Claims (6)

1. A preparation method of hyaluronic acid skin care product is characterized by comprising deionized water, hyaluronic acid, cactus juice and a mask matrix;
the preparation method comprises the following steps:
s1: putting fresh cockscombs for preparing hyaluronic acid into a reaction kettle, adding sufficient acetone liquid into the reaction kettle, completely immersing the fresh cockscombs below the liquid level by the added acetone liquid, then sealing the reaction kettle, soaking for 24 hours in a constant temperature state, and dehydrating and hardening the soaked cockscombs;
s2: dehydrating and drying the cockscomb processed in the step S1 in a low-temperature reduced-pressure drying mode, putting the cockscombs into a grinder to be ground after drying, and screening by using a 50-mesh screen after grinding to obtain cockscomb powder;
s3: putting the cockscomb powder obtained in the step S2 into a preparation device, adding deionized distilled water with the volume equal to 6-7 times of the volume of the cockscomb powder, keeping the temperature in the preparation device at 130 ℃ and the pressure at 5-8MPa, stirring and extracting, and filtering to obtain an extraction liquid;
s4: putting the filtrate obtained in the step S3 into a freeze spray drying device for freeze spray drying to obtain hyaluronic acid freeze-dried powder;
s5: dissolving the prepared hyaluronic acid freeze-dried powder in deionized water, then adding the cactus juice into the deionized water to obtain a mixed solution, and then infiltrating the mixed solution onto a mask substrate to obtain a finished product of the skin care mask;
the preparation device in the S3 step comprises a mounting rack (1), a stirrer (4), a driving mechanism (5), a pushing mechanism (6), a piston mechanism (7) and a splash-proof mechanism (8), wherein a shell (2) is fixedly installed on the inner bottom wall of the mounting rack (1), and an inner container (3) is arranged in the shell (2); the stirrer (4) is arranged in the inner container (3), the stirrer (4) comprises a rotating cylinder (41), an inner tube (42), a spiral plate (43) and through holes (44), the inner tube (42) coaxial with the rotating cylinder (41) is arranged in the rotating cylinder (41), the inner tube (42) is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the rotating cylinder (41) through the spiral plate (43), and the rotating cylinder (41) is provided with a plurality of uniformly distributed through holes (44); the driving mechanism (5) for driving the stirrer (4) to rotate is arranged on the mounting frame (1); the pushing mechanism (6) for pushing the inner container (3) to move up and down along the inside of the shell (2) is arranged inside the shell (2); the piston mechanism (7) is arranged in the inner container (3); the two splash-proof mechanisms (8) with the same specification are symmetrically arranged in the inner container (3).

The preparation method of the hyaluronic acid skin care product according to claim 1, wherein the driving mechanism (5) comprises a driving motor (51), a first rotating wheel (52), a rotating shaft (53), a second rotating wheel (54) and a belt (55), the driving motor (51) is fixedly installed on the side wall of the installation frame (1), the first rotating wheel (52) is fixedly installed at the output end of the driving motor (51), one end of the rotating shaft (53) is rotatably connected with the inner top wall of the installation frame (1) through a bearing, the other end of the rotating shaft (53) extends into the inner container (3) and is fixedly connected with the top of the rotating cylinder (41), the second rotating wheel (54) is fixedly sleeved on the rotating shaft (53), and the second rotating wheel (54) is in transmission connection with the first rotating wheel (52) through the belt (55).
