and a driving mechanism; the driving mechanism is used for driving the plate body to shield the image sensor;
the control mechanism is respectively connected with the movable baffle and the infrared sensor; when the infrared sensor is triggered by an object in a preset range, the driving mechanism is driven to withdraw the shielding of the plate body on the image sensor;
the communication module is connected with the image sensor and used for transmitting the image acquired by the image sensor.

the plate body comprises a first plate body and a second plate body which are oppositely arranged; the driving mechanism is used for driving the first plate body and the second plate body to be close to or far away from each other.

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present invention. The components of embodiments of the present invention generally described and illustrated in the figures herein may be arranged and designed in a wide variety of different configurations.

Examples
Referring to fig. 1, there is shown a multi-scene image capturing apparatus 100 according to the present embodiment, which performs double protection for capturing influence and avoids privacy rights due to software and hardware failures or remote intrusion.
The multi-scene image capturing device 100 includes an image sensor 120, an infrared sensor 140, a communication module 150, a movable baffle 110, and a control mechanism 111. The movable baffle 110 comprises a plate body and a driving mechanism; the driving mechanism is used for driving the plate body to shield the image sensor 120; specifically, the plate body may be designed to be movable to block the area in front of the image sensor 120, so as to realize shielding.
The control mechanism 111 is respectively connected with the movable baffle 110 and the infrared sensor 140; when the infrared sensor 140 is triggered by an object within a preset range, the driving mechanism is driven to remove the shielding of the image sensor 120 by the plate. With the use of the infrared sensor 140 to independently control the movable baffle 110, it is understood that when the image sensor 120 is activated, it is the case of remote control acquisition plus triggering of the infrared sensor 140, and acquisition cannot be performed when either of the two is not activated.
The communication module 150 is connected to the image sensor 120, and is configured to transmit the image acquired by the image sensor 120. The communication module 150 is used for controlling the start and end of image acquisition and can be used for data transmission.
In some embodiments, the drive mechanism is an electric motor. The motor is used for driving the baffle plate to shield or withdraw from the shield.
Further, the plate has an arc-shaped outer contour when covering the image sensor 120. When the protection is in image touch sensor trouble or suffers the invasion, the plate body shelters from to unable image acquisition, protection privacy.
In some other embodiments, the plate bodies include a first plate body and a second plate body (not shown in the figures) which are oppositely arranged according to actual needs; the driving mechanism is used for driving the first plate body and the second plate body to be close to or far away from each other. The effect of privacy protection can be achieved as well.
Optionally, in this embodiment, a concealing process is performed on a side of the board body away from the image sensor 120. The concealing treatment avoids the acquisition device to be found, so that the targeted invasion risk is generated.
In this embodiment, the communication module 150 includes a wireless communication module (4G, WIFI, bluetooth, etc.) or a cable communication module (RJ-45, etc.).
In particular, in this embodiment, the control mechanism 111 is not connected to the communication module 150 and/or the image sensor 120. The control mechanism 111 is separated from the communication module 150, so that an intruder is prevented from remotely attacking the communication module 150, and privacy is protected.

the movable baffle comprises a plate body and a driving mechanism; the driving mechanism is used for driving the plate body to shield the image sensor;
the control mechanism is respectively connected with the movable baffle and the infrared sensor; when the infrared sensor is triggered by an object in a preset range, the driving mechanism is driven to withdraw the shielding of the plate body on the image sensor;
the communication module is connected with the image sensor and used for transmitting the image acquired by the image sensor.
2. The multi-scene image capturing device as claimed in claim 1, wherein:
the driving mechanism is an electric motor.
3. The multi-scene image capturing device as claimed in claim 1, wherein:
the plate body comprises a first plate body and a second plate body which are oppositely arranged; the driving mechanism is used for driving the first plate body and the second plate body to be close to or far away from each other.
