Abstract
The invention provides a unit type corner mounting structure of an illuminating lamp strip, which comprises a fixing bottom plate and a lamp strip, wherein the fixing bottom plate is mounted on a lamp groove base layer, at least one first lamp strip fixing part, at least one lamp strip positioning part and at least one second lamp strip fixing part are arranged on the fixing bottom plate, the position of the lamp strip positioning part is not on a connecting line of the first lamp strip fixing part and the second lamp strip fixing part, and the lamp strip positioning part is positioned on the inner side of a turning part of the lamp strip. In addition, the invention also provides a unit type corner installation method of the lighting lamp strip. Compared with the prior art, the lamp strip is firmly fixed at the corner of the lamp strip, the problems of uneven illumination and shadow caused by the distortion of the lamp strip and the reversal of the illumination surface can be avoided, the illumination effect of the lamp strip is improved, the lamp strip is integrally of an integrated structure, the bending and positioning of the lamp strip on the fixing bottom plate can be realized in advance, the installation of the lamp strip is more convenient, the rework rate is low, and the later maintenance workload can be effectively reduced.

Technical Field

Background
The LED light source has the advantages of energy conservation, environmental protection, strong applicability, high stability, long service life and the like, and the LED lamp strip manufactured by the LED light source has good illumination performance, is durable, maintenance-free and can be cut and connected in a delayed manner, and has good flexibility, so that various models can be manufactured conveniently, and the LED lamp strip is more and more used for building indoor illumination, especially for decorative illumination in various lamp troughs with complicated models.
The LED light source has strong directivity, the manufactured LED lamp strip can only realize single-side illumination, the illumination direction is usually fixed and controlled by adopting a method of bonding a double-sided adhesive tape on the back of the lamp strip and a decorative surface at present, at the corner of a decorative modeling, the bonding of the lamp strip is easy to loosen, the lamp strip is distorted and the illumination surface is easy to turn due to stress generated by bending the lamp strip when the lamp strip is installed, so that the phenomena of shadow and uneven light emission appear at the corner, the decorative effect is influenced, and the later adjustment is difficult.
Aiming at the difficult problems that the LED lamp belt at the corner of the decorative modeling is easy to generate shadows and uneven in light emission, the method for installing and fixing the LED lamp belt corner is adopted to solve the problems.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of this, the invention provides a unit type corner mounting structure of a lighting lamp strip and a mounting method thereof, which solve the technical problems that in the prior art, the lighting of an LED at a corner is easy to generate shadow and uneven light emission.

Furthermore, one side of the first lamp strip fixing part is provided with a first side opening communicated with the first through hole, and one side of the second lamp strip fixing part is provided with a second side opening communicated with the second through hole.

3) after the lamp strip is installed on the light trough base layer, the fixing bottom plate is directly and fixedly connected to the light trough base layer.
The invention provides a unit type corner mounting structure of a lighting lamp strip and a mounting method thereof.A fixed bottom plate with a first lamp strip fixing part, a lamp strip positioning part and a second lamp strip fixing part is mainly arranged, the lamp strip is fixed at a turning part on the fixed bottom plate, the lamp strip positioning part is positioned at the turning part of the lamp strip to form positioning and guiding effects on the turning part of the lamp strip, and the first lamp strip fixing part and the second lamp strip fixing part are respectively used for fixing two opposite sides of the turning part, so that the two sides of the lamp strip at the turning part are fixed;
therefore, compared with the prior art, the invention mainly has the following beneficial effects:
1) the lamp strip has the advantages that the lamp strip is enabled not to have the problems of uneven illumination and shadow caused by the fact that the lamp strip is twisted and the illumination surface is inverted at the corner under the fixing action of the fixing bottom plate with the first lamp strip fixing part, the lamp strip positioning part and the second lamp strip fixing part, and the illumination effect of the lamp strip is improved;
2) the fixed bottom plate with the first lamp strip fixing part, the lamp strip positioning part and the second lamp strip fixing part is simple and reasonable in structure and low in cost;
3) fixed bottom plate formula structure as an organic whole that has first lamp area fixed part, lamp area locating part and second lamp area fixed part, the lamp area can realize the location of bending on this PMKD in advance for the installation in lamp area is more convenient and the rework rate is low, can reduce the maintenance work load in later stage effectively.

7. A unitary corner mounting structure for a lighting strip as claimed in claim 1, wherein said fixing base plate (1) is a transparent plate, and said first strip fixing member (11), said strip positioning member (12) and said second strip fixing member (13) are made of transparent material.
8. A unitary corner mounting structure of a lighting strip according to any of claims 1-7, wherein said fixed base plate (1) is L-shaped or cross-shaped.

The unitary corner mounting structure of a lighting strip as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the fixing base plate (1) is provided with a plurality of connecting holes (15), and screws are inserted into the connecting holes (15) to fixedly connect the fixing base plate (1) to the light trough substrate.
