the alarm unit 303 is configured to send an alarm signal when an operation instruction for a protection power supply line or a distribution ring network line is obtained;
the power supply unit 304 is configured to, when it is determined that a fail-safe power supply line exists in the fail-safe power supply monitoring list, supply power to a fail-safe power supply object on a non-failed section of the fail-safe power supply line through a distribution ring network line corresponding to the fail-safe power supply line;
and the expiration processing unit 305 is configured to send a reminding signal when it is determined that the expired guaranteed power supply line exists in the guaranteed power supply monitoring list, so that a user performs expiration processing on the expired guaranteed power supply line, and thus full-flow management and control on the guaranteed power supply of the power system are realized.

based on a main, distribution and use integrated model of the power system, adding an identifier to the protection power supply line corresponding to each piece of protection power supply information to obtain a visual protection power supply monitoring list, and adding all the distribution ring network lines to the protection power supply monitoring list;
when an operation instruction for the power protection and supply line or the power distribution ring network line is obtained, an alarm signal is sent out;
when judging that there is the fail safe power supply line in the guarantee power supply monitoring list, through the distribution looped netowrk circuit that the fail safe power supply line corresponds, it specifically includes to supply power to the guarantee power supply object of the non-trouble section on the fail safe power supply line:
acquiring power parameters and a topology searching structure of the power distribution ring network circuit;
judging whether the distribution ring network line can supply power to a power protection object at a non-fault end on the fault power protection and supply line or not based on the power parameter, the topology searching structure and a preset power supply condition, and if so, supplying power to the power protection and supply object through the distribution ring network line;
and when the power supply protection monitoring list has the power supply protection line due, sending a reminding signal to enable a user to carry out expiration processing on the power supply protection line due so as to realize the power supply protection whole-flow management and control of the power system.
2. The power system protection, supply and management control method according to claim 1, wherein the obtaining of the distribution ring network line on the opposite side of the protection and supply line specifically comprises:
