Technical Field

Background
Along with the increase of global smoking control strength, the improvement of the safety and environmental protection consciousness of the consumer to smoking, more and more tobacco companies are added into the research and development of novel cigarette product products, the heating non-combustible cigarette product is produced, compared with the traditional cigarette, the harmful substance released by the smoke of the novel cigarette product is greatly reduced, the novel cigarette product is heated to release volatile aroma components, and certain tobacco characteristic feeling of the consumer can be provided.
At present, the heating mode of heating non-combustible smoking set products is mainly resistance heating, and the problems of burning cigarettes, low peripheral carbonization degree of tobacco leaves, adhesion of tobacco shreds to heating elements and the like often occur when consumers use the products; compared with a resistance heating mode, the electromagnetic induction heating technology has the advantages of high heating speed, high heat efficiency, uniform temperature distribution and the like, so that the heating performance of heating the non-combustible smoking set product can be improved by using the electromagnetic heating mode.

The invention starts from two aspects of smoking set and matched cigarette, reasonably optimizes the structure, not only improves the consistency of the smoke, but also can reduce the energy consumption. The cigarette matched with the cigarette provided by the invention is formed by wrapping a heat receptor on a cigarette tobacco material and packaging the cigarette with heat-insulating cigarette paper on the surface, so that the tobacco material in the cigarette is tightly attached to the heat receptor, or the granular heat receptor is mixed with the tobacco material. Meanwhile, the structure of the induction coil is optimized, the winding tightness degree of the induction coil is high at the position corresponding to the far lip end of the cigarette, and the winding tightness degree of the induction coil is gradually reduced along with the fact that the cigarette is close to the lip end position, so that the temperature at the position of the far lip section of the cigarette is higher; during smoking, the high-temperature smoke heats the cigarette lip-near end, so that the cigarette lip-near end does not need too much heat. According to the invention, through the design of the induction coil and the cigarette structure, the energy consumption is reduced, the number of turns of the induction coil is reduced, the consistency of smoke can be ensured, and better smoking experience is provided for consumers.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
an electromagnetic heating smoking set and matched cigarettes are provided, the electromagnetic heating smoking set comprises a cigarette generator 200, the cigarette generator 200 comprises a cigarette accommodating cavity 203, an induction coil 204 is arranged on the periphery of the cigarette accommodating cavity 203, and the winding mode of the induction coil 204 is changed from sparse to dense gradually; the tobacco material segment 303 of the matched cigarette 300 has a heat acceptor 302.

The invention is further illustrated by the following examples and figures, which are only intended to provide a better understanding of the present invention. It should not be understood that the scope of the present invention is limited thereto, and all other embodiments obtained by those skilled in the art without innovative experiments shall fall within the scope of the present invention.
Example 1
As shown in fig. 1, an electromagnetic heating cigarette and a matched smoking set comprise a power supply control system 100, a smoke generator 200 and a matched cigarette 300 from bottom to top. The power control system 100 provides an alternating current of a certain frequency and amplitude to the induction coil 204. Meanwhile, the surface of the heat receptor 302 in the matched cigarette 300 is induced to generate vortex under the action of the alternating magnetic field and release a large amount of joule heat to heat the tobacco material 303, so that the cigarette fragrance of the cigarette is volatilized for a smoker to suck.
Further, the power control module 100 includes a battery 101 and a control circuit board 102, wherein the battery 101 provides energy for the whole heating process; the control circuit board 102 includes an inverter circuit for providing an alternating current with a certain frequency to the induction coil 204 and controlling the heating temperature of the smoking set.
Further, the smoke generator 200 comprises a housing 201, a heat insulation layer 202, a cigarette accommodating cavity 203, an induction coil 204 and a vent 205. The induction coil 204 is wound on the outer wall of the cigarette accommodating cavity 203, the winding tightness degree of the induction coil is determined according to the position of a cigarette, the winding tightness degree of the induction coil 204 is high at the position corresponding to the far lip section of the cigarette, and the winding tightness degree of the induction coil 204 is gradually reduced along with the fact that the cigarette is gradually close to the position of the lip end; the temperature of the position of the far lip segment of the cigarette is higher, and high-temperature smoke can heat the near lip end of the cigarette during smoking, so that the near lip end of the cigarette does not need too much heat, and the energy consumption is reduced; the cigarette fragrance of the cigarette is volatilized for the smokers to smoke; the concentration of the smoke can be kept consistent as the suction is performed. The heat insulation layer 202 wraps the outside of the induction coil 204 to prevent heat from escaping to the outside of the shell to scald hands; the bottom of the cigarette accommodating cavity 203 is provided with a plurality of vent holes 205 which form an airflow channel with the filter tip section 301 of the matched cigarette.
Further, the cigarette 300 includes a filter segment 301, a tobacco material 303 and a heat receptor 302, and the heat receptor 302 is a magnetic conductive heating material. Example 2
The electromagnetic heating smoking set is the same as in example 1. The heat receptors 302 of the cigarette rod are distributed and mixed in the tobacco material to form a mixed section, as shown in fig. 3, and the heat receptors 302 are tiny iron particles.
During smoking, under the action of the alternating magnetic field of the electromagnetic heating smoking set, the micro iron particle heat receptor 302 in the matched cigarette 300 generates eddy current through surface induction and releases a large amount of joule heat to heat the tobacco material, and the cigarette fragrance of the cigarette is volatilized to be smoked for smokers to smoke. The embodiment can keep the consistency of the concentration of the smoke along with the smoking of the matched cigarette. Energy consumption can also be reduced.

Claims (8)
