The color editing unit is used for performing color editing on the clipped video data according to the color editing operation of a color editing user to generate color video data;

a sound editing unit for performing sound editing on the clip video data according to a sound editing operation of a sound editing user to generate sound video data;
and the set editing unit is used for performing post set editing on the color video data, and/or the special effect video data, and/or the sound video data to generate post editing video data.
Further, the apparatus for producing and distributing movie and television of the present embodiment further includes: the system comprises a management information acquisition module, an acquisition module and a big data analysis module;
the management information acquisition module is used for acquiring contract information, financing information and risk information of the current movie and television project corresponding to the initial video data so that a management user can perform contract management, financing management and risk management on the current movie and television project conveniently;
the acquisition module is used for acquiring movie and television project information, artist information, movie and television release information and movie and television investment information;
and the big data analysis module is used for carrying out big data analysis on the film and television project information, artist information, film and television release information and film and television investment information and determining project analysis information, artist analysis information, release analysis information and investment analysis information corresponding to the current film and television project.
Further, the apparatus for producing and distributing movie and television of the present embodiment further includes: the system comprises a login information acquisition module, a determination module and an output module;
the login information acquisition module is used for acquiring current login information of successful login; the current login information carries a user identifier;
the determining module is used for determining the user type according to the user identification and the pre-stored user information;

The photographing device 21 and the cloud server 23 both perform data transmission with the movie distribution subsystem 22.
A photographing device 21 for photographing initial video data;
a film and television distribution subsystem 22, configured to execute the film and television distribution method according to the foregoing embodiment;
and the cloud server 23 is configured to acquire the video data sent by the movie and television distribution subsystem 22.
In the movie and television distribution system of the embodiment, initial video data is shot by the shooting device 21, and the movie and television distribution subsystem 22 clips the initial video data uploaded by the movie and television distribution subsystem 22 acquired from the cloud server 23 according to the clipping operation of the clipping user to generate clipped video data and uploads the clipped video data to the cloud server 23; performing post-editing on the clipped video data according to the editing operation of the post-editing user to generate post-editing video data, and uploading the editing video data to the cloud server 23; and performing DCP (digital data processing) on the post-editing video data to obtain a target digital movie package corresponding to the post-editing video data so that the playing terminal can play the target digital movie package. By adopting the technical scheme, the video data generated in each step can be uploaded to the cloud server 23, the video data can be operated only by acquiring from the cloud server 23, and compared with the traditional film data transmission mode, the transmission time of the scheme is short, the film generation and transmission period can be shortened, and the film generation and transmission work efficiency is improved.

It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the steps carried by the method for implementing the above embodiments may be implemented by hardware related to instructions of a program, which may be stored in a computer readable storage medium, and when the program is executed, the program includes one or a combination of the steps of the method embodiments.
In addition, functional units in the embodiments of the present invention may be integrated into one processing module, or each unit may exist alone physically, or two or more units are integrated into one module. The integrated module can be realized in a hardware mode, and can also be realized in a software functional module mode. Claims (10)

1. A method for producing and distributing a movie, comprising:
according to the clipping operation of a clipping user, clipping initial video data acquired from a cloud server to generate clipped video data, and uploading the clipped video data to the cloud server;
performing post-editing on the clipped video data according to the post-editing operation of a post-editing user to generate post-editing video data, and uploading the post-editing video data to the cloud server;
and performing digital film package (DCP) manufacturing on the post-editing video data to obtain a target digital film package corresponding to the post-editing video data so that a playing terminal can play the target digital film package.
2. The movie transmission method according to claim 1, wherein before clipping the initial video data acquired from the cloud server according to a clipping operation by the clipping user, the method comprises:
encrypting the initial video data to obtain encrypted video data;
uploading the encrypted video data to the cloud server so that the cloud server checks the encrypted video data and recovers the initial video data.
3. The movie distribution method according to claim 1, further comprising, after uploading the clip video data to the cloud server:
adding a user watermark to the clipped video data to generate watermark video data; the user watermark carries user information for checking the watermark video data;
and sending the watermark video data to a user corresponding to the user information.
4. The movie distribution method according to claim 1, further comprising, after uploading the clip video data to the cloud server:
and sending the clip video data to the post-editing user so that the post-editing user performs post-editing operation on the clip video data.
5. A movie distribution method according to claim 4, wherein the post-editing user comprises: at least one of a color editing user, a special effect editing user, and a sound editing user;
the post-editing of the clipped video data according to the post-editing operation of the post-editing user to generate the post-editing video data comprises:
according to the color editing operation of the color editing user, performing color editing on the clipped video data to generate color video data; and/or
According to the special effect editing operation of the special effect editing user, carrying out special effect editing on the clipped video data to generate special effect video data; and/or
Performing sound editing on the clipped video data according to the sound editing operation of the sound editing user to generate sound video data;
and performing post-assembly editing on the color video data and/or the special effect video data and/or the sound video data to generate post-editing video data.
6. The movie distribution method according to claim 1, further comprising, before clipping the initial video data acquired from the cloud server according to a clipping operation by a clipping user:
acquiring contract information, financing information and risk information of a current video project corresponding to the initial video data so that a management user can perform contract management, financing management and risk management on the current video project;
collecting movie and television project information, artist information, movie and television release information and movie and television investment information;
and performing big data analysis on the film and television project information, the artist information, the film and television release information and the film and television investment information, and determining project analysis information, artist analysis information, release analysis information and investment analysis information corresponding to the current film and television project.
7. A movie and television production and transmission method according to claim 1, further comprising:
acquiring current login information of successful login; the current login information carries a user identifier;
determining the user type according to the user identification and pre-stored user information;
and outputting operation information corresponding to the user type according to the user type so as to facilitate the user to perform user operation.
8. A movie and television production and transmission method according to claim 1, further comprising:
acquiring an information sending instruction sent by an information sending user; the information sending instruction carries an information receiving user identifier and information to be sent;
and sending the information to be sent to the information receiving user corresponding to the information receiving user identification.
9. A movie production and distribution device, comprising:
the editing module is used for editing initial video data acquired from a cloud server according to editing operation of an editing user, generating editing video data and uploading the editing video data to the cloud server;
the post-editing module is used for performing post-editing on the clipped video data according to the post-editing operation of a post-editing user to generate post-editing video data and uploading the post-editing video data to the cloud server;
and the DCP production module is used for carrying out digital film package DCP production on the post-editing video data to obtain a target digital film package corresponding to the post-editing video data so as to facilitate a playing terminal to play the target digital film package.
10. A system for producing a movie, comprising: the system comprises a photographic device, a film and television system issuing subsystem and a cloud server;
the photographing equipment and the cloud server are in data transmission with the film and television system transmission subsystem;
the photographing apparatus is used for photographing initial video data;
the film and television publishing subsystem is used for executing the film and television publishing method of any one of claims 1 to 8;
the cloud server is used for acquiring the video data sent by the film and television system sending subsystem.
