A steel wire rope length measuring coiling device according to claim 1, characterised in that the winding drum (4) is axially slidably connected to the right end of the winding shaft (3), and the right end of the winding shaft (3) is threadedly connected to a limit end cap (27) which abuts against the right end face of the winding drum (4).
6. A steel wire rope length measuring coiling device as claimed in claim 1, characterised in that the outer walls of the upper guide wheel (13) and the lower guide wheel (12) are provided with circular arc grooves.
