the diaphragm pump 33 is provided with a first interface and a second interface, the first interface is communicated with one end of the first pipeline, and the second interface is communicated with one end of the second pipeline; the other end of the first pipeline is communicated with a sewage inlet 9, the other end of the second pipeline is communicated with an inner cavity of the suction pipeline through the side wall of the suction pipeline, the suction pipeline is communicated with one end of the third pipeline through an opening of the side wall, and the other end of the third pipeline is communicated with a bottom water inlet and outlet 11. Two ports of the suction pipeline are respectively provided with a valve (a valve VII 28 and a valve IX 30), the joint of the second pipeline and the suction pipeline is provided with a valve VI 27, and the joint of the suction pipeline and the third pipeline is provided with a valve VIII 29. A bypass pipeline is installed between the first pipeline and the third pipeline, one end of the bypass pipeline is communicated with the first pipeline through an opening in the side wall of the first pipeline, the other end of the bypass pipeline is communicated with the third pipeline through an opening in the side wall of the third pipeline, and a valve V26 is arranged in the third pipeline to control the on-off of the third pipeline.
A valve IV 25 is arranged between the third pipeline and the water inlet and outlet 11 at the bottom of the water storage tank of the tank body 1; a valve II 23 is arranged between the first pipeline and the sewage inlet 9, the side wall of the first pipeline between the bypass pipeline and the valve is communicated with a discharge pipe through an opening, a valve III 2424 is arranged on the discharge pipe, and a valve I22 is arranged at a back flushing water outlet of the box body 1.
The suction and drainage pipe network 32 is connected with the sewage inlet 9 and the bottom water inlet and outlet 11. The bidirectional sewage suction and back flushing functions can be realized by controlling the opening and closing of the valves. The specific process is as follows:
when the inner side dirt suction is carried out, the valve VI 27 and the valve VII 28 are opened, and the valve I22, the valve IV 25, the valve V26, the valve VIII 29 and the valve IX 30 are closed. If the sewage is required to enter the sewage tank 31, the valve II 23 is opened to close the valve III 24, and if the sewage is required to be directly discharged, the valve 24 III is opened to close the valve II 23.
When the outside dirt suction is carried out, the valve VI 27, the valve VIII 29 and the valve IX 30 are opened, and the valve I22, the valve IV 25, the valve V26 and the valve VII 28 are closed. If the sewage is required to enter the sewage tank 31, the valve II 23 is opened to close the valve III 24, and if the sewage is required to be directly discharged, the valve III 24 is opened to close the valve II 23.
When the sewage tank 31 is drained, the valve III 24, the valve IV 25, the valve VI 27 and the valve VIII 29 are opened, and the valve I22, the valve II 23, the valve V26, the valve VII 28 and the valve IX 30 are closed.
When the sewage tank 31 is subjected to back washing, the valve I22, the valve IV 25, the valve V26, the valve VI 27 and the valve VII 28 are opened, and the valve II 23, the valve III 24, the valve VIII 29 and the valve IX 30 are closed.

Claims (6)
1. A dirt box assembly for a tunnel cleaning vehicle is characterized by comprising a box body, wherein a solid dirt chamber and a water filtering chamber which are separated by an arched filter plate are arranged in an inner cavity of the box body, the water filtering chamber is used for filtering sewage, and the water filtering chamber is positioned below the solid dirt chamber;
two opposite side walls in the box body are respectively provided with a garbage outlet, and the garbage outlets are respectively arranged at two arch feet of the arch-shaped filter plate, so that solid garbage in the solid dirt chamber can be accumulated at the arch feet of the arch-shaped filter plate under the action of gravity;
the water filtering chamber comprises a sewage chamber and a water storage chamber, a sewage inlet and a reverse cleaning water outlet are formed in the side wall of the sewage chamber, and a bottom water inlet and outlet is formed in the side wall of the water storage chamber; the sewage inlet, the reverse cleaning water outlet and the bottom water inlet and outlet are respectively communicated with a sewage suction and discharge pipe network arranged outside the box body; the suction and sewage pipe network comprises a diaphragm pump, the diaphragm pump is provided with a first interface and a second interface, the first interface is communicated with one end of a first pipeline, and the second interface is communicated with one end of a second pipeline; the other end of the first pipeline is communicated with the sewage inlet, the other end of the second pipeline is communicated with an inner cavity of the suction pipeline through the side wall of the suction pipeline, the suction pipeline is communicated with one end of the third pipeline through an opening of the side wall, and the other end of the third pipeline is communicated with the bottom water inlet and outlet; two valves are respectively arranged at two ports of the suction pipeline, a valve is arranged at the joint of the second pipeline and the suction pipeline, and a valve is arranged at the joint of the suction pipeline and the third pipeline; a bypass pipeline is installed between the first pipeline and the third pipeline, one end of the bypass pipeline is communicated with the first pipeline through an opening in the side wall of the first pipeline, the other end of the bypass pipeline is communicated with the third pipeline through an opening in the side wall of the third pipeline, and a valve is arranged in the third pipeline to control the on-off of the third pipeline.

The dirt box assembly for a tunnel cleaning vehicle of claim 1, wherein the solid dirt chamber is in communication with a garbage collection pipe outside the box, and the strainer chamber is in communication with the vacuum pumping assembly to create a negative pressure environment in the solid dirt chamber.
3. The dirt box assembly for a tunnel cleaning vehicle of claim 2, wherein the interior chamber of the box has a vacuum chamber therein, the vacuum chamber being in communication with the dirt chamber through a screen, the vacuum chamber being in communication with the evacuation assembly.
4. The dirt box assembly for a tunnel cleaning vehicle of claim 1, wherein the sewage chamber is located above the water storage chamber, a porous filter plate is arranged between the sewage chamber and the water storage chamber, a quartz sand filter layer is arranged above the porous filter plate, filter holes are formed in the surface of the porous filter plate, and a filter cap is arranged at part of the filter holes.
5. The dirt box assembly for the tunnel cleaning vehicle according to claim 4, wherein a water distributor is arranged in the dirt water chamber, a water inlet of the water distributor is communicated with a sewage water inlet, and the water distributor can uniformly spray the sewage pumped in the sewage suction and discharge pipe network into the sewage.
6. A tunnel cleaning vehicle, characterized in that a dirt box assembly for a tunnel cleaning vehicle as claimed in any one of claims 1-5 is used.
