8. A ground leveling device as defined in claim 1 wherein: the other end of first semicircle clamp (1701) is provided with bolt (1703).
9. A ground leveling device as defined in claim 1 wherein: the movable rod (3) is provided with a positioning pin (4).
10. A ground leveling method is characterized in that: the method comprises the following steps:
step 1: the main body frame (1) is moved to the ground to be leveled and is stably placed, the movable rod (3) and the support sleeve (2) are moved in the vertical direction according to the requirement, and the positioning pin (4) is inserted into the positioning hole of the support sleeve (2) to realize positioning when the height is adjusted to the required height;
step 2: fixing a positioning column (21) with two support sleeves (2) through a clamping ring (17), wherein the clamping ring (17) comprises a connecting rod (25) at one end of the clamping ring (17) and a fixing sleeve (16), and then moving a fixing seat (20) downwards to enable a moving rod (19) to extend out of a fixing sleeve (18) and then fixing the moving rod by using a screw;
and step 3: tying one end of the elastic marking line (24) to the threaded rod (22), fixing the end by using two nuts (23), and fixedly connecting the other end of the elastic marking line (24) with the hook (33);
and 4, step 4: starting the variable frequency motor (11), so that the output end of the variable frequency motor (11) drives the driving wheel (9) to rotate, the driving wheel (9) drives the synchronous wheel (8) to rotate through the belt (10), the rotating shaft (7) rotates in the main body frame (1), and the first moving plate (12) is driven to longitudinally slide back and forth on the sliding rail;
and 5: the moving wheel (26) performs moving leveling according to the movement of the first moving plate (12), and when the first moving plate (12) stops moving, the guide column (29) in the moving groove (13) can be moved transversely through the handle (15) for accurate positioning;
step 6: when the moving wheel (26) contacts the uneven ground, the guide column (29) is in sliding connection with the through hole in the workbench (34), so that the moving wheel (26) can drive the support rod (27), the support platform (28) and the workbench (34) above the support platform (28) to move upwards when encountering the uneven ground, and the compression spring (30) in the support platform (28) is extruded;
