Abstract

本发明属于建筑领域,尤其是涉及一种温控型遮光楼宇透气窗,包括圆形的窗框,窗框内设有处于同一平面的、圆形的窗板,窗板通过多个固定块与窗框的内侧壁固定连接,相邻两个固定块之间固定连接有弧形气囊,弧形气囊、固定块以及窗板共同形成用于空气流通的透气间隙,窗板的周侧壁上设有与弧形气囊位置相对应的密封凹槽,使得弧形气囊膨胀时能够完全嵌入密封凹槽内使透气间隙被密封,且位于最下侧的固定块为导热块,导热块内设有储存有低沸点蒸发液的储液腔,各固定块上设有用于连通相邻弧形气囊的通孔。本发明通过设置低沸点蒸发液和弧形气囊,使弧形气囊能够根据温度的变化对透气间隙进行密闭或导通,起到定时开窗透气的效果。

Description

一种温控型遮光楼宇透气窗
技术领域
本发明属于建筑领域,尤其是涉及一种温控型遮光楼宇透气窗。
背景技术
现有的楼宇窗户大多是推拉式或上悬式,在使用过程中,需要人工手动控制开闭,在炎热的夏季,在外部温度较高时,人们通常选择紧闭门窗,在室内开启空调降温,然而,长期待在空调房内,会造成空气不流通的情况,使室内空气污浊,导致人们呼吸不畅,还会造成室内细菌传播的风险增加,然而现有的窗户一般需要手动开启,且人们在长期处于室内,很难做到定时开窗透气,不能很好地防止上述情况发生。
为此,我们提出一种温控型遮光楼宇透气窗来解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有的透气窗需要手动关闭、导致换气不及时的问题,提供一种能够根据温度自动控制开闭的温控型遮光楼宇透气窗。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用了下列技术方案:一种温控型遮光楼宇透气窗,包括圆形的窗框,所述窗框内设有处于同一平面的、圆形的窗板,所述窗框的内侧壁上转动连接有旋转框,多个固定块固定连接在旋转框的内侧壁上;所述旋转框上嵌设有多段永磁块,且位于旋转框最下侧和最上侧的所述固定块均为导热块,导热块内设有储存有低沸点蒸发液的储液腔;所述导热块和固定块之间连接有弧形气囊,各所述弧形气囊相互连接并与储液腔相连通;所述弧形气囊、固定块以及窗板共同形成用于空气流通的透气间隙;所述窗板的周侧壁上设有与弧形气囊位置相对应的密封凹槽,使得所述弧形气囊膨胀时能够完全嵌入密封凹槽内使透气间隙被密封;所述窗框的侧壁上设有多个与各永磁块异极相吸、用于对旋转框进行限位的永磁段;所述窗板内设有与之平行的真空腔。
在上述的温控型遮光楼宇透气窗中,永磁段通过螺栓固定在窗框的侧壁上,永磁段的正极与窗框的侧壁表面相接触;所述永磁块通过销钉固定在旋转框上,永磁块的负极与旋转框的侧壁相接触。
在上述的温控型遮光楼宇透气窗中,导热块采用铜合金制成。
在上述的温控型遮光楼宇透气窗中,真空腔的底端凹进窗板内部。
在上述的温控型遮光楼宇透气窗中,不透明液体采用浑浊油液,遮光腔前后通透。
在上述的温控型遮光楼宇透气窗中,所述遮光腔底部连接有呈水滴状的储存腔,遮光腔和储存腔均开设于窗板内。
与现有的技术相比,本温控型遮光楼宇透气窗的优点在于:
1、本发明通过设置低沸点蒸发液和弧形气囊,能够通过导热块的温度变化,控制低沸点蒸发液的汽化和液化,从而实现弧形气囊的膨胀和复位,使得弧形气囊能够根据温度的变化对透气间隙进行密闭或导通,因而,能够起到定时开窗透气的效果。
2、本发明通过设置真空腔和不透明液体,可通过旋转窗板,使真空腔发生旋转,当储存腔位于下侧时,窗板处于透光状态,当储存腔位于上侧时,窗板处于遮光状态,能够根据室内人员的需求进行调整,简单方便。

具体实施方式
以下实施例仅处于说明性目的,而不是想要限制本发明的范围。
实施例1
如图1-3所示,一种温控型遮光楼宇透气窗,包括圆形的窗框1,窗框1内设有处于同一平面的、圆形的窗板2,窗板2通过多个固定块3与窗框1的内侧壁固定连接,相邻两个固定块3之间固定连接有弧形气囊4,弧形气囊4采用弹性材料如橡胶制成,弧形气囊4、固定块3以及窗板2共同形成用于空气流通的透气间隙5(如图1所示),窗板2的周侧壁上设有与弧形气囊4位置相对应的密封凹槽21(如图3所示),使得弧形气囊4膨胀时能够完全嵌入密封凹槽21内使透气间隙5被密封,且位于最下侧的固定块3为导热块6,具体的,导热块6可采用铜合金制成,使其在确保有良好的硬度前提下,能够具备更好导热效果,另外,可在导热块6的表面涂刷黑漆,进一步提高其集热能力,导热块6内设有储存有低沸点蒸发液的储液腔61,低沸点蒸发液可采用二氯甲烷液体(沸点39.7摄氏度),各固定块3上设有用于连通相邻弧形气囊4的通孔31,使各弧形气囊4相互连接并与储液腔61相连通。
本实施例在初始状态下,弧形气囊4处于干瘪状态、空气能够在透气间隙5内自由流通,保持室内外空气的正常交换;
随着室外温度的升高,使导热块6升温,当温度升高到低沸点蒸发液的沸点以上时,使低沸点蒸发液汽化产生大量气体并充满各弧形气囊4,使各弧形气囊4膨胀并插入密封凹槽21内,使透气间隙5被堵住,空气不能流通,此时,人们可打开空调,对室内进行降温;
随着室内温度的下降,使得低沸点蒸发液重新液化成液体,并在重力的作用下重新回到储液腔61内,同时,弧形气囊4重新变成干瘪状态,使透气间隙5重新打开,能够让室内外空气进行流通,随着室内外空气的交换,导热块6重新升温,再次使低沸点蒸发液汽化,如此往复,能够起到定时开闭窗户,使空调房内实现定时通风的效果。
实施例2
如图4-7所示,本实施例与实施例1的不同之处在于:窗框1的内侧壁上转动连接有旋转框7,各固定块3固定连接在旋转框7的内侧壁上,旋转框7上嵌设有多段永磁块71,窗框1的侧壁上设有多个与各永磁块71异极相吸、用于对旋转框7进行限位的永磁段11;位于最上侧的固定块3也是导热块6,使得窗板2在两种状态下均能实现实施例1中自动开闭窗户的效果;
窗板2内设有与之平行的真空腔22,真空腔22由截面为水滴状的储存腔221和薄板状的遮光腔222组成,储存腔221内填充有不少于遮光腔222体积的不透明液体,不透明液体可采用浑浊油液,油液的物化性质较稳定,受温度的影响较小。
本实施例初始状态下,不透明液体存储在存储腔221内,遮光腔222前后通透(如图4所示),阳光能够直射进入室内;需要减少窗户的进光量,实现遮光效果时,转动旋转框7,使其绕窗板2的中心旋转180度,使上、下两个导热块6的位置对调、使储存腔221处于遮光腔222的上侧,使得不透明液体在自身重力的作用下进入遮光腔222内,使窗板2的大部分面积被不透明液体遮挡(如图5所示),从而实现遮光的效果。

1.一种温控型遮光楼宇透气窗,包括圆形的窗框(1),其特征在于,所述窗框(1)内设有处于同一平面的、圆形的窗板(2),所述窗框(1)的内侧壁上转动连接有旋转框(7),多个固定块(3)固定连接在旋转框(7)的内侧壁上;所述旋转框(7)上嵌设有多段永磁块(71),其中位于旋转框(7)最下侧和最上侧的固定块(3)均为导热块(6),导热块(6)内设有储存有低沸点蒸发液的储液腔(61);所述导热块(6)和固定块(3)之间连接有弧形气囊(4),各所述弧形气囊(4)相互连接并与储液腔(61)相连通;所述弧形气囊(4)、固定块(3)以及窗板(2)共同形成用于空气流通的透气间隙(5);所述窗板(2)的周侧壁上设有与弧形气囊(4)位置相对应的密封凹槽(21),使得所述弧形气囊(4)膨胀时能够完全嵌入密封凹槽(21)内使透气间隙(5)被密封;所述窗框(1)的侧壁上设有多个与各永磁块(71)异极相吸、用于对旋转框(7)进行限位的永磁段(11);所述窗板(2)内设有与之平行的真空腔(22)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的温控型遮光楼宇透气窗,其特征在于,真空腔(22)由截面为水滴状的储存腔(221)和薄板状的遮光腔(222)组成,所述储存腔(221)内填充有不少于遮光腔(222)体积的不透明液体。
3.根据权利要求1所述的温控型遮光楼宇透气窗,其特征在于,永磁段(11)通过螺栓固定在窗框(1)的侧壁上,永磁段(11)的正极与窗框(1)的侧壁表面相接触;永磁块(71)通过销钉固定在旋转框(7)上,永磁块(11)的负极与旋转框(7)的侧壁相接触。
4.根据权利要求1所述的温控型遮光楼宇透气窗,其特征在于,导热块(6)采用铜合金制成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的温控型遮光楼宇透气窗,其特征在于,真空腔(22)的底端凹进窗板(2)内部。
6.根据权利要求2所述的温控型遮光楼宇透气窗,其特征在于,不透明液体采用浑浊油液,遮光腔(222)前后通透。
7.根据权利要求2所述的温控型遮光楼宇透气窗,其特征在于,所述遮光腔(222)底部连接有呈水滴状的储存腔(221),遮光腔(222)和储存腔(221)均开设于窗板(2)内。
