Working principle, when working, the material enters into the inside of the outer cylinder 1 through the feeding pipe 12, at this time, the high-speed motor 14 drives the rotating shaft 6 to rotate through the hollow connecting shaft 5, so that the rotating shaft 6 drives the rotor 16 to rotate, the lowermost rotor 16 drives the helical blade 13 to rotate in the rotating process, so that the material entering into the outer cylinder 1 is subjected to the suction force generated by the helical blade 13, the material moves towards the upper part of the outer cylinder 1, meanwhile, the rotating shaft 6 drives the first connecting rod 15 to rotate, the first connecting rod 15 drives the shearing knife 10 above to rotate, the first connecting rod 15 drives the first gear 402 to rotate, so as to drive the second gear 408 to reversely rotate in a meshing manner, and further through the action of the first belt pulley 407, the belt 404 and the second belt pulley 403, so that the inner rotating shaft 405 and the second gear 408 rotate in the same direction, and further the inner rotating shaft 405 drives the shearing blade 10 below and the shearing blade 10 above to rotate in opposite directions through the second connecting rod 406, and further the viscous material or the hard material is sheared, thereby reducing the viscosity of the material or the particle size of the material, and at the same time the second connecting rod 406 drives the shearing blade 11 to pre-shear the material, and the pre-sheared material enters the shearing blade 10 to be secondarily sheared, and then enters the gap between the stator 9 and the rotor 16 to be emulsified, and then the material gradually enters the gap between the stator 9 and the rotor 16 through the feeding port 18 at the bottom of the stator 9 at the middle part to be continuously emulsified until the emulsification is finished, and the material enters the sleeve 8 to flow out from the discharging pipe 17, when the emulsification effect of the device needs to be changed, pulling spanner 2, and then move up through pulling pole 702 drive device casing 703 to drive axis of rotation 6 through bearing device 701 and up move, and then make rotor 16 up move, make to misplace between rotor 16 and the stator 9, thereby change the clearance between the two, and then change the emulsification effect of material.
