Claims (3)

1. A bagging and bag-pulling assembly of a water pipe bagging machine is characterized by comprising a bag hanging device and a bag pulling device which are fixed at one end of a rack of the water pipe bagging machine, and the bag pulling device moves along the top of the rack of the water pipe bagging machine;
the bag hanging device comprises a bag hanging bracket, a rotating shaft support, a bag hanging rotating shaft, a friction wheel, friction adjusting screws and a bag hanging fixed wheel, wherein the bag hanging bracket is arranged at the outer end of a water pipe bagging machine frame, at least one pair of rotating shaft supports are arranged at the top of the bag hanging bracket, a semicircular groove for placing the bag hanging rotating shaft is formed in the middle of each rotating shaft support, a circle of annular clamping groove is formed in each of two ends of the bag hanging rotating shaft, the annular clamping grooves in the two ends of the bag hanging rotating shaft just fall into the semicircular groove of the rotating shaft support, the friction wheel is fixed on the bag hanging rotating shaft close to the rotating shaft support, the friction adjusting screws are arranged on the rotating shaft supports, the end parts of the friction adjusting screws abut against the friction wheel, the bag hanging fixed wheel is fixed on the bag hanging rotating;
the bag outlet device comprises a bag outlet horizontal adjusting bottom plate, a bag outlet adjusting auxiliary plate, a bag outlet horizontal adjusting bolt, a bag outlet supporting column, a bag outlet mounting plate, a roller mounting side plate, a front end bag outlet roller, a rear end bag outlet roller, a bag expanding shaft, a V-shaped roller mounting seat and a bag outlet V-shaped roller;
the bag outlet horizontal adjusting bottom plate is fixed at one end of a water pipe bagging machine frame, four corners of the bag outlet adjusting auxiliary plate are fixed with the bag outlet horizontal adjusting bottom plate through bag outlet horizontal adjusting bolts, four bag outlet support columns are arranged at four corners of the top of the bag outlet adjusting auxiliary plate, a bag outlet mounting plate is fixed at the tops of the bag outlet support columns, and a pair of roller mounting side plates and a V-shaped roller mounting seat are sequentially fixed on the bag outlet mounting plate from a feeding end to a discharging end;
a pair of front bag outlet rollers and a pair of rear bag outlet rollers are sequentially arranged between the roller mounting side plates from the feeding end to the discharging end, the two front bag outlet rollers are arranged in parallel up and down, and the two rear bag outlet rollers are arranged in parallel up and down;
a plurality of V-shaped rollers which are arranged in pairs up and down are arranged on the V-shaped roller mounting seat;
the bag expanding shaft is formed by smooth transition of a ball head part, a thin shaft part and an expanding shaft part, wherein the maximum diameter of the ball head part is larger than the distance between the gaps between the two front bag outlet rollers and the gap between the two rear bag outlet rollers, the diameter of the thin shaft part is smaller than the distance between the gaps between the two rear bag outlet rollers, and the diameter of the expanding shaft part is equal to the inner diameter of the water pipe sleeve bag;
the ball head part of the bag expanding shaft is horizontally arranged between the front end bag outlet roller and the rear end bag outlet roller, the thin shaft part of the bag expanding shaft is positioned between the pair of rear end bag outlet rollers, and the expanding shaft part of the bag expanding shaft is positioned between the V-shaped rollers which are arranged in pairs up and down;
the bag pulling device consists of a pair of parallel bag pulling slide rails, a bag pulling slide block, a clamp connecting block, a bag pulling clamp, a clamp cylinder, a bag pulling screw rod, a bag pulling motor and a bag pulling nut;
a pair of parallel bag pulling slide rails are respectively fixed on two sides of the top of a water pipe bag sleeving machine frame, two ends of a bag pulling slide block are respectively sleeved on the parallel bag pulling slide rails to slide, a bag pulling screw is movably fixed in one bag pulling slide rail, one end of the bag pulling screw is connected with a bag pulling motor, the bag pulling motor is fixed at the end part of the bag pulling slide rail, a bag pulling nut is arranged in the bag pulling slide block, the bag pulling nut is sleeved on the bag pulling screw, and the bag pulling motor drives the bag pulling slide block to move along the parallel bag pulling slide rails;
the bag-pulling clamp comprises a clamp shell, a hollow cover plate, an outer clamping piece sliding block, an outer clamping piece, a cam block, an inner clamping piece sliding block, an inner clamping piece, an outer clamping piece driving disc, an inner clamping piece driving disc and a driving arm, wherein a plurality of sliding grooves facing to the same circle center are arranged in the clamp shell, an outer clamping piece sliding block and an inner clamping piece sliding block are arranged in each sliding groove side by side, the outer clamping piece is arranged at the end part of the outer clamping piece sliding block, the inner clamping piece positioned at the inner side of the outer clamping piece is arranged at the end part of the inner clamping piece sliding block, all the outer clamping pieces are positioned on the same outer circumference, all the inner clamping pieces are positioned on the same inner circumference, the inner clamping pieces correspond to the outer clamping pieces one by one, the cam block is arranged on the outward side surfaces of the outer clamping piece sliding block and the inner clamping piece sliding block, the outer clamping piece driving disc is provided with an, the outer clamping piece driving disc and the inner clamping piece driving disc are limited in the clamp shell to rotate by the hollow cover plate, and the driving arm is fixed with the outer clamping piece driving disc and the outer side of the inner clamping piece driving disc through the hollow cover plate;
