Detailed Description
Embodiments of the present invention are described in detail below, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like or similar reference numerals refer to like or similar elements or elements having like or similar functions throughout. The embodiments described below by referring to the drawings are illustrative only and are not to be construed as limiting the invention.
In one aspect, an embodiment of the present invention provides a medical consumable anti-counterfeiting method, and referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 shows a flowchart of an embodiment of the medical consumable anti-counterfeiting method provided by the embodiment of the present invention, and for convenience of description, only a portion related to the embodiment of the present invention is shown. Specifically, the medical consumable anti-counterfeiting method specifically comprises the following steps:
step S101, numbering each consumable, generating a consumable two-dimensional code by each numbering, and setting the generated consumable two-dimensional code on the corresponding consumable;
step S102, receiving consumable two-dimensional code scanning information sent by medical equipment, and if no serial number information corresponding to the consumable two-dimensional code scanning information exists in a database, sending a stop starting instruction to the medical equipment connected with the consumable, and controlling the medical equipment to stop starting;
step S103, if not, sending a starting instruction to the medical equipment connected with the consumable to start the medical equipment.
Specifically, in one embodiment of the present invention, in step S101, the host or the server performs one-to-one corresponding encoding on each consumable, generates a two-dimensional code for each consumable according to each number, and sets the generated two-dimensional code for the consumable to the corresponding consumable; therefore, the serial number identification of each consumable can be realized through the two-dimension code of the consumable. Because the serial numbers are in one-to-one correspondence with the consumable materials. The number can be coded repeatedly, and after the number is generated into the two-dimensional code, the two-dimensional code is arranged on the consumable, so that each consumable can be uniquely managed, and the generated consumable number is stored, so that subsequent authentication is facilitated. In the using process of the consumable, the two-dimension code of the consumable can be scanned through a scanning device arranged on the medical device, the two-dimension code is identified and then sent to a server or a host, the server or the host receives the two-dimension code scanning information of the consumable sent by the medical device in the step S102, compares the number information identified by the two-dimension code with the number information stored in a database, and if the number information corresponding to the two-dimension code scanning information of the consumable does not exist in the database, the scanned two-dimension code of the consumable is not an authentic product, a stop starting instruction is sent to the medical device connected with the consumable, and the medical device is controlled to stop starting; therefore, the Rc2526 type delivery device consumable management provided for the hospital ensures the use safety of consumable materials for preventing the consumable materials of non-genuine products from flowing into the hospital and meets the national medical requirements, and performs anti-counterfeiting, anti-channeling and tracking and tracing management on the consumable materials. In step S103, if the number identical to the scan number is stored in the database, it indicates that the two-dimensional code number on the consumable is recorded, and the consumable is most likely to be a genuine product, and at this time, a start instruction is sent to the medical device connected with the consumable to start the medical device.
According to the medical consumable anti-counterfeiting method provided by the embodiment of the invention, each consumable is numbered, each number is used for generating a consumable two-dimensional code, and the generated consumable two-dimensional code is arranged on the corresponding consumable; receiving consumable two-dimensional code scanning information sent by medical equipment, and if no serial number information corresponding to the consumable two-dimensional code scanning information exists in a database, sending a stopping and starting instruction to the medical equipment connected with the consumable, and controlling the medical equipment to stop starting; otherwise, sending a starting instruction to the medical equipment connected with the consumable to start the medical equipment. Therefore, the consumable materials of non-genuine products are prevented from flowing into a hospital, the use safety of the consumable materials is guaranteed, the national medical requirements are met, and the consumable materials are subjected to anti-counterfeiting, anti-channeling and tracking and tracing management.
Referring to fig. 2, before a start-up instruction is sent to the consumable connected medical device to start up the medical device. Further comprises:
step 203, numbering the packaging boxes, and associating consumable numbers in the packaging boxes with the packaging box numbers;
step S204, the packing box number and/or the consumable number are/is associated with the region information;
step S205, receiving positioning information sent by medical equipment, and if the positioning information is not matched with the area association information associated with the packaging box or the consumable, sending a stop-start instruction to the medical equipment connected with the consumable, and controlling the medical equipment to stop starting.
Specifically, in one embodiment of the present invention, in step S203, the host or the server performs a one-to-one correspondence to each package box numbering, generates a two-dimension code of the guarantee box for each package box numbering, and sets the generated two-dimension code of the package box on the corresponding package box; therefore, the number identification of each packing box can be realized through the two-dimension code of the packing box. And the consumable serial number in the packaging box is associated with the packaging box serial number and the area information and stored in a server and/or a host, when the packaging box is used, the consumable two-dimensional code and/or the assurance box two-dimensional code can be scanned through scanning equipment arranged on medical equipment, the two-dimensional code is identified and then sent to the server or the host, the server or the host receives consumable two-dimensional code scanning information sent by the medical equipment in step S205, the serial number information identified by the two-dimensional code is compared with serial number information stored in a database, positioning information sent by the medical equipment is received, and if the database does not store serial number information corresponding to the consumable two-dimensional code scanning information, or if the positioning information is not matched with the area association information associated with the packaging box or the consumable, the scanned consumable two-dimensional code is not an authentic product, a stop starting instruction is sent to the medical equipment connected with the consumable, and the medical equipment is controlled to stop starting. Thus, by double authentication of the position information and the consumable material coding information during use, anti-counterfeiting and anti-channeling management can be further performed.
Referring to fig. 3, before sending a start instruction to the medical device connected to the consumable to start the medical device, the method further includes:
step S306, judging whether the consumable information is used for starting the medical equipment for the first time, if not, sending a stopping and starting instruction to the medical equipment connected with the consumable to control the medical equipment to stop starting.
Specifically, in one embodiment of the present invention, in step S301, when in use, the server refers to the received consumable encoding information and the usage record, and determines whether the consumable information is used for starting the medical device for the first time, if the consumable information indicates that the consumable has been used, a stop start instruction is sent to the medical device connected with the consumable, so as to control the medical device to stop starting. Thus, the anti-counterfeiting and anti-channeling management can be further performed through whether to use for the first time or not and the triple authentication of the position information and consumable coding information during use.
Referring to fig. 4, before sending a start instruction to the medical device connected to the consumable to start the medical device, the method further includes:
step S407, each packing box number is generated into a packing box two-dimension code, and the generated packing box two-dimension code is arranged in a corresponding packing box;
step S408, receiving two-dimensional code scanning information of a packaging box sent by medical equipment, and if the two-dimensional code number information of the packaging box does not exist in a database or the two-dimensional code number information of the packaging box is not associated with the consumable coding information, sending a stopping and starting instruction to the medical equipment connected with the consumable to control the medical equipment to stop starting.
Specifically, in one embodiment of the present invention, in step S407, the host or the server performs one-to-one corresponding encoding on each package box, each number is generated into a package box two-dimensional code, and the package box two-dimensional code is set on the corresponding package box; therefore, the number identification of each packing box can be realized through the two-dimension code of the packing box. Because the number of the packing box is in one-to-one correspondence with the packing box. The encodable numbers are repeated, and after the packing box numbers generate the two-dimensional codes, the two-dimensional codes are arranged on the packing boxes through printing, so that unique management can be carried out on each packing box, and the generated packing box numbers are stored, so that subsequent authentication is facilitated. In step S408, receiving two-dimensional code scanning information of a packaging box sent by a medical device, and if the database does not store two-dimensional code number information of the packaging box or the two-dimensional code number information of the packaging box is not associated with the consumable coding information, sending a stop start instruction to the medical device connected with the consumable to control the medical device to stop starting. Therefore, the anti-counterfeiting and anti-channeling management can be further performed through multiple authentications of the packaging box coding information, whether to use for the first time, the position information during use and the consumable coding information. It should be noted that, in the communication between the scanning device and the server and/or the host, the package box coding information, the position information during use and the consumable coding information can be further encrypted and then transmitted, so as to ensure the security of the data.
Referring to fig. 5, in still another aspect, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a medical consumable anti-counterfeit device, where the medical consumable anti-counterfeit device implements the medical consumable anti-counterfeit method described above, and specifically includes the following modules:
referring to fig. 5, in another aspect, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a medical consumable anti-counterfeiting device, including: the consumable two-dimensional code authentication system comprises a consumable encoding module 101 and a consumable two-dimensional code authentication module 102, wherein the consumable encoding module 101 is used for numbering each consumable, generating a consumable two-dimensional code for each numbering, and setting the generated consumable two-dimensional code on the corresponding consumable; the two-dimension code authentication module is used for receiving consumable two-dimension code scanning information sent by the medical equipment 20, and if the database does not store serial number information corresponding to the consumable two-dimension code scanning information, sending a stop starting instruction to the medical equipment 20 connected with the consumable, and controlling the medical equipment to stop starting; otherwise, a start instruction is sent to the medical device 20 connected with the consumable to start the medical device 20.
Specifically, in one embodiment of the present invention, the host or the server 10 in the consumable encoding module 101 encodes each consumable in a one-to-one correspondence, generates a consumable two-dimensional code for each number, and sets the generated consumable two-dimensional code for the corresponding consumable; therefore, the serial number identification of each consumable can be realized through the two-dimension code of the consumable. In the using process of the consumable, the two-dimension code of the consumable can be scanned through a scanning device arranged on the medical device 20, the two-dimension code is identified and then sent to the server 10 or the host, the server 10 or the host receives the two-dimension code scanning information of the consumable sent by the medical device 20 in a two-dimension code authentication module 102 of the consumable, and compares the number information identified by the two-dimension code with the number information stored in a database, if the number information corresponding to the two-dimension code scanning information of the consumable does not exist in the database, the scanned two-dimension code of the consumable is not an authentic product, a stop starting instruction is sent to the medical device 20 connected with the consumable, and the medical device is controlled to stop starting; therefore, the Rc2526 type delivery device consumable management provided for the hospital ensures the use safety of consumable materials for preventing the consumable materials of non-genuine products from flowing into the hospital and meets the national medical requirements, and performs anti-counterfeiting, anti-channeling and tracking and tracing management on the consumable materials. If the number identical to the scan number is stored in the database, it indicates that the number of the two-dimensional code on the consumable is recorded, and the consumable is most likely to be a genuine product, and at this time, a start instruction is sent to the medical device 20 connected with the consumable to start the medical device 20.
According to the medical consumable anti-counterfeiting method provided by the embodiment of the invention, each consumable is numbered, each number is used for generating a consumable two-dimensional code, and the generated consumable two-dimensional code is arranged on the corresponding consumable; receiving consumable two-dimensional code scanning information sent by medical equipment 20, and if no serial number information corresponding to the consumable two-dimensional code scanning information exists in a database, sending a stop starting instruction to the medical equipment 20 connected with the consumable, and controlling the medical equipment to stop starting; otherwise, a start instruction is sent to the medical device 20 connected with the consumable to start the medical device 20.
5, the medical consumable anti-counterfeiting device further includes: the packaging box association module 103, the area association module 104 and the area authentication module 105 are used for numbering packaging boxes, and associating consumable serial numbers in the packaging boxes with the packaging box serial numbers; the region association module 104 is configured to associate a package box number and/or a consumable number with region information; the region authentication module 105 is configured to receive positioning information sent by the medical device 20, and if the positioning information is not matched with region association information associated with the packaging box or the consumable, send a stop start instruction to the medical device 20 connected with the consumable, and control the medical device to stop starting.
Specifically, in one embodiment of the present invention, the host or the server 10 in the package association module 103 and the area association module 104 performs a one-to-one correspondence to each package number, generates a two-dimension code of the guarantee box for each package number, and sets the generated two-dimension code of the package on the corresponding package; therefore, the number identification of each packing box can be realized through the two-dimension code of the packing box. And the consumable serial number in the packaging box is associated with the packaging box serial number and the regional information and stored in the server 10 and/or the host, when the packaging box is used, the two-dimension code of the consumable and/or the two-dimension code of the assurance box can be scanned through the scanning equipment arranged on the medical equipment 20, the two-dimension code is identified and then sent to the server 10 or the host, the server 10 or the host receives the two-dimension code scanning information of the consumable sent by the medical equipment 20 in the regional authentication module 105, compares the serial number information identified by the two-dimension code with the serial number information stored in the database and receives the positioning information sent by the medical equipment 20, and if the serial number information corresponding to the two-dimension code scanning information of the consumable does not exist in the database, or if the positioning information is not matched with the regional association information associated with the packaging box or the consumable, the scanned consumable two-dimension code is not genuine, a stop starting instruction is sent to the medical equipment 20 connected with the consumable, and the medical equipment is controlled to stop starting. Thus, by double authentication of the position information and the consumable material coding information during use, anti-counterfeiting and anti-channeling management can be further performed.
Referring to fig. 5, the medical consumable anti-counterfeiting device further includes: the first use judgment module 106 is configured to judge whether the consumable information is used for starting the medical device 20 for the first time, if not, send a stop start instruction to the medical device 20 connected with the consumable to control the medical device to stop starting.
Specifically, in one embodiment of the present invention, the first use determining module 106 refers to the received consumable encoding information and the use record through the server 10 when in use, and determines whether the consumable information is used for starting the medical device 20 for the first time, if the consumable information indicates that the consumable has been used, a stop start instruction is sent to the medical device 20 connected with the consumable to control the medical device to stop starting. Thus, the anti-counterfeiting and anti-channeling management can be further performed through whether to use for the first time or not and the triple authentication of the position information and consumable coding information during use.
Referring to fig. 5, the medical consumable anti-counterfeiting device further includes: the packaging box two-dimensional code generation module 107 and the packaging box two-dimensional code authentication module 108, wherein the packaging box two-dimensional code generation module 107 is used for generating a packaging box two-dimensional code for each packaging box number, and the generated packaging box two-dimensional code is arranged on the corresponding packaging box; the packaging box two-dimensional code authentication module 108 is configured to receive two-dimensional code scanning information of a packaging box sent by the medical device 20, and if the two-dimensional code number information of the packaging box does not exist in the database and/or the two-dimensional code number information of the packaging box is not associated with the consumable coding information, send a stop start instruction to the medical device 20 connected with the consumable to control the medical device to stop starting.
Specifically, in one embodiment of the present invention, the host or the server 10 in the two-dimension code generating module 107 of the packing case performs one-to-one corresponding encoding on each packing case, each number is generated into a two-dimension code of the packing case, and the two-dimension code of the packing case is set on the corresponding packing case; therefore, the number identification of each packing box can be realized through the two-dimension code of the packing box. In the packaging box two-dimensional code authentication module 108, receiving two-dimensional code scanning information of the packaging box sent by the medical equipment 20, if the two-dimensional code number information of the packaging box does not exist in the database or the two-dimensional code number information of the packaging box is not associated with the consumable coding information, sending a stop start instruction to the medical equipment 20 connected with the consumable to control the medical equipment to stop starting. Therefore, the anti-counterfeiting and anti-channeling management can be further performed through multiple authentications of the packaging box coding information, whether to use for the first time, the position information during use and the consumable coding information. It should be noted that, in the communication between the scanning device and the server 10 and/or the host, the package box coding information, the position information during use and the consumable coding information may be further encrypted and then transmitted, so as to ensure the security of the data.
Referring to fig. 6, in yet another aspect, the present invention further provides a medical consumable anti-counterfeiting system, including: the server 10 and/or the host and the anti-counterfeiting module 201, wherein the server 10 and/or the host comprise the medical consumable anti-counterfeiting device; in one embodiment of the present invention, the server 10 and/or host computer may be communicatively coupled to an encoding system and a printing system to enable encoding and printing of consumables and packaging containers.
