Description

Air conditioner condensation prevention control method and device and air conditioner
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of air conditioners, in particular to a control method and device for preventing condensation of an air conditioner and the air conditioner.
Background
Under the condition of high temperature, when an air conditioner is started indoors for refrigeration, because the temperature difference between the indoor and the outdoor is large, when cold air is blown directly, pores of a human body shrink, the sensible temperature is reduced, and if the cold air is blown directly for a long time, the human body is very easy to suffer from 'air conditioner diseases', so that the human body is uncomfortable. The existing air conditioner is additionally provided with a zero wind sense function, and cold wind direct blowing is prevented by adjusting the angles of the inner air guide door and the outer air guide door.
However, due to the adjustment of the angles of the inner and outer air guide doors, the air outlet area of the indoor unit of the air conditioner is reduced, the air outlet temperature is reduced, and the indoor unit is more likely to generate condensation in a high-temperature and high-humidity environment.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention solves the problem of reducing the probability of condensation when the air conditioner is used.
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides a control method for preventing condensation of an air conditioner, which comprises:
acquiring indoor moisture content when the air conditioner is in a zero wind sense mode;
if the moisture content is larger than a first preset value, acquiring indoor dew point temperature and inner disc temperature;
judging whether the difference between the indoor dew point temperature and the inner disc temperature is greater than or equal to a second preset value or not;
if the difference value between the indoor dew point temperature and the inner disc temperature is greater than or equal to a second preset value, judging whether the difference value between the indoor dew point temperature and the inner disc temperature is greater than or equal to a third preset value, if the difference value between the indoor dew point temperature and the inner disc temperature is greater than or equal to the third preset value, judging whether the upper limit frequency of the compressor is less than or equal to the difference value between the maximum frequency of the compressor and a fourth preset value, and if the upper limit frequency of the compressor is less than or equal to the difference value between the maximum frequency of the compressor and the fourth preset value, controlling the upper limit frequency of the compressor to be increased;
if the difference value between the indoor dew point temperature and the inner disc temperature is smaller than a second preset value, controlling the rotating speed of the inner fan to increase by a fifth preset value;
wherein the third preset value is greater than the second preset value.
And starting the subsequent control logic for preventing condensation of the air conditioner by judging whether the moisture content is greater than the first preset value or not, so that the judgment accuracy can be improved. Meanwhile, the air conditioner is controlled to prevent condensation according to the obtained corresponding relation between the indoor dew point temperature and the inner disc temperature, for example, when the difference value between the indoor dew point temperature and the inner disc temperature is greater than or equal to a third preset value, and the upper limit frequency of the compressor is less than or equal to the difference value between the maximum frequency of the compressor and a fourth preset value, the probability of indoor unit condensation generation at the moment is lower, the upper limit frequency of compression can be controlled to be increased, so that the user experience can be improved, and the refrigeration effect brought by the air conditioner can be enjoyed under the condition of high-temperature weather. Meanwhile, when the difference value between the indoor dew point temperature and the inner disc temperature is smaller than the second preset value, the probability of indoor unit condensation generation is higher, the air outlet quantity can be increased by controlling the rotating speed of the inner fan to increase the fifth preset value, the air outlet speed is increased, and the probability of indoor unit condensation generation is further reduced. By the control method, user experience can be improved, and meanwhile, the probability of condensation of the indoor unit is reduced.
Optionally, the step of controlling the upper limit frequency boost of the compressor comprises:
and controlling the upper limit frequency of the compressor to be increased by the fourth preset value.
The upper limit frequency of the compressor is increased in a mode of increasing the fourth preset value every time, so that the adjustment is relatively smooth, and the frequency modulation of the compressor is conveniently controlled.
Optionally, after the step of controlling the upper limit frequency of the compressor to be increased, the method for controlling condensation prevention of an air conditioner further includes:
and continuously executing the step of judging whether the difference value between the indoor dew point temperature and the inner disc temperature is greater than or equal to a second preset value.
After the upper limit frequency of the compressor is increased, the judging step is carried out again, circulation can be carried out, when the probability of the indoor unit condensation is judged to be low or high, adjustment is correspondingly carried out, for example, when the probability of the indoor unit condensation is low, the upper limit frequency of the compressor can be controlled to be increased, and when the probability of the indoor unit condensation is high, the rotating speed of the inner fan can be increased. The cyclic and reciprocating judgment can effectively avoid the generation of condensation and improve the user experience.
Optionally, after the step of controlling the rotation speed of the inner fan to increase by the fifth preset value, the control method for preventing condensation of the air conditioner further includes:
judging whether the rotating speed is less than the maximum rotating speed of a wind shield where the inner fan is located;
if the rotating speed is less than the maximum rotating speed of the wind shield where the inner fan is located, continuing to execute the step of judging whether the difference value between the indoor dew point temperature and the inner disc temperature is greater than or equal to a second preset value;
and if the rotating speed is greater than or equal to the maximum rotating speed of the wind shield where the inner fan is located, adjusting the rotating speed to the maximum rotating speed of the wind shield where the inner fan is located.
It should be noted that, after the step of increasing the rotation speed of the inner fan, when the rotation speed of the inner fan is less than the maximum rotation speed of the wind shield, the step of determining continues to be performed, so that the circulation may be performed. If the rotating speed is greater than or equal to the maximum rotating speed of the located wind shield, the rotating speed is adjusted to be the maximum rotating speed of the located wind shield, so that the abrasion caused by high rotating speed is reduced while larger air output is ensured, and meanwhile, certain electric energy can be saved.
Optionally, after the step of adjusting the rotation speed to the maximum rotation speed of the windshield, the method for controlling condensation prevention of an air conditioner further includes:
judging whether the upper limit frequency of the compressor is greater than or equal to the sum of the minimum frequency of the compressor and a sixth preset value;
if the upper limit frequency of the compressor is larger than or equal to the sum of the minimum frequency of the compressor and a sixth preset value, controlling the upper limit frequency of the compressor to be reduced, and continuously executing the step of judging whether the difference value between the indoor dew point temperature and the inner disc temperature is larger than or equal to a second preset value;
and if the upper limit frequency of the compressor is less than the sum of the minimum frequency of the compressor and a sixth preset value, exiting the zero wind sensation mode.
It should be noted that, after the rotation speed of the inner fan is adjusted to the maximum rotation speed of the wind shield, if the upper limit frequency of the compressor is greater than or equal to the sum of the minimum frequency of the compressor and the sixth preset value, it is indicated that the probability of condensation of the indoor unit is possibly greater at this time, and therefore, the upper limit frequency of the compressor is reduced, and the probability of condensation of the indoor unit is reduced by reducing the cooling capacity, and the above determination step is performed again to perform the circulation. And if the upper limit frequency of the compressor is less than the sum of the minimum frequency of the compressor and the sixth preset value, the zero wind sensation mode is exited, and the allowable reliability of the air conditioner is ensured.
Optionally, the step of controlling the upper limit frequency of the compressor to decrease comprises:
and controlling the upper limit frequency of the compressor to reduce the sixth preset value.
The reduction of the upper limit frequency of the compressor is carried out in a mode of reducing the sixth preset value every time, so that the adjustment is relatively smooth, and the frequency modulation of the compressor is conveniently controlled.
Optionally, the fourth preset value is smaller than the sixth preset value.
The compressor is adjusted through fast falling and the mode that rises slowly, and under the condition of easy condensation, the at utmost reduces the frequency fast, avoids the air conditioner condensation to produce to under the condition of difficult condensation, slowly raising the frequency avoids appearing the condensation once more and judges, and the compressor rises and falls frequently repeatedly, can improve the life of compressor.
Optionally, the step of obtaining the moisture content within the chamber comprises:
acquiring the wet bulb temperature and the dry bulb temperature, and calculating to obtain the moisture content according to the following formula:
Figure BDA0002533093250000041
ds=0.0043628e0.0607t
wherein tw is the wet bulb temperature; t is the dry bulb temperature; ds is the saturated moisture content.
The mode of obtaining the moisture content through the formula calculation is relatively accurate, and the rotating speed of the inner fan and the frequency of the compressor can be effectively adjusted.

Detailed Description
In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present invention comprehensible, embodiments accompanied with figures are described in detail below.
In the prior art, the following two judgment control logics are available to determine whether the air conditioner enters the condensation prevention control.
For example, the judgment of whether the air conditioner enters the anti-condensation control logic is carried out by the air humidity, but the following defects exist: when the ambient temperature is lower, even if the air humidity is high, the moisture content in the air is low, the air conditioner is not easy to condense, whether the air conditioner enters the condensation prevention control logic or not is judged through the humidity, the condensation problem can be solved, and the possibility of misjudgment exists.
And determining whether the air conditioner enters the anti-condensation control logic or not by judging the sizes of the outlet air temperature and the dew point temperature, but the following defects exist: under the national standard condensation working condition (27/24), the dew point temperature is 22.9 ℃, and if the air outlet temperature is modulated to be consistent with the dew point temperature, the refrigerating capacity of the air conditioner is poor.
Therefore, the two judgment control logics either have the possibility of misjudgment or cause the reduction of the air conditioning refrigerating capacity. The present embodiment provides a new judgment control logic, which can effectively alleviate the above existing technical defects.
In the embodiment, whether the air conditioner enters the anti-condensation control logic or not is judged by comparing the moisture content, the indoor dew point temperature and the inner disc temperature and the like. Through a large amount of experimental data, there is reasonable difference in finding out the interior temperature of being difficult for the condensation and indoor dew point temperature, and is lower than dew point temperature through air-out temperature modulation, is favorable to the room cooling and dehumidifies, avoids the condensation to produce when promoting user experience.
Referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2, in particular, the present embodiment provides a method for controlling condensation prevention of an air conditioner, which includes:
and acquiring the indoor moisture content when the air conditioner is in a zero wind sense mode.
And if the moisture content is greater than the first preset value, acquiring the indoor dew point temperature and the inner disc temperature.
And judging whether the difference between the indoor dew point temperature and the inner disc temperature is greater than or equal to a second preset value or not (S6).
If the difference between the indoor dew point temperature and the inner panel temperature is greater than or equal to the second preset value, it is determined whether the difference between the indoor dew point temperature and the inner panel temperature is greater than or equal to a third preset value (S7), if the difference between the indoor dew point temperature and the inner panel temperature is greater than or equal to the third preset value, it is determined whether the upper limit frequency of the compressor 60 is less than or equal to the difference between the maximum frequency of the compressor 60 and the fourth preset value (S8), and if the upper limit frequency of the compressor 60 is less than or equal to the difference between the maximum frequency of the compressor 60 and the fourth preset value, the upper limit frequency of the compressor 60 is controlled to be.
If the difference between the indoor dew point temperature and the inner panel temperature is less than the second preset value, the rotation speed of the inner fan 50 is controlled to be increased by a fifth preset value (S10).
And the third preset value is larger than the second preset value.
And starting the subsequent control logic for preventing condensation of the air conditioner by judging whether the moisture content is greater than the first preset value or not, so that the judgment accuracy can be improved. Meanwhile, the air conditioner is controlled to prevent condensation according to the obtained corresponding relation between the indoor dew point temperature and the inner disc temperature, for example, when the difference between the indoor dew point temperature and the inner disc temperature is greater than or equal to a third preset value, and the upper limit frequency of the compressor 60 is less than or equal to the difference between the maximum frequency of the compressor 60 and a fourth preset value, the probability of indoor unit condensation generation at the moment is lower, the upper limit frequency of compression can be controlled to be increased, so that the user experience can be improved, and the refrigeration effect brought by the air conditioner can be enjoyed under the condition of high-temperature weather. Meanwhile, when the difference between the indoor dew point temperature and the inner disc temperature is smaller than the second preset value, the probability of indoor unit condensation generation is higher, the air outlet quantity can be increased by controlling the rotating speed of the inner fan 50 to increase the fifth preset value, the air outlet speed is increased, and the probability of indoor unit condensation generation is further reduced. By the control method, user experience can be improved, and meanwhile, the probability of condensation of the indoor unit is reduced.
When the air conditioner is in the zero-wind-feeling mode, the wind guide door of the indoor unit is adjusted to a zero-wind-feeling angle, so that cold wind can be prevented from blowing directly. The adjustment of the air guide door can comprise the adjustment of an inner air guide door, the adjustment of an outer air guide door and the like. By installing the dry-wet bulb temperature sensor 20 indoors, the wet-bulb temperature, the dry-bulb temperature and the saturated moisture content can be detected by the dry-wet bulb temperature sensor 20, and the indoor moisture content can be obtained by calculating according to the correlation formulas of the dry-wet bulb temperature, the dry-bulb temperature and the saturated moisture content. The first preset value is related to the condensation effect of different air conditioner models, and in the embodiment, 14.5-15.5g/kg can be selected, for example, 14.5g/kg and 15 g/kg. 15.5g/kg, etc. In the embodiment, 15g/kg is selected, that is, when the moisture content in the room is detected to be more than 15g/kg, the dew point temperature in the room and the temperature of the inner disk are acquired. It will be appreciated that there is a mapping between the indoor dew point temperature and the indoor temperature and indoor humidity, which can be obtained by a look-up table or a correlation formula. In the above, the indoor temperature can be replaced by dry bulb temperature, i.e. detected by the dry bulb temperature sensor 20, and the indoor humidity can be detected by the indoor humidity sensor 30 installed on the indoor unit. Meanwhile, the inner plate temperature can be detected by an inner plate temperature sensor 10 arranged on the coil pipe of the indoor unit.
The second preset value is related to the condensation effect of different models, and the second preset value can be selected from 5-7 ℃, for example, 5 ℃, 6 ℃, 7 ℃ and the like. The third preset value can be understood as the value of B added to the second preset value, wherein B is 2-3 ℃. In the above, the fourth preset value may be 1.5 to 2.5Hz, for example, 1.5Hz, 2Hz, 2.5Hz, and the like, and in this embodiment, the fourth preset value is 2 Hz. In the above, the fifth preset value may be 40-60rpm, for example, 40rpm, 50rpm, 60rpm, etc., and in the present embodiment, the fifth preset value is 50 rpm.
Referring to fig. 1, in order to simplify the description, in fig. 1, as known to those skilled in the art, a denotes a first preset value, T dew point denotes an indoor dew point temperature, T inner disc denotes an inner disc temperature, Δ T denotes a second preset value, Δ T + B denotes a third preset value, F compressor denotes an upper limit frequency of compressor 60, F compressor max denotes a maximum frequency of compressor 60, F compressor min denotes a minimum frequency of compressor 60, R inner denotes an inner fan 50 rotation speed, and R inner max denotes a maximum rotation speed of each damper.
In this embodiment, the step of controlling the upper limit frequency of the compressor 60 to be increased includes:
the upper limit frequency of the compressor 60 is controlled to be raised by the fourth preset value (S9).
The increase of the upper limit frequency of the compressor 60 is performed by increasing the fourth preset value each time, so that the adjustment is relatively smooth, and the frequency modulation of the compressor 60 is conveniently controlled.
In this embodiment, after the step of controlling the upper limit frequency of the compressor 60 to be increased, the method for controlling the condensation prevention of the air conditioner further includes:
the step of determining whether the difference between the indoor dew point temperature and the inner disc temperature is greater than or equal to the second preset value is continuously performed (S6).
After the upper limit frequency of the compressor 60 is increased, the above-mentioned determining step (S6) is performed again, so that a cycle can be performed, and when the probability of the indoor unit condensation is determined to be low or high, the adjustment is performed correspondingly, for example, when the probability of the indoor unit condensation is low, the upper limit frequency of the compressor 60 can be controlled to be increased, and when the probability of the indoor unit condensation is high, the rotation speed of the inner fan 50 can be increased. The cyclic and reciprocating judgment can effectively avoid the generation of condensation and improve the user experience.
In this embodiment, after the step of controlling the rotation speed of the inner fan 50 to increase by the fifth preset value, the control method for preventing condensation of the air conditioner further includes:
it is determined whether the rotation speed is less than the maximum rotation speed of the windshield in which the inner fan 50 is located (S11).
If the rotating speed is less than the maximum rotating speed of the wind shield where the inner fan 50 is located, the step of determining whether the difference between the indoor dew point temperature and the inner disc temperature is greater than or equal to the second preset value is continuously executed (S6).
If the rotation speed is greater than or equal to the maximum rotation speed of the windshield in which the inner fan 50 is located, the rotation speed is adjusted to the maximum rotation speed of the windshield (S12).
After the step of increasing the rotation speed of the inner fan 50, if the rotation speed of the inner fan 50 is less than the maximum rotation speed of the windshield wiper, the process continues to the above-mentioned determination step (S6), and the loop is performed.
In this embodiment, after the step of adjusting the rotation speed to the maximum rotation speed of the windshield, the method for controlling condensation prevention of an air conditioner further includes:
it is judged whether or not the upper limit frequency of the compressor 60 is equal to or greater than the sum of the minimum frequency of the compressor 60 and the sixth preset value (S13).
If the upper limit frequency of the compressor 60 is greater than or equal to the sum of the minimum frequency of the compressor 60 and the sixth preset value, the upper limit frequency of the compressor 60 is controlled to be decreased (S14), and the step of determining whether the difference between the indoor dew point temperature and the inner disc temperature is greater than or equal to the second preset value is continuously performed (S6).
And if the upper limit frequency of the compressor 60 is less than the sum of the minimum frequency of the compressor 60 and the sixth preset value, exiting the zero wind sensation mode.
After the rotation speed of the inner fan 50 is adjusted to the maximum rotation speed of the wind shield, if the upper limit frequency of the compressor 60 is greater than or equal to the sum of the minimum frequency of the compressor 60 and the sixth preset value, it is described that the probability of condensation of the indoor unit is likely to be high, and therefore, the upper limit frequency of the compressor 60 is reduced, the probability of condensation of the indoor unit is reduced by reducing the cooling capacity, and the above-mentioned determination step (S6) is performed again to perform the cycle. If the upper limit frequency of the compressor 60 is less than the sum of the minimum frequency of the compressor 60 and the sixth preset value, the zero wind sensation mode is exited, and the allowable reliability of the air conditioner is ensured.
It should be noted that the sixth preset value may be 4-6 Hz. For example, 4Hz, 5Hz, 6Hz, etc., and in this embodiment, 5Hz is selected.
In the present embodiment, the step of controlling the reduction of the upper limit frequency of the compressor 60 includes:
the upper limit frequency of the compressor 60 is controlled to be lowered by the sixth preset value (S14).
The reduction of the upper limit frequency of the compressor 60 is performed by reducing the sixth preset value each time, so that the adjustment is relatively smooth, and the frequency modulation of the compressor 60 is conveniently controlled.
In this embodiment, the fourth preset value is smaller than the sixth preset value.
The compressor 60 is adjusted through fast falling and slow rising, under the condition of easy condensation, the maximum fast frequency reduction avoids the air conditioner condensation to produce, and under the condition of difficult condensation, slowly raises the frequency, avoids the condensation to appear once more to judge, and the compressor 60 rises the frequency repeatedly, can improve the life of the compressor 60.
In this embodiment, the step of acquiring the moisture content in the room includes:
acquiring the wet bulb temperature and the dry bulb temperature, and calculating to obtain the moisture content according to the following formula:
Figure BDA0002533093250000101
ds=0.0043628e0.0607t
wherein tw is the wet bulb temperature. t is the dry bulb temperature. ds is the saturated moisture content.
The moisture content calculated by the formula is relatively accurate, and the rotation speed of the internal fan 50 and the frequency of the compressor 60 can be effectively adjusted.
Referring to fig. 2, it will be appreciated that the aforementioned inner pan temperature sensor 10, wet and dry bulb temperature sensor 20, indoor humidity sensor 30, compressor 60, and inner fan 50 are all in communication with the controller 40. The controller 40 includes various computing modules, data modules, control modules, and the like. The inner panel temperature sensor 10 is installed on an inner panel of the indoor unit to detect the inner panel temperature. The dry-wet bulb temperature sensor 20 may be installed at the indoor unit, or may be installed at a position in the indoor unit, and detects the dry bulb temperature as well as the wet bulb temperature. An indoor humidity sensor 30 may be installed at the indoor unit to detect indoor humidity. The controller 40 receives signals output from the inner disk temperature sensor 10, the wet and dry bulb temperature sensor 20, and the indoor humidity sensor 30, and calculates the indoor moisture content, the indoor dew point temperature, the inner disk temperature, and the like. Controller 40 is through real-time supervision, compares with interior dish temperature through indoor dew point temperature, revises internal fan 50 rotational speed and compressor 60 frequency, prevents and slows down the production of condensation, simultaneously, can also promote user experience at this in-process.
According to the control method for preventing condensation of the air conditioner provided by the embodiment, a specific example is as follows:
s1: and starting a zero wind sensation mode.
S2: and (5) controlling the angle of the air guide door of the indoor unit to be adjusted to be in a zero wind sense state, and turning to S3.
S3: the indoor humidity, the dry-bulb temperature, and the wet-bulb temperature are acquired, and S4 is turned.
S4: the T dew point and the moisture content in the chamber are calculated and turned to S5.
S5: and judging whether the indoor moisture content is greater than A (g/kg), wherein A generally takes a value of 15(g/kg), and the A value is related to the condensation effect of different machine types. If not, maintaining the current situation; if so, go to S6.
S6: judging whether the T dew point-T inner disc is more than or equal to delta T (5-7 ℃), wherein the delta T is related to the self condensation effect of different machine types. If yes, go to S7; if not, go to S10.
S7: and (4) judging whether the T dew point-T inner disc is more than or equal to delta T + B, wherein the B generally takes a value of 2-3 ℃. If not, no action is taken; if yes, go to S8.
S8: it is determined whether the upper frequency fpressor of the compressor 60 is less than or equal to the maximum frequency fpressor max-2Hz of the compressor 60. If not, no action is taken; if so, go to S9.
S9: the upper limit frequency of the compressor 60 is controlled to be raised by 2Hz and the process goes to S6.
S10: after the rotation speed R of the inner fan 50 is controlled to increase by 50rpm, the operation proceeds to S11.
S11: and judging whether R is less than R inner max of the maximum rotating speed R of the inner fan 50 (R inner max is the maximum rotating speed of each gear). If yes, go to S6; if not, go to S12.
S12: the Rin of the inner fan 50 is controlled to be adjusted to the maximum rotation speed Rin max of the windshield, and the operation goes to S13.
S13: it is determined whether the upper frequency fpressor of the compressor 60 is greater than or equal to the minimum frequency fpressor min +5Hz of the compressor 60. If yes, go to S14, otherwise, exit from zero wind feeling mode.
S14: the upper limit frequency of the compressor 60 is controlled to be lowered by 5Hz, and a transition is made to S6.
In the present embodiment, each gear rotation speed of the inner fan 50 is within a range, and is not a fixed value. If the wind gear rotating speed is a certain fixed value, the problem of poor adjustability exists, and when the rotating speed of each wind gear is within an interval range, the control program can be adjusted according to the actual use condition. Thus, the lowest value of the range can be defaulted to operation (lower noise level) and the speed can be increased by the control method described above.
In this embodiment, zero wind sense mode can prevent that cold wind from blowing directly, promotes user's travelling comfort, prevents "air conditioner disease" in summer. Meanwhile, the control logic is used for controlling condensation prevention, so that the refrigeration capacity of the air conditioner is improved as much as possible on the basis of ensuring that the condensation phenomenon of the air conditioner cannot occur. And exit from the zero wind feeling mode under the condition that the rotating speed of the fan 50 and the frequency of the compressor 60 in the air conditioner are not adjustable, so that the running reliability of the air conditioner is ensured.
In the foregoing, the compressor 60 is adjusted in a fast-falling (5 Hz for each time) and slow-rising (2 Hz for each time) mode, so that the frequency is reduced rapidly to the maximum extent when the condensation condition is easy, the condensation of the air conditioner is avoided, the frequency is slowly increased when the condensation condition is not easy, the condensation judgment is avoided appearing again, and the frequency is repeatedly increased and decreased by the compressor 60. The above cycle is about 3-5 minutes in duration, that is, if continuous frequency reduction is required, frequency reduction is performed about 3-5 minutes apart, and if continuous frequency increase is required, frequency increase is performed about 3-5 minutes apart.
Referring to fig. 3, the present embodiment further provides a control device for preventing condensation of an air conditioner, which includes:
the first obtaining module 41: the method is used for acquiring the indoor moisture content when the air conditioner is in a zero wind sense mode.

The third judging module 45: and is used for judging whether the upper limit frequency of the compressor 60 is less than or equal to the difference between the maximum frequency of the compressor 60 and the fourth preset value when the difference between the indoor dew point temperature and the inner disc temperature is greater than or equal to the third preset value.
The control module 46: and is used for controlling the upper limit frequency of the compressor 60 to be increased when the difference between the indoor dew point temperature and the inner disc temperature is greater than or equal to a third preset value and the upper limit frequency of the compressor 60 is less than or equal to the difference between the maximum frequency of the compressor 60 and a fourth preset value. And a fifth preset value for controlling the rotation speed of the inner fan 50 to increase when the difference between the indoor dew point temperature and the inner disc temperature is less than the second preset value.
And the third preset value is larger than the second preset value.
According to the control device for preventing condensation of the air conditioner, the subsequent control logic for preventing condensation of the air conditioner is started through whether the moisture content is greater than the first preset value or not, and the judgment accuracy can be improved. Meanwhile, the air conditioner is controlled to prevent condensation according to the corresponding relation between the indoor dew point temperature and the inner disc temperature, for example, when the difference between the indoor dew point temperature and the inner disc temperature is greater than or equal to a third preset value, and the upper limit frequency of the compressor 60 is less than or equal to the difference between the maximum frequency of the compressor 60 and a fourth preset value, it is described that the probability of indoor unit condensation generation at the moment is low, the upper limit frequency of compression can be controlled to be increased, so that the user experience can be improved, and the refrigeration effect brought by the air conditioner can be enjoyed under the condition of high-temperature weather. Through the control device for preventing condensation of the air conditioner, the user experience can be improved, and meanwhile, the probability of condensation generation of the indoor unit is reduced.
