Abstract
The invention discloses a gas chromatographic column connector, which comprises a hand-screwed screw, a hand-screwed nut, a chromatographic column connecting liner tube, a supporting pad and a locking spring, wherein the hand-screwed screw is connected with the hand-screwed nut; the hand-screwed screw and the hand-screwed nut are both hollow structures with one open ends, and a cylindrical cavity is formed in the hand-screwed screw and the hand-screwed nut after the hand-screwed screw and the hand-screwed nut are screwed; the chromatographic column connecting liner tube is sleeved in the cylindrical cavity, one end of the chromatographic column connecting liner tube is connected with the hand-screwed screw through a supporting pad and a locking spring, and the other end of the chromatographic column connecting liner tube is connected with the hand-screwed nut through the supporting pad and the locking spring; the hand-screwed screw is provided with a screw chromatographic column hole, the hand-screwed nut is provided with a nut chromatographic column hole, the supporting pad is provided with a through hole, and the chromatographic column connecting liner tube is provided with a chromatographic column channel which is communicated in sequence to form a chromatographic column mounting channel. According to the gas chromatographic column connector, two chromatographic columns can be connected well only by screwing by hands, the test result cannot be influenced by frequent temperature rise, temperature fall and air leakage, the service efficiency and the service life of an instrument are improved, and the chromatographic columns are protected.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of analytical test instruments, in particular to a gas chromatographic column connector.
Background
In the analysis and test process of a gas chromatography-mass spectrometer, a section of pre-column is generally required to be additionally arranged to solve the problem of high-boiling-point component pollution, and a section of vacuum damping capillary is additionally arranged to solve the problem of vacuum leakage required for column replacement. However, the existing chromatographic column connector needs to be installed by using a tool when in use, the air tightness is difficult to control, and the chromatographic column is often cut off, so that the use is time-consuming and labor-consuming.

In order to solve the problems, the invention provides the gas chromatographic column connector, two chromatographic columns can be connected well only by screwing by hands, the test result cannot be influenced by frequent temperature rise, temperature fall and air leakage, the service efficiency and the service life of the instrument are improved, and the chromatographic columns are protected.

a gas chromatographic column connector comprises a hand-screwed screw, a hand-screwed nut, a chromatographic column connecting liner tube, a supporting pad and a locking spring;
the hand-screwed screw and the hand-screwed nut are both hollow structures with one open ends, and a cylindrical cavity is formed in the hand-screwed screw and the hand-screwed nut after the hand-screwed screw and the hand-screwed nut are screwed;
the chromatographic column connecting liner tube is sleeved in the cylindrical cavity, one end of the chromatographic column connecting liner tube is connected with the hand-screwed screw through a supporting pad and a locking spring, and the other end of the chromatographic column connecting liner tube is connected with the hand-screwed nut through the supporting pad and the locking spring;
the hand-screwed screw is provided with a screw chromatographic column hole, the hand-screwed nut is provided with a nut chromatographic column hole, the supporting pad is provided with a through hole, and the chromatographic column connecting liner tube is provided with a chromatographic column channel which is communicated in sequence to form a chromatographic column mounting channel.
As a modification of the invention, the two ends of the chromatographic column channel of the chromatographic column connecting liner tube are conical outwards.
As an improvement of the invention, the supporting gasket is also provided with a groove for placing the universal graphite sealing gasket.
As an improvement of the invention, the hand-screwed screw and the hand-screwed nut are both provided with lugs which are convenient to screw.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the two chromatographic columns can be connected well by screwing the screw rod by hand and screwing the nut by hand, so that the problem that tools are needed for installing the chromatographic column connector is solved, and the device is convenient and fast.

Referring to fig. 1 to 3, a gas chromatography column connector includes a hand-screwed screw 1, a hand-screwed nut 4, a column connecting liner 6, a support pad 7 and a locking spring 8.
The hand-screwed nut 4 comprises a nut fastening cap 5 and lug pieces arranged on the periphery of the nut fastening cap 5.
