Abstract
The invention relates to a mounting base for an ADS-B receiving antenna, which adopts a mounting base consisting of an upper cross-shaped plate, a lower cross-shaped plate, a middle magnetic block, a support rod and a magnet sucker.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of machinery, and particularly relates to a mounting base for an ADS-B receiving antenna.
Background
ADS-B (Automatic Dependent Surveillance-Broadcast) is short for Automatic relevant Surveillance broadcasting, is a Surveillance technology which is very favorable for the development of future air traffic management business, and is the comprehensive application of communication, navigation and Surveillance technologies which are continuously developed in 20 years by international new navigation systems.
The ADS-B ground receiving system mainly comprises: ADS-B controller, ADS-B receiving antenna, Ethernet power supply, power line, network cable.
There are two general scenarios for ADS-B receive antennas: the fixing device is directly fixed on the ground, and is used on a vehicle. When the existing ADS-B receiving antenna is fixedly installed, a screw on a base is directly connected with a specific position on the ground or a vehicle in a threaded mode. Although the fixing mode is high in reliability, with the technology development becoming faster and faster, in some special application scenarios, the antenna needs to be fixed and completed on a running vehicle, and the conventional antenna is fixed at a specific position of the vehicle through a threaded connection mode and obviously cannot meet the requirement for quick installation.
Therefore, there is an urgent need for a way to quickly mount an antenna on a running vehicle to solve this problem.

The invention provides a mounting base for an ADS-B receiving antenna, aiming at overcoming the problem that the conventional antenna cannot be mounted on a running vehicle quickly.
Technical scheme
A mounting base for an ADS-B receiving antenna is characterized by comprising an upper cross-shaped plate, a lower cross-shaped plate, a middle magnetic block, a support rod and a magnet sucker, wherein the middle magnetic block is fixedly mounted at the central position between the upper cross-shaped plate and the lower cross-shaped plate; the number of the supporting rods is four, one end of each supporting rod is hinged with the end parts of the upper cross-shaped plate and the lower cross-shaped plate respectively, and a long hole is formed in the position, hinged with the end parts of the upper cross-shaped plate and the lower cross-shaped plate, of each supporting rod; the other end of each supporting rod is provided with a magnet sucker; and the center of the upper cross-shaped plate is provided with a mounting through hole for mounting an ADS-B receiving antenna mast.
The four square positioning columns are positioned between the cross-shaped plate and the lower cross-shaped plate and are uniformly distributed around the middle magnetic block; one end of each supporting rod, which is far away from the magnet sucker, is provided with a notch matched with the shape of the square positioning column.
And internal threads are arranged in the mounting through hole.
The edges of the square positioning columns are provided with chamfers, or the notches are provided with chamfers.
The support rod is connected with the magnet sucker through threads.
The support rod is hinged with the end parts of the upper cross-shaped plate and the lower cross-shaped plate by adopting a pin.
Advantageous effects
The mounting base for the ADS-B receiving antenna has the following beneficial effects:
1. the quick installation can be realized; because the installation base is formed by the upper cross-shaped plate, the lower cross-shaped plate, the middle magnetic block, the supporting rod and the magnet sucker, after the base is basically unfolded in the running process of the vehicle in a magnet adsorption mode, an operator stretches out a hand out of a window to fix the hand at any position of the vehicle, and the ADS-B receiving antenna is fixed on the antenna by inserting the antenna into the installation through hole through the adsorption capacity of the middle magnet, so that the rapid installation is realized.
2. The storage is convenient and the carrying is convenient; because each branch is hinge structure with cross template, lower cross template, if not applicable to two arbitrary branches of rotatable when this base, utilize the adsorption efficiency of the magnet sucking disc on two branches simultaneously, make branch can not open by oneself when receiving to rock.
3. As shown in fig. 1 and 3, a mounting base for an ADS-B receiving antenna comprises an upper cross-shaped board 1, a lower cross-shaped board 2, a middle magnetic block 3, a support rod 4 and a magnetic chuck 5;
the upper cross-shaped plate 1 and the lower cross-shaped plate 2 are arranged in parallel;
the middle magnetic block 3 is fixedly arranged at the central position between the upper cross-shaped plate 1 and the lower cross-shaped plate 2 (the fixed mounting mode is various, for example, the fixed mounting mode is fixed by a screw, or the fixed mounting mode directly adopts various connection modes such as threaded blind holes arranged on the lower bottom plate and threaded connection in a mode of arranging external threads on the middle magnetic block, so that the specific mounting mode is not shown in the figure);

In addition, because the support rod and the magnet sucker are in threaded connection in the embodiment, when the ADS-B receiving antenna needs to be fixed on the ground, the ADS-B receiving antenna can be fixed on the ground by using the ground screws through the threaded holes in the support rod.
The mounting base can be used on an ADS-B receiving antenna and can also be used for fixing antennas of other models.

An installation base for an ADS-B receiving antenna is characterized by comprising an upper cross-shaped plate (1), a lower cross-shaped plate (2), a middle magnetic block (3), a support rod (4), a magnet sucker (5) and four square positioning columns (8), wherein the middle magnetic block (3) is fixedly installed at the central position between the upper cross-shaped plate (1) and the lower cross-shaped plate (2); four supporting rods (4) are arranged, one end of each supporting rod (4) is hinged with the end parts of the upper cross-shaped plate (1) and the lower cross-shaped plate (2) respectively, and a long hole (6) is formed in the position, hinged with the end parts of the upper cross-shaped plate (1) and the lower cross-shaped plate (2), of each supporting rod (4); the other end of each supporting rod (4) is provided with a magnet sucker (5); the center of the upper cross-shaped plate (1) is provided with a mounting through hole for mounting an antenna mast of an ADS-B receiving antenna; the four square positioning columns (8) are positioned between the cross-shaped plate (1) and the lower cross-shaped plate (2) and are uniformly distributed around the middle magnetic block (3); one end of each supporting rod (4) far away from the magnet sucker (5) is provided with a notch matched with the square positioning column (8) in shape.
