Abstract
本发明公开了一种超硬型硬质合金刀具的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:1)、制备料浆;2)、将料浆制成料粒;3)、将料粒经挤压成型制成圆柱形坯料;4)、将圆柱形坯料经冲压成型,制成圆盘形坯料;5)、将圆盘形坯料经烧结成型,制成产品坯料;6)、使用大水磨对产品坯料的表面进行研磨加工,并预留0.1‑0.15mm厚度方向余量;7)、磨削内圆尺寸到位,并以内圆为基准设计夹具,磨削外圆尺寸到位;8)、精磨平面;9)、初步开刃;10)、双面磨削厚度尺寸到位;11)、磨削外刃到位,并在刀具的表面制备涂层。本发明通过将挤压成型、冲压成型与金属烧结成型相结合的方式制得坯料,加工速度快,良率高。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种超硬型硬质合金刀具的生产工艺。
背景技术
硬质合金是由难熔金属的硬质化合物和粘结金属通过粉末冶金工艺制成的一种合金材料,硬质合金广泛用作刀具材料,如车刀、铣刀、刨刀、钻头、镗刀等,用于切削铸铁、有色金属、塑料、化纤、石墨、玻璃、石材和普通钢材,也可以用来切削耐热钢、不锈钢、高锰钢、工具钢等难加工的材料。
硬质合金生产各道工序要求特别高,比如烧结必须要在保护气氛下烧结到1400~1500℃,须在特制的密闭的烧结炉内生产,而且硬质合金产品烧结时毛坯必须放在一种能耐高温的石墨舟皿上。烧结成型的硬质合金刀具,其硬度与使用寿命均会有很大的提升。
烧结完成后的硬质合金刀具需要再经过机加工处理,以制得尺寸精度、平面度要求均满足设计要求的硬质合金刀具。但在机加工过程中,需要合理安排工序,才能有效的提高良率。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决以上现有技术的不足,提出了一种超硬型硬质合金刀具的生产工艺。
一种超硬型硬质合金刀具的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
1)、将粉末经过低强度破碎研磨,加入乙醇、石蜡制成混料,并制备料浆;
2)、将料浆经过干燥、过筛制成料粒;
3)、将料粒经挤压成型制成圆柱形坯料;
4)、将圆柱形坯料经冲压成型,制成圆盘形坯料;
5)、将圆盘形坯料经烧结成型,制成产品坯料;
6)、使用大水磨对产品坯料的表面进行研磨加工,并预留0.1-0.15mm厚度方向余量;
7)、磨削内圆尺寸到位,并以内圆为基准设计夹具,磨削外圆尺寸到位;
8)、精磨平面,双面磨削,厚度尺寸留0.005-0.015mm余量;
9)、初步开刃,在外圆边缘处磨出初刃;
10)、双面磨削厚度尺寸到位,并单面过加工2μm左右;
11)、磨削外刃到位,并在刀具的表面制备涂层,涂层厚度为2μm左右。
优选的,所述的涂层为TiC涂层。
优选的,所述的涂层为TiC-Al2O3-TiN涂层。
优选的,步骤5)中,烧结温度为1500℃,烧结保护气氛为高纯度氩气。
优选的,步骤5)中,烧结室的真空度控制在500Pa以内。
优选的,步骤11)中,采用的镀膜工艺为真空磁控溅射镀膜。
有益效果:
将料粒依次通过挤压成型、冲压成型与金属烧结的方式制得产品坯料,可以有效的提高加工效率,并提高良率。
料粒经挤压机挤压成型,制成较粗的圆柱形坯料,圆柱形坯料经过冲压成型,制成较薄的圆盘形坯料,且经过挤压成型的圆盘形坯料质地较为均匀,在后续的烧结工艺时,可以保证烧结后的质量。

具体实施方式
为了加深对本发明的理解,下面将结合实施例和附图对本发明作进一步详述,该实施例仅用于解释本发明,并不构成对本发明保护范围的限定。
如图1所示的一种超硬型硬质合金刀具的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
1)、将粉末经过低强度破碎研磨,加入乙醇、石蜡制成混料,并制备料浆;
2)、将料浆经过干燥、过筛制成料粒;
3)、将料粒经挤压成型制成圆柱形坯料;
4)、将圆柱形坯料经冲压成型,制成圆盘形坯料;
5)、将圆盘形坯料经烧结成型,制成产品坯料,其中烧结温度为1500℃,烧结保护气氛为高纯度氩气,烧结室的真空度控制在500Pa以内;
6)、使用大水磨对产品坯料的表面进行研磨加工,并预留0.1-0.15mm厚度方向余量;
7)、磨削内圆尺寸到位,并以内圆为基准设计夹具,磨削外圆尺寸到位;
8)、精磨平面,双面磨削,厚度尺寸留0.005-0.015mm余量;
9)、初步开刃,在外圆边缘处磨出初刃;
10)、双面磨削厚度尺寸到位,并单面过加工2μm左右;
11)、磨削外刃到位,并使用真空磁控溅射的工艺在刀具的表面制备TiC涂层,涂层厚度为2μm左右。

1.一种超硬型硬质合金刀具的生产工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)、将粉末经过低强度破碎研磨,加入乙醇、石蜡制成混料,并制备料浆;
2)、将料浆经过干燥、过筛制成料粒;
3)、将料粒经挤压成型制成圆柱形坯料;
4)、将圆柱形坯料经冲压成型,制成圆盘形坯料;
5)、将圆盘形坯料经烧结成型,制成产品坯料;
6)、使用大水磨对产品坯料的表面进行研磨加工,并预留0.1-0.15mm厚度方向余量;
7)、磨削内圆尺寸到位,并以内圆为基准设计夹具,磨削外圆尺寸到位;
8)、精磨平面,双面磨削,厚度尺寸留0.005-0.015mm余量;
9)、初步开刃,在外圆边缘处磨出初刃;
10)、双面磨削厚度尺寸到位,并单面过加工2μm左右;
11)、磨削外刃到位,并在刀具的表面制备涂层,涂层厚度为2μm左右。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种超硬型硬质合金刀具的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述的涂层为TiC涂层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种超硬型硬质合金刀具的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述的涂层为TiC-Al2O3-TiN涂层。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种超硬型硬质合金刀具的生产工艺,其特征在于,步骤5)中,烧结温度为1500℃,烧结保护气氛为高纯度氩气。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种超硬型硬质合金刀具的生产工艺,其特征在于,步骤5)中,烧结室的真空度控制在500Pa以内。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种超硬型硬质合金刀具的生产工艺,其特征在于,步骤11)中,采用的镀膜工艺为真空磁控溅射镀膜。
