Referring to fig. 6, the herbal pieces turning mechanism comprises a fan-shaped turning hopper 14, the fan-shaped angle of the cross section of the fan-shaped turning hopper is 150 degrees, the bottom end of the fan-shaped turning hopper 14 is attached to the upper surface of the conveyor belt 6, the front end and the rear end of the fan-shaped turning hopper 14 are connected with a rotating shaft 16, and the front end and the rear end of the fan-shaped turning hopper 14 below the rotating shaft 16 are connected with a stop lever 15. An arc-shaped material turning plate 17 is arranged on the inner wall of the lower end of the fan-shaped material turning hopper 14. Referring to fig. 2, fig. 3, fig. 4 and fig. 7, two fixing blocks 18 are disposed on the front and rear inner walls of the drying box 1, the two fixing blocks 18 are symmetrically disposed around the rotating shaft 16 on the fan-shaped hopper 14 by rotating 180 degrees, a spring 19 is connected to the fixing block 18, a stopper 20 is connected to the end of the spring 19, and the stopper 20 and the stop lever 15 are located on the same circular line with the center of the rotating shaft 16. When the fan-shaped tipping bucket 14 rotates, the two stoppers 20 can respectively limit two motion states of the fan-shaped tipping bucket 14. In addition, in order to ensure that the stop lever 15 and the stopper 20 are more smoothly abutted during limiting, a transition guide groove 201 is further formed on the side surface where the stopper 20 and the stop lever 15 are abutted.
Referring to fig. 4 and 8, a rotating shaft 16 on the rear end surface of the fan-shaped turning hopper 14 is rotatably connected with the rear side wall of the drying box 1, a cylinder 21 is connected to the front side surface of the drying box 1 at the position of the rotating shaft 15 at the front end of the fan-shaped turning hopper 14, a rotating cavity 211 is formed in the cylinder 21, bearings 212 are arranged on the front inner wall and the rear inner wall of the rotating cavity 211, the bearings 212 are sealed bearings, a rotating rod 22 is arranged between the two bearings 212, a plurality of fan blades 23 are uniformly arranged on the circumferential surface of the rotating rod 22 in the rotating cavity 211, and the outer ends of the fan blades 23 are attached to the inner wall of the rotating cavity 211. The rear end of the rotating rod 22 passes through the cylinder 21 and is connected with the outer wall of the drying box 1 and the rotating shaft 16, thereby realizing the linkage of the rotating rod 22 and the rotating shaft 16.
Referring to fig. 1 and 8, a piston cylinder 24 is fixed at the left end of the front side of the drying box 1, a hydraulic cylinder 25 is provided at the front side of the drying box 1 at the left end of the piston cylinder 24, a sealing piston 241 is provided in the piston cylinder 24, a piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder 25 is connected to the sealing piston 241, and a first compressed air pipe 26 is connected to the right end of the piston cylinder 24, the right end of the first compressed air pipe 26 is connected to the upper end of the left outer circumferential surface of the cylinder 21, a second compressed air pipe 27 is connected to the upper end of the right outer circumferential surface of the cylinder 21, the end of the second compressed air pipe 27 extends into the drying box 1, referring to fig. 2, the end of the second compressed air pipe 27 extending into the drying box 1 passes through the conveyor frame 5 and is arranged between the upper layer and the lower layer of the conveyor belt 6, and the end of the second compressed air pipe 27 is arranged in a sealing way, a compression exhaust hole (not labeled) facing the lower conveyor belt 6 is formed in the lower surface of the second compression air pipe 27.
In addition, the PLC controller 3 in this embodiment mainly controls the number of turns of the stepping motor 7 per rotation, and in cooperation with the reduction ratio of the speed reducer, can quickly calculate the distance of the conveyor belt per feeding. The PLC controller 3 also acts on the hydraulic cylinder 25 to control extension and contraction of the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder 25.

Embodiment 2 is a further improvement on the basis of embodiment 1, and the improvement point is that a device capable of uniformly discharging is arranged, so that the defect that operators need to lay the Chinese medicinal decoction pieces to be dried in a conveying belt during drying is avoided.

A material homogenizing chamber 283 is arranged in the rotary drum 282, the lower end of the hopper 281 is communicated with the upper end of the material homogenizing chamber 283, a blanking port 284 is arranged under the rotary drum 282, the blanking port 284 faces the upper surface of the left end of the conveyor belt 6, the driving motor is fixed on the front end surface or the rear end surface of the rotary drum 282, the end part of the driving motor, which extends into the material homogenizing chamber 283, is connected with a round rod 285, and a plurality of material stirring plates 286 are uniformly arranged on the outer circumferential surface of the round rod 285. In the actual drying process, the driving motor and the stepping motor 7 rotate synchronously, when the stepping motor 7 drives the conveyor belt 6 to transport, the driving motor drives the material shifting plate 286 to rotate, so that the traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces in the hopper 281 are uniformly discharged and spread on the upper surface of the conveyor belt 6, and then enter the drying box 1 along with the conveyor belt 6 to be dried.

A high-efficient drying equipment of herbal pieces-for-chinese medicine, including stoving case, step-by-step feeding mechanism, air heater and PLC controller, its characterized in that, the lower surface of stoving case is provided with the stabilizer blade, the PLC controller sets up the lateral surface at the stoving case, the rectangle mouth has been seted up to the left and right sides face of stoving case, step-by-step feeding mechanism includes conveying frame, conveyer belt and step motor, the conveying frame runs through two rectangle mouths of left and right sides and sets up, the conveyer belt sets up in the conveying frame, be provided with the speed reducer on the output shaft of step motor, the output shaft of speed reducer is connected with the drive roll on the conveying frame, the surface of conveyer belt evenly has seted up a plurality of bleeder vents, two air heaters are fixed to be set up in the left and right sides both ends of stoving case upper surface, be connected with the hot-air calandria pipe on the air heater, the lower extreme of hot-air calandria pipe passes the roof of stoving case, the end part of a hot air exhaust pipe positioned in the drying box is connected with a uniformly distributed exhaust pipe, the lower surface of the uniformly distributed exhaust pipe is provided with an air outlet facing a conveyor belt, the bottom wall of the drying box positioned right below the uniformly distributed exhaust pipe is provided with a plurality of air outlet holes, and a traditional Chinese medicine decoction piece overturning mechanism is arranged in the drying box positioned between the left hot air blower and the right hot air blower;
wherein, the turnover mechanism of the traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces comprises a fan-shaped turning hopper, the front end and the rear end of the fan-shaped turning hopper are connected with a rotating shaft, the front end and the rear end of the fan-shaped turning hopper below the rotating shaft are both connected with a blocking rod, the inner wall of the lower end of the fan-shaped turning hopper is provided with an arc-shaped turning plate, the front inner wall and the rear inner wall of the drying box are both provided with two fixed blocks, the two fixed blocks are symmetrically arranged by rotating 180 degrees around the rotating shaft, the fixed blocks are connected with springs, the end parts of the springs are connected with stop blocks which are positioned on the same circular line with the blocking rods, the rotating shaft is rotatably connected with the rear side wall of the drying box at the rear end, the front side surface of the drying box at the rotating shaft at the front end is connected with a cylinder, a rotating cavity is arranged inside the cylinder, the front inner wall and the rear inner wall of the rotating cavity are both provided with bearings, a rotating rod is arranged between the two bearings, and a plurality of fan blades are uniformly arranged on the circumference surface of the rotating rod in the rotating cavity, the outer ends of the fan blades are attached to the inner wall of the rotating cavity, the rear end of the rotating rod penetrates through the cylinder to be connected with the rotating shaft through the outer wall of the drying box, a piston cylinder is fixed at the left end of the front side surface of the drying box, a hydraulic cylinder is arranged at the front side surface of the drying box at the left end of the piston cylinder, a sealing piston is arranged in the piston cylinder, a piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder is connected with the sealing piston, the right end of the piston cylinder is connected with a first compressed air pipe, the right end of the first compressed air pipe is connected with the upper end of the outer circumferential surface on the left side of the cylinder, the upper end of the outer circumference surface at the right side of the cylinder is connected with a second compressed air pipe, the end part of the second compressed air pipe extends into the drying box, the end part of a second compressed air pipe extending into the drying box passes through the conveying rack and is arranged between the conveying belts, and the end part of the second compressed air pipe is arranged in a sealing way, and the lower surface of the second compressed air pipe is provided with a compressed air exhaust hole which is just opposite to the conveying belt.
