Abstract

本发明公开了一种自动启闭蝶阀,涉及阀门领域,针对现有的阀门关闭时密封性不可靠,且阀门易堵塞的问题,现提出如下方案,包括阀体,阀体内开设有流通通道,流通通道内配合有阀板,阀板的中部设有阀杆,阀体上开设有于阀杆相配合的通孔和凹槽,所述阀杆穿过通孔的一端连接有控制盒,且控制盒安装在阀体上,阀杆的两侧均固定有与阀板互相垂直的网格支撑板,网格支撑板和两个防堵网格板的两侧均安装有切刀,两个所述网格支撑板均为半圆形。本发明在阀门关闭时能实现三层密封,密封性良好,切刀的设置看可避免阀门的堵塞,保证了阀门的正常使用,防堵性好,实用性强,使用寿命较长。

技术领域
本发明涉及阀门领域,尤其涉及一种自动启闭蝶阀。
背景技术
蝶阀又叫翻板阀,是一种结构简单的调节阀,可用于低压管道介质的开关控制的蝶阀是指关闭件(阀瓣或蝶板)为圆盘,围绕阀轴旋转来达到开启与关闭的一种阀。可用于控制空气、水、蒸汽、各种腐蚀性介质、泥浆、油品、液态金属和放射性介质等各种类型流体的流动,在管道上主要起切断和节流作用。蝶阀启闭件是一个圆盘形的蝶板,在阀体内绕其自身的轴线旋转,从而达到启闭或调节的目的。
现有的自动启闭蝶阀密封性能欠佳,且自动启闭蝶阀在进行泥沙等流体的输送时,流体中的大体积物体容易使阀门发生堵塞,影响阀门的正常使用,造成阀门使用寿命短的现象,为此我们设计出了一种自动启闭蝶阀来解决以上问题。
发明内容
本发明提出的一种自动启闭蝶阀,解决了现有的阀门关闭时密封性不可靠,且阀门易堵塞的问题。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种自动启闭蝶阀,包括阀体,所述阀体内开设有流通通道,所述流通通道内配合有阀板,所述阀板的中部设有阀杆,所述阀体上开设有与阀杆相配合的通孔和凹槽,所述阀杆穿过通孔的一端连接有控制盒,且控制盒安装在阀体上,所述阀杆的两侧均固定有与阀板互相垂直的网格支撑板,两个所述网格支撑板均为半圆形,且两个所述网格支撑板与阀板之间连接有两个防堵网格板,网格支撑板和两个防堵网格板的两侧均安装有切刀;
所述阀板的和网格支撑板的外壁均固定安装有密封圈,所述密封圈的外壁两侧设有两个所述第一弹性密封圈,所述流通通道的内壁上安装有与两个所述第一弹性密封圈相配合的密封卡圈,且密封卡圈的内部设置有安装槽,所述安装槽的内壁设有第二弹性密封圈。
优选的,两个所述防堵网格板均为弧形板,且关于阀杆成中心对称。
优选的,所述流通通道内安装有与切刀相配合的切刀磨砂环。
优选的,所述控制盒内设有电机与电机控制器,所述电机控制器的型号为DATA-7311,所述电机的输入端与所述电机控制器的输出端电性相连,所述电机的输出轴与阀杆相连。
优选的,所述阀杆与相配合的通孔和凹槽之间均安装有轴套,且轴套的内外两侧分别设有第三弹性密封圈和第四弹性密封圈,所述第三弹性密封圈和第四弹性密封圈均为弹性橡胶材料制成。
优选的,所述网格支撑板上的网格尺寸相同与防堵网格板上的网格尺寸相同。
优选的,所述密封卡圈的断截面为C形面,两个所述第一弹性密封圈之间的距离与密封卡圈横截面宽度相适配设置所述第二弹性密封圈的一侧与密封圈的外壁相接触。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明中的阀门关闭时,两个第一弹性密封圈卡在密封卡圈的两侧,密封卡圈内的第二弹性密封圈抵住密封圈,实现三层密封,密封性良好;
2、本发明在阀门打开后,流体流经阀板时,如果出现杂质较大的情况时,杂质会在流体流动的推动下,被网格支撑板和防堵网格板上的切刀切开,避免的堵塞保证了阀门的正常使用;
3、本发明中的切刀在阀门开闭时,会经过切刀磨砂环的磨砂,保证切刀的锋利。

实施例一
参照图1-4,一种自动启闭蝶阀,包括阀体1,阀体1内开设有流通通道,流通通道内配合有阀板2,阀板2的中部设有阀杆3,阀体1上开设有与阀杆3相配合的通孔和凹槽,阀杆3穿过通孔的一端连接有控制盒4,且控制盒4安装在阀体1上,阀杆3的两侧均固定有与阀板2互相垂直的网格支撑板5,两个网格支撑板5均为半圆形,且两个网格支撑板5与阀板2之间连接有两个防堵网格板6,网格支撑板5和两个防堵网格板6的两侧均安装有切刀11;
具体地,两个防堵网格板6均为弧形板,且关于阀杆3成中心对称,流通通道内安装有与切刀11相配合的切刀磨砂环12,控制盒4 内设有电机与电机控制器,电机控制器的型号为DATA-7311,电机的输入端与电机控制器的输出端电性相连,电机的输出轴与阀杆3相连,阀杆3与相配合的通孔和凹槽之间均安装有轴套13,且轴套的内外两侧分别设有第三弹性密封圈14和第四弹性密封圈15,第三弹性密封圈14和第四弹性密封圈15均为弹性橡胶材料制成,网格支撑板5上的网格尺寸相同与防堵网格板6上的网格尺寸相同;
在工作时,通过电机控制器可控制电机进行工作,电机在工作时,间接带动阀杆3和阀杆3上的阀板2和网格支撑板5进行转动,从而使阀杆3带着阀板2转动90度来实现阀门的自动启闭;
参照图3-4,阀板2的和网格支撑板5的外壁均固定安装有密封圈7,密封圈7的外壁两侧设有两个第一弹性密封圈8,流通通道的内壁上安装有与两个第一弹性密封圈8相配合的密封卡圈9,且密封卡圈9的内部设置有安装槽,安装槽的内壁设有第二弹性密封圈10,其中,密封卡圈9的断截面为C形面,两个第一弹性密封圈8之间的距离与密封卡圈9横截面宽度相适配设置,第二弹性密封圈10的一侧与密封圈7的外壁相接触;通过阀板2外侧的密封圈7上设有两个第一弹性密封圈8,在阀门关闭时,两个第一弹性密封圈8卡在密封卡圈9的两侧,让密封卡圈9卡接固定在两个第一弹性密封圈8之间的内部,密封卡圈9内的第二弹性密封圈10抵住密封圈7,能够在使用时,通过两个第一弹性密封圈8、密封卡圈9、第二弹性密封圈 10之间的连接安装,实现三层密封,密封性良好;
参照图1与图3,在阀门打开后,流体流经阀板2时,如果出现杂质较大的情况时,杂质会在流体流动的推动下,被网格支撑板5和防堵网格板6上的切刀11切开,避免的堵塞保证了阀门的正常使用,且在阀门开闭时,切刀11可经过切刀磨砂环12进行磨砂,保证切刀11的锋利,能够在使用时,有效的避免阀门出现堵塞,保证了阀门的正常使用,防堵性好,实用性强,使用寿命较长。

1.一种自动启闭蝶阀,包括阀体(1),其特征在于,所述阀体(1)内开设有流通通道,所述流通通道内配合有阀板(2),所述阀板(2)的中部设有阀杆(3),所述阀体(1)上开设有与阀杆(3)相配合的通孔和凹槽,所述阀杆(3)穿过通孔的一端连接有控制盒(4),且控制盒(4)安装在阀体(1)上,所述阀杆(3)的两侧均固定有与阀板(2)互相垂直的网格支撑板(5),两个所述网格支撑板(5)均为半圆形,且两个所述网格支撑板(5)与阀板(2)之间连接有两个防堵网格板(6),网格支撑板(5)和两个防堵网格板(6)的两侧均安装有切刀(11);
所述阀板(2)的和网格支撑板(5)的外壁均固定安装有密封圈(7),所述密封圈(7)的外壁两侧设有两个所述第一弹性密封圈(8),所述流通通道的内壁上安装有与两个所述第一弹性密封圈(8)相配合的密封卡圈(9),且密封卡圈(9)的内部设置有安装槽,所述安装槽的内壁设有第二弹性密封圈(10)。
