A paper powder separator for treating waste gypsum boards in decoration garbage comprises a rack (1) and a box body fixedly arranged on the rack (1), wherein a guide chute (5) for feeding is arranged on the box body; the method is characterized in that: the box body is fixedly provided with a plurality of screen meshes for screening out gypsum powder, the frame (1) is fixedly provided with a bin (8) for receiving the gypsum powder screened out from the screen meshes, the bin (8) is positioned below the box body, the box body is internally provided with a main shaft (11) which is coaxial with the box body and is driven to rotate by a motor (2) fixed on the frame (1), one end of the main shaft (11) penetrates through the box body and then is fixedly connected with the output end of the motor (2), the other end of the main shaft (11) is rotatably connected with the box body, a plurality of rod pieces (12) are spirally distributed on the main shaft (11) along the axis of the main shaft (11), one end of each rod piece (12) is fixedly arranged on the main shaft (11), a tooth piece (13) is fixedly arranged at the other end of each rod piece (12), and the tooth piece (13) on each rod piece (12) is driven by the motor (2) to rotate and then acts on the broken pieces of the waste gypsum board in the box body.

The paper powder separator for waste gypsum board treatment in decoration waste, according to claim 1, is characterized in that: the box body comprises an upper box body (7) and a lower box body (9), the upper box body (7) and the lower box body (9) are formed by bending and welding sheet metal parts, the upper box body (7) and the lower box body (9) are fixedly arranged on the frame (1), a plurality of screens (6) with blind holes are fixedly arranged on the upper box body (7), the material guide chute (5) is fixedly arranged on the upper box body (7), the lower box body (9) is fixedly provided with a plurality of through hole screens (10), the guide chute (5), the blind hole screens (6) and the upper box body (7) form an upper box body component, the lower box body (9) and the through hole screen (10) form a lower box body assembly, the main shaft (11), the rod piece (12), the tooth piece (13) form a main shaft assembly, the upper box body (7) assembly, the lower box body (9) assembly and the main shaft assembly are coaxially arranged, and the upper box body assembly and the lower box body assembly form a sealed cylindrical screen barrel.

The paper powder separator for waste gypsum board treatment in decoration garbage according to claim 2, characterized in that: the blind hole screen (6) and the through hole screen (10) are both provided with bolt through holes, and the upper box body (7) and the lower box body (9) are both provided with threaded holes; the blind hole screen (6) and the upper box body (7) are fixed on the upper box body (7) in a matched mode with the threaded hole after penetrating through the bolt through hole through a screw, the through hole screen (10) and the lower box body (9) are fixed on the lower box body (9) in a matched mode with the threaded hole after penetrating through the bolt through hole through a screw, and the guide chute (5) is fixedly connected with the upper box body (7) through a bolt.

The paper powder separator for waste gypsum board treatment in decoration waste, according to claim 1, is characterized in that: the main shaft (11) is a hollow shaft, each rod piece (12) is fixed on the main shaft (11) at intervals through an axis spiral along the main shaft (11), one end, far away from the main shaft (11), of each rod piece (12) is provided with an external thread, a nut is arranged on the external thread, one end, far away from the main shaft (11), of each rod piece (12) is provided with a step along the axis direction of the rod piece (12), each tooth piece (13) is provided with a through hole, and each tooth piece (13) penetrates through the through hole through the rod piece (12) and then is pressed on the step and fixed on the rod piece (12) through the nut.

The paper powder separator for waste gypsum board treatment in decoration garbage according to claim 5, characterized in that: the tooth piece (13) is a claw-shaped tooth piece, the through hole is a counter bore, a spring washer is arranged in the counter bore, the tooth piece (13) is fixedly connected with the rod piece (12) through the matching of the external thread on the rod piece (12) and the nut, the spring washer is positioned between the nut and the external thread, and the end with the external thread on the rod piece (12) does not extend out of the counter bore.
