Claims (10)
1. A limestone powder blanking anti-blocking dust suppression device comprises a main body (1), a blocking mechanism and a conveying mechanism; the conveying device is characterized in that a material inlet (2) is formed in the top of the main body (1), a material outlet (13) is formed in the bottom of the main body (1), a blocking mechanism is arranged between the material inlet (2) and the conveying mechanism, the conveying mechanism comprises an electrostatic discharge seat (18), a conveying power chamber (4) and a motor (3), the conveying power chamber (4) and the main body (1) are designed in an integrated mode, and the outer wall of the bottom of the motor (3) is fixed to the outer wall of the top of the conveying power chamber (4) through screws; the output end of the motor (3) is rotatably connected with a threaded column (26) through a coupler, the outer wall of one side of the electrostatic discharge seat (18) is fixedly provided with a lifting seat (25) through a screw, the outer wall of the threaded column (26) is connected to the inner wall of the lifting seat (25) through a screw, the outer walls of two sides of the bottom of the electrostatic discharge seat (18) are respectively fixedly provided with a first support door (11) and a second support door (15) through hinges, and the outer walls of the bottoms of the first support door (11) and the second support door (15) are respectively fixedly provided with a first support coil (19) and a second support coil (21) through screws; the first supporting coil (19), the second supporting coil (21), the electrostatic discharge seat (18) and the transportation power chamber (4) are electrically connected with an external control unit.

The limestone powder blanking anti-blocking dust suppression device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the blocking mechanism comprises a first receiving door (9), a second receiving door (8), a first receiving coil (17) and a second receiving coil (22), the first receiving door (9) and the second receiving door (8) are respectively fixed on the inner walls of two sides of the main body (1) through hinges, and the first receiving coil (17) and the second receiving coil (22) are respectively fixed on the outer wall of the bottom of the first receiving door (9) and the outer wall of the bottom of the second receiving door (8) through screws.

The limestone powder blanking anti-blocking dust suppression device as claimed in claim 2, wherein the coil directions of the first support coil (19) and the second support coil (21) are the same, and the coil directions of the first receiving coil (17) and the second receiving coil (22) are the same.

The limestone powder blanking anti-blocking dust suppression device as claimed in claim 3, wherein a grounding conductive sheet (7) is fixed on the inner wall of one side of the main body (1) through screws, a grounding wire (6) is arranged on the outer wall of one side of the grounding conductive sheet (7), one end of the grounding wire (6) is grounded, and a conductive block (23) is arranged on the outer wall of one side of the electrostatic discharge seat (18); the position of the conductive block (23) is matched with the grounding conductive sheet (7).
5. The limestone powder blanking anti-blocking dust suppression device as claimed in claim 4, wherein vibrators (27) are fixed on the outer walls of two sides of the electrostatic discharge seat (18) through screws.

The limestone powder blanking anti-blocking dust suppression device as claimed in claim 5, wherein an infrared sensor (20) is fixed on the inner wall of one side of the main body (1) through screws, the infrared sensor (20) is matched with the grounding conductive sheet (7) in position, and the infrared sensor (20) is electrically connected with the control unit.

The limestone powder blanking anti-blocking dust suppression device as claimed in claim 6, wherein two pressure sensors (16) are respectively fixed on the inner walls of the tops of the first receiving door (9) and the second receiving door (8) through screws; the two pressure sensors (16) are electrically connected with the control unit.

The limestone powder blanking anti-blocking dust suppression device as claimed in claim 7, wherein two receiving door limiting ropes (10) are fixed on the outer walls of the bottoms of the first receiving door (9) and the second receiving door (8) through screws; two supporting door limiting ropes (12) are fixed on the outer walls of the bottoms of the first supporting door (11) and the second supporting door (15) through screws.

The limestone powder blanking anti-blocking dust suppression device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein a baffle plate (24) is fixed on the outer wall of the top of one side of the electrostatic discharge seat (18) through screws, and the size of the baffle plate (24) is matched with that of the transportation power chamber (4).

The limestone powder blanking anti-blocking dust suppression device as claimed in claim 9, wherein two electric heating rod installation chambers (5) are integrally arranged on two outer side walls of the outer wall of the main body (1), and two electric heating rods (14) are respectively installed on the inner walls of the two electric heating rod installation chambers (5) through screws.
