Description

Pressing plate state detection system, method and device and pressing plate
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of smart power grids, and particularly relates to a pressing plate state detection system, method and device and a pressing plate.
Background
At present, the pressing plate used in a large number of industries such as a transformer substation and the like has an essential structure of a single-pole switch, and the switch only has two states of closing (putting in) and opening (quitting). The state transition of the pressing plate commonly used in the prior art is usually performed manually by an operator. With the development of the pressing plate form, a remote-control automatic pressing plate (not operated manually to the site) starts to appear, but regardless of the pressing plate form, whether the pressing plate moves to a specified position or not needs to be confirmed manually to the site for a second time after the operation is finished. For the manual pressing plate, the state confirmation method is to confirm whether the current closed state and the current open state of the pressing plate are consistent with the preset value by using a universal meter on site, but the confirmation operation has the problems of complex operation, high labor cost, missing acquisition, wrong state judgment and the like. However, the existing electronic platen state detection schemes in the market at present are based on platen physical position detection (whether the platen rotates to a designated sensor position is detected), and the detection schemes have the disadvantages that only the platen rotation position can be judged, and if the platen electrical contact is in abnormal contact due to overcurrent ablation or aging and the like, even if the platen physical position rotates in place, the electrical contact is not connected, so that the misjudgment is caused.

the embodiment of the invention provides a pressing plate state detection system 1, the pressing plate state detection system 1 comprises an access control unit 11, a voltage measurement unit 12, an on-off detection unit 13 and an isolation unit 14, wherein the access control unit 11 is respectively connected with a pressing plate to be detected, the voltage measurement unit 12, the on-off detection unit 13 and the isolation unit 14, the isolation unit 14 is respectively connected with the access control unit 11, the voltage measurement unit 12, the on-off detection unit 13 and an external power supply, the access control unit 11 is used for controlling the voltage measurement unit 12 and the on-off detection unit 13 to be electrically connected with two ends of the pressing plate to be detected, the voltage measurement unit 12 is used for measuring whether two ends of the pressing plate to be detected are electrified or not and outputting a state indication signal for indicating the electrified state of the two ends of the pressing plate to be detected, the on-off detection unit 13 is used for detecting the on-off state of the pressing plate, the isolation unit 14 is used for electrically isolating the pressing plate state detection system 1 from a processing unit connected with the pressing plate state detection system 1 and isolating and outputting received signals, and an external power supply is used for supplying power to each unit in the pressing plate state detection system through the isolation unit, wherein the signals received by the isolation unit comprise state indication signals, on-off indication signals and pressing plate state measurement control signals, and the on-off state comprises an on-state and an off-state.
Preferably, the pressing plate state detection system further comprises a processing unit connected with the isolation unit, and the processing unit is used for controlling the connection and disconnection of the access control unit and determining the switching state of the pressing plate to be detected according to the indication signal received from the isolation unit.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the access control unit may be one or more relays or other devices (such as an optocoupler, etc.) capable of controlling the circuit to be turned on or off, and is not limited herein. Before the access control unit does not receive the pressing plate state measurement starting signal, the access control unit is usually in a complete disconnection state, and at the moment, the voltage measurement unit and the on-off detection unit are electrically disconnected with the two ends of the pressing plate to be detected, so that the electrical influence of the pressing plate state detection system on the pressing plate to be detected is reduced.
The pressing plate state measurement control signal comprises a pressing plate state measurement starting signal, when the pressing plate state measurement starting signal transmitted by the isolation unit is received, the access control unit executes a first switch-on action to control the voltage measurement unit to be electrically connected with two ends of the pressing plate to be detected, and at the moment, the voltage measurement unit can directly detect the electrical on-off state of the pressing plate to be detected, so that the detection reliability is improved. The pressure plate state measurement control signal can also comprise a pressure plate state measurement stop signal, and preferably, when the pressure plate state measurement stop signal transmitted by the isolation unit is received, the access control unit executes disconnection action to control the voltage measurement unit and the on-off detection unit to be electrically and timely disconnected with the two ends of the pressure plate to be detected, so that the electrical influence of the pressure plate state detection system on the pressure plate to be detected is reduced.
The state indicating signals can comprise charged indicating signals used for indicating that two ends of the pressure plate to be measured are in a charged state and non-charged indicating signals used for indicating that two ends of the pressure plate to be measured are in an uncharged state, the indicating signals are transmitted to the isolation unit and/or the access control unit, if the two ends of the pressure plate to be measured are measured to be uncharged, the voltage measuring unit can be used for outputting the non-charged indicating signals, and if the two ends of the pressure plate to be measured are measured to be charged, the voltage measuring unit can be used for outputting the charged indicating signals.
If the state indicating signal can be directly transmitted to the access control unit, when the non-electrical indicating signal is received, the access control unit executes a second switching-on action to control the on-off detection unit to be electrically connected with two ends of the pressing plate to be detected, if the state indicating signal can not be directly transmitted to the access control unit, but is transmitted to the processing unit after being electrically isolated by the isolation unit, the processing unit can be used for generating an on-off measurement starting signal according to the non-electrical indicating signal and transmitting the on-off measurement starting signal to the access control unit after being electrically isolated by the isolation unit, and when the on-off measurement starting signal is received, the access control unit executes the second switching-on action to control the on-off detection unit to be electrically connected with.
Considering that when the pressing plate to be detected is connected into the 220V loop, if the two ends of the pressing plate to be detected are disconnected, the loop voltage at the two ends of the pressing plate to be detected can be measured, therefore, if the two ends of the pressing plate to be detected are electrified, the pressing plate is in a withdrawing (disconnected) state, under the condition, the on-off control unit is not required to further detect the on-off state of the pressing plate to be detected, preferably, if the two ends of the pressing plate to be detected are electrified, the access control unit does not act to control the on-off detection unit to be electrically disconnected with the access unit, and therefore, the electrical influence of the on-off detection unit on the pressing plate to be detected is reduced while. Specifically, if the state indication signal can be directly transmitted to the access control unit, when the state indication signal is received, the access control unit does not act to control the on-off detection unit to be electrically disconnected from the two ends of the pressing plate to be detected, if the state indication signal cannot be directly transmitted to the access control unit, the state indication signal is transmitted to the processing unit connected with the isolation unit after being electrically isolated by the isolation unit, the processing unit can be used for generating a locking signal according to the state indication signal and transmitting the locking signal to the access control unit after being electrically isolated by the isolation unit, and when the locking signal is received, the access control unit does not act to control the on-off detection unit to be electrically disconnected from the two ends of the pressing plate to be detected.
Preferably, when the on-off detection unit detects the on-off state of the pressing plate to be detected, the on-off detection unit is further configured to apply a micro voltage between one end of the pressing plate to be detected and the internal ground of the on-off detection unit, detect the micro voltage between the other end of the pressing plate to be detected and the internal ground, determine that the pressing plate to be detected is in the on-state if the micro voltage is detected, and otherwise, determine that the two ends of the pressing plate to be detected are open-circuited, and determine that the pressing plate to be detected is in the off-state, so that the on-off state of the pressing plate to be detected is simply and accurately detected. The micro voltage can be understood as a voltage which can be detected when the on-off state of the pressure plate to be measured is judged and has small electrical influence on the pressure plate to be measured.
The indication signal can comprise a state indication signal and/or a switching indication signal, a processing unit outside the system determines the switching state of the pressing plate to be tested according to the indication signal transmitted by the isolation unit, and if the processing unit receives the switching indication signal transmitted by the isolation unit, the processing unit can be used for determining the switching state of the pressing plate to be tested according to the switching indication signal. Considering that when the pressing plate to be detected is connected into the 220V loop, if the two ends of the pressing plate to be detected are disconnected, the loop voltage at the two ends of the pressing plate to be detected can be measured, and therefore, if the two ends of the pressing plate to be detected are measured to be electrified, it indicates that the pressing plate is always in the exit (disconnected) state, and therefore, preferably, the processing unit is further configured to determine the on-off state of the pressing plate to be detected as the exit state according to the electrified indication signal transmitted by the isolation unit, so that the detection efficiency is improved.
When the state of the pressing plate to be detected is detected, the pressing plate state detection is completed, so that preferably, the processing unit is further used for sending a pressing plate state measurement stop signal to the access control unit, and when the pressing plate state measurement stop signal is received, the access control unit executes a disconnection action, so that the on-off detection unit and the on-off detection unit are electrically disconnected from the access control unit.
Example two:
fig. 2 shows a flow of implementing the platen measurement method based on the platen status detection system according to the second embodiment of the present invention, and for convenience of description, only the relevant parts of the second embodiment of the present invention are shown, and the following details are described below:

If the state indicating signal can be directly transmitted to the access control unit, the access control unit executes a second switching-on action to control the on-off detection unit to be electrically connected with two ends of the pressing plate to be detected when receiving the electroless indicating signal, if the state indicating signal can not be directly transmitted to the access control unit, the state indicating signal is transmitted to the processing unit after being electrically isolated by the isolation unit, the processing unit generates an on-off measurement starting signal according to the electroless indicating signal and transmits the on-off measurement starting signal to the access control unit after being electrically isolated by the isolation unit, and when receiving the on-off measurement starting signal, the access control unit executes the second switching-on action to control the on-off detection unit to be electrically connected with two ends of the pressing plate.
In step S204, the on-off detection unit detects the on-off state of the pressing plate to be tested, and outputs an on-off indication signal for indicating the on-off state, so that the processing unit determines the on-off state of the pressing plate to be tested according to the on-off indication signal transmitted by the isolation unit.
In the embodiment of the present invention, when the on-off detection unit detects the on-off state of the pressing plate to be detected, preferably, the on-off detection unit applies a micro voltage between one end of the pressing plate to be detected and the internal ground of the on-off detection unit, detects the micro voltage between the other end of the pressing plate to be detected and the internal ground, if the micro voltage is detected, it is determined that the two ends of the pressing plate to be detected are short-circuited, and if not, it is determined that the two ends of the pressing plate to be detected are open-circuited, and it is determined that the pressing plate to be detected is in the off state, so that the on-off state of the pressing plate to. The on-off detection unit outputs an on-off indication signal for indicating the on-off state according to the detected on-off state of the pressing plate to be detected. The switching state comprises a switching state and a switching state, and the micro voltage can be understood as voltage which can be detected when the switching state of the pressure plate to be tested is judged and has small electrical influence on the pressure plate to be tested.
Preferably, the pressing plate state detection system further comprises a processing unit connected with the isolation unit, the processing unit determines the switching state of the pressing plate to be detected according to the switching indication signal received from the isolation unit, and the switching state of the pressing plate to be detected is determined through the processing unit in the pressing plate state detection system.
In the embodiment of the invention, the pressing plate state detection system comprises an access control unit, a voltage measurement unit, an on-off detection unit and an isolation unit, when the access control unit receives a measurement starting signal, the access control unit controls the voltage measurement unit to be electrically connected with two ends of a pressing plate to be detected, the voltage measurement unit detects whether the pressing plate to be detected is electrified, if the two ends of the pressing plate to be detected are not electrified, the access control unit controls the on-off detection unit to be electrically connected with the two ends of the pressing plate to be detected, the on-off detection unit detects the on-off state of the pressing plate to be detected and outputs an on-off indication signal for indicating the on-off state, so that the processing unit determines the on-off state of the pressing plate to be detected according to the on-off indication signal transmitted by the isolation unit, thereby realizing the detection of the on-off state of the pressing, the reliability of state detection is improved.
Example three:
fig. 3 shows an implementation flow of a platen state detection method based on the platen state detection system according to the third embodiment of the present invention, and for convenience of description, only the portions related to the third embodiment of the present invention are shown, and the following details are described below:
in step S301, when the access control unit receives a pressing plate state measurement starting signal, the access control unit controls the voltage measurement unit to be electrically connected to two ends of the pressing plate to be measured.
In step S302, the voltage measuring unit detects whether the pressing plate to be measured is charged, if the two ends of the pressing plate to be measured are not charged, step S303 is executed, and if the two ends of the pressing plate to be measured are charged, step S308 is skipped.
In step S303, the voltage measurement unit outputs a no-power indication signal.
In step S304, the access control unit controls the on-off detection unit to be electrically connected to two ends of the pressing plate to be tested.
In step S305, the on-off detection unit detects the on/off state of the platen to be measured, and outputs an on/off indication signal for indicating the on/off state.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the detailed implementation of steps S301 to S305 can refer to the description of steps S201 to S204 in the foregoing second embodiment, which is not repeated herein.
In step S306, the processing unit determines the on/off state of the platen to be tested according to the indication signal transmitted by the isolation unit.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the indication signal may include a state indication signal and/or a switching indication signal, the state indication signal includes an electrical indication signal and an electroless indication signal, and if the processing unit receives the switching indication signal transmitted by the isolating unit, the processing unit is configured to determine a switching state of the pressing plate to be measured according to the switching indication signal, and it is considered that when the pressing plate to be measured is connected to the 220V loop, if the two ends of the pressing plate to be measured are disconnected, the loop voltage at the two ends of the pressing plate to be measured can be measured, therefore, if the two ends of the pressing plate to be measured are charged, the pressing plate is always in a quitting (disconnected) state, and at this time, the processing unit determines the switching state of the pressing plate to be measured as a quitting state according to the charged.
In step S307, when the pressing plate state measurement stop signal is received, the access control unit controls the voltage measurement unit and the on-off detection unit to be electrically disconnected from both ends of the pressing plate to be measured.
In the embodiment of the invention, a processing unit inside or outside the pressing plate state detection system is connected with the on-off detection unit, when the on-off state of the pressing plate to be detected is detected, the pressing plate state detection is finished, the processing unit sends a pressing plate state measurement stop signal to the access control unit, and when the pressing plate state measurement stop signal is received, the access control unit executes the disconnection action so as to control the voltage measurement unit and the on-off detection unit to be electrically disconnected with the two ends of the pressing plate to be detected.
In step S308, the voltage measurement unit outputs a charging indication signal.
In step S309, the access control unit controls the on-off detection unit to remain electrically disconnected from the access control unit.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the pressing plate to be detected is connected into the 220V loop, if the two ends of the pressing plate to be detected are disconnected, the loop voltage at the two ends of the pressing plate to be detected can be measured, therefore, if the two ends of the pressing plate to be detected are electrified, the pressing plate is in a withdrawing (disconnected) state, under the condition, the withdrawing state of the pressing plate to be detected does not need to be further detected by the on-off control unit, therefore, if the two ends of the pressing plate to be detected are electrified, the access control unit does not act to control the on-off detection unit to be electrically disconnected with the access unit, and the electrical influence of the on-off detection unit on the pressing plate to be detected is reduced while. Specifically, if the status indication signal can be directly transmitted to the access control unit, when the electrical indication signal is received, the access control unit does not act to control the on-off detection unit to be electrically disconnected from the two ends of the pressing plate to be detected, if the status indication signal can not be directly transmitted to the access control unit, but is transmitted to the processing unit connected with the isolation unit after being electrically isolated by the isolation unit, the processing unit can be used for generating the locking signal according to the electrical indication signal and transmitting the locking signal to the access control unit after being electrically isolated by the isolation unit, and when the locking signal is received, the access control unit does not act to control the on-off detection unit to be electrically disconnected from the two ends of the pressing plate to be detected
