Helium is an inert gas, has the advantages of small molecular weight, light weight, strong diffusivity and penetrability, quick and stable response and the like, does not play a chemical role, does not pollute a detected piece, and is safe to operate, so that the application of the helium mass spectrum leak detection technology is very wide. However, the helium consumption of the existing helium leakage detecting device during detection is large, the response is slow, the detection cost is too high, and the large-scale popularization and application on an industrial production line are difficult.

the barrel body is conveyed to the workbench 5 from the conveying rack 7, the barrel body is limited by the baffle 23 and stops at the middle of the workbench 5, then the lifting mechanism 6 drives the workbench 5 and the barrel body to ascend together, the lifting mechanism 6 ascends and drives the telescopic rod 31 to move, the other end of the telescopic rod 31 moves backwards and drives the fixing rod 22 to move backwards, the baffle 23 is separated from the barrel body, the barrel body can accurately extend into the leakage detection cover 2, the vacuum pump 3 carries out vacuum pumping in the leakage detection cover 2, when the vacuum degree is pumped to 30KPa, the helium leakage detector 4 is started, if the barrel body is leaked, helium in the barrel body escapes from the barrel according to the pressure difference principle, and the helium leakage detector 4 alarms after detecting a certain amount of helium molecules, so as to determine the leakage condition of the barrel body; after the helium leakage detection is finished, the lifting mechanism 6 drives the workbench 5 and the barrel body to descend.
