The uniform adjustable tensioning mechanism for winding the cloth strips as claimed in claim 1, wherein the tensioning assembly (9) further comprises a guide rail (11), a tension spring (12), a slider (13), a fixed seat (14) and a first rotating shaft (15), the guide rail (11) is vertically and fixedly installed on the side wall of one side, close to the supporting seat (3), of the supporting plate (2), the fixed seat (14) is horizontally and fixedly installed on the supporting plate (2), the fixed seat (14) is located under the guide rail (11), the slider (13) is slidably arranged on the guide rail (11), a horizontal connecting plate (16) is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the slider (13), the tension spring (12) is vertically arranged between the fixed seat (14) and the horizontal connecting plate (16), the top end of the tension spring (12) is fixedly connected with the bottom end of the horizontal connecting plate (16), the bottom end of the tension spring (12) is fixedly connected with the top end of the fixed seat (14), the first rotating shaft (15) is horizontally and rotatably arranged on the sliding block (13), and the tensioning wheel (30) is horizontally and fixedly sleeved on the first rotating shaft (15).
