Referring to fig. 1, the assembled wall body with a junction box installed outside a room according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a main wall body 100 and a wall body decoration plate 200, where two sides of the main wall body 100 correspond to the room and the outside, respectively, and an indoor side generally needs to be decorated on the surface of the main wall body 100, so that the wall body decoration plate 200 is located on the indoor side of the main wall body 100. Based on this, in this application, the inner wall of the main wall 100 refers to: the main wall 100 is close to the side wall of the wall decoration board 200, and the outer wall of the main wall 100 means: the main wall 100 is away from the sidewall of the wall trim panel 200. The junction box 3 of the embodiment of the present invention is installed at the outdoor side of the assembly wall, that is, on the outer wall of the main wall 100. Illustratively, the junction box 3 may be used for installing lights in a control corridor, or for installing a doorbell button, etc.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a wall trim 200 is fixed to a surface of a main wall 100 with a gap between the main wall 100 and the wall trim 200. Illustratively, the wall decoration board 200 is hung on the surface of the main wall 100 by a hanging device. Referring to fig. 3, the main wall 100 is formed by assembling a plurality of wall modules 1, and referring to fig. 4, the wall modules 1 include profile frames 10 and wall panels 12 at both sides of the profile frames 10; in some embodiments, sound and thermal insulating material 13 is also included between the two wall panels 12. Referring to fig. 1, a wall trim panel 200 is composed of a plurality of sub trim panels 2. The sub decorative plate 2 is a plate with a decorative layer on the surface, and the sub decorative plate 2 can be produced on a large-scale production line quickly. The sub-decorative plate 2 is hung on the surface of the main wall body 100 through a hanging structure, so that the finally obtained assembled wall body is smooth in surface, free of screw structure leakage, free of decoration procedures such as painting on the inner wall of the main wall body 100 on a construction site, neat in construction site, simple in operation steps, convenient and fast to install and high in construction efficiency.
It should be noted that, referring to fig. 4, the profile frame 10 at least includes two overlapping profiles 11, referring to fig. 3, fig. 6 and fig. 7, the overlapping profiles 11 include a plurality of abutting plates 111 and a first side plate 112 and a second side plate 113 located at the same side of the abutting plates 111, the first side plate 112 and the second side plate 113 are respectively and correspondingly attached to the two wall panels 12, and two sides of the wall panels 12 are flush with one side of the abutting plates 111 where the first side plate 112 and the second side plate 113 are connected; two opposite ends of the plurality of abutting plates 111 are sequentially and vertically connected to form a ladder, one end of the ladder is vertically connected to the end of the first side plate 112, and the other end of the ladder is vertically connected to the end of the second side plate 113; two lap joint section bars 11 are vertically arranged on two opposite sides of the wall body module 1 respectively, and openings of the two lap joint section bars 11 face the inner side of the wall body module 1. The abutting plates 111 of the two lap profiles 11 can abut against each other, and after the abutting plates 111 of the two lap profiles 11 abut against each other, the first side plate 112 of one lap profile 11 and the second side plate 113 of the other lap profile 11 are in the same plane. Based on this, the lap joint section bar 11 can be formed by a metal plate through the bending process, and the process is simple, the overall strength is higher, the material is saved, and the cost is lower.
Based on the structure of the lap joint profile 11, a plurality of wall modules 1 can be assembled by the lap joint profile 11 to form a main wall 100 with the wall panels 12 located on the same plane. Two 11 overlap joint section bars that are close to each other between two adjacent wall body modules 1 overlap joint cooperation, and the overlap joint section bar 11 that is located 1 both sides of middle wall body module cooperates the overlap joint with 11 of the overlap joint section bar of two adjacent wall body modules 1 respectively, can restrict this wall body module 1 and produce the motion along the direction of perpendicular to shingle nail 12 for the wall body of 1 overlap joint formation of wall body module's more firm. In addition, during the overlapping of the wall formworks 10, the wall module 1 can be directly moved from one side of the wall body to a predetermined installation position in a direction perpendicular to the wall surface plate 12. At this moment, when the wall body modules 1 positioned on the two sides of the edge of the wall body are installed, the wall body modules can be moved to a preset installation position from one side of the wall body along the direction perpendicular to the wall panel 12, so that the wall body modules 1 can be completely and accurately filled from the initial point of the wall body to the end point of the wall body, the problem that the tail end of the wall body is provided with an avoided installation gap due to the adoption of convex-concave insertion matching is avoided, and time and labor are saved.
It should be noted that the fixing and connecting manner between the wall modules 1 is not unique, and the two overlapping profiles 11 between two adjacent wall modules 1 may be connected and fixed in an adhesive manner, or may be connected and fixed by passing a screw through the plate surfaces of the two overlapping profiles 11 between two adjacent wall modules 1, which are attached to each other, without limitation. Similarly, the wall panel 12 and the sub-decorative panel 2 are made of one or more of gypsum board, calcium silicate board, glass magnesium board, glass wool board, ceramic board, fire-proof board, sound-absorbing board, carbon felt board, cement board, medium density board, europa board, metal board, inorganic fiber board, wood-plastic board or wood-work board according to different use scenes and use requirements, each of which has its own advantages and disadvantages, and is selected according to the use environment and requirements.
In addition, according to different use scenes and use requirements, the sound-insulation and heat-preservation material 13 can be one or a combination of more of rock wool, granular cotton, glass wool, phenolic foam boards, polystyrene boards, phenolic foam boards, polyurethane boards, foam ceramic boards, foam glass boards, perlite boards, aluminum silicate fiber cotton or ceramic fiber cotton, besides the above materials, the sound-insulation and heat-preservation material 13 can also be made of other materials, which are not listed.
The assembled wall body further comprises a bottom connection box 3, the bottom connection box 3 comprises a bottom plate 31 and a plurality of side plates 32 surrounding the edge of the bottom plate 31, the side plates 32 are perpendicular to the bottom plate 31, and the side plates 32 are sequentially connected end to end. Referring to fig. 3 and 5, the junction box 3 is embedded in the main wall 100, specifically, a mounting hole 14 is formed in the wall module 1 of the main wall 100, and the mounting hole 14 penetrates the wall panels 12 on the two sides of the wall module 1 in a direction perpendicular to the wall panels 12, that is, the mounting hole 14 is a through hole formed in the wall module 1; the wiring bottom box 3 is embedded in the mounting hole 14. The sectional shape of the mounting hole 14 is the same as the shape of the bottom plate 31 of the junction box 3, and the size of the opening of the mounting hole 14 is adapted to the size of the bottom plate 31. The bottom plate 31 of the terminal box 3 is located on one side of the mounting hole 14 close to the inner wall, and the depth of the terminal box 3 embedded in the mounting hole 14 can be adjusted so that the opening of the terminal box 3 is flush with the outer wall of the main wall 100.
The assembled wall further includes an angle fixing member 4 and a fixing member 5, referring to fig. 12, the angle fixing member 4 includes a first wing plate 41 and a second wing plate 42 arranged in an "L" shape, that is, the first wing plate 41 is perpendicular to the second wing plate 42, and one end of the first wing plate 41 is fixedly connected with one end of the second wing plate 42. Referring to fig. 14 or 15, the first wing plate 41 is bonded and fixed to the surface of the wall module 1, the second wing plate 42 is provided with a long hole 421 extending in a direction perpendicular to the first wing plate 41, and the second wing plate 42 is bonded to the side wall of the junction box 3. Referring to fig. 13, 14 and 15, the fixing member 5 passes through the elongated hole 421 and is fixed to the sidewall of the bottom block case 3, the fixing member 5 can slide along the length direction of the elongated hole 421, and in the process that the fixing member 5 slides along the length direction of the elongated hole 421, the distance between the first wing plate 41 and the opening of the bottom block case 3 can be changed, so that the depth of the bottom block case 3 inserted into the mounting hole 14 can be adjusted. When the fixing member 5 presses and fixes the second wing plate 42 to the side wall of the terminal box 3 and the first wing plate 41 is fixed to the inner wall of the main wall 100, the corner fixing member 4 is used to limit the movement of the terminal box 3 in the direction perpendicular to the main wall 100, so as to fix the terminal box 3 in the mounting hole 14. Illustratively, the fixing member 5 may be a bolt or a screw, or the fixing member 5 may be a combination of a bolt and a washer, etc., and is not particularly limited herein.
The assembled wall body further comprises a wiring line pipe 6, referring to fig. 3, the line pipe 6 is fixed on the inner wall of the wall body module 100, the line pipe 6 is used for penetrating a lead, one end of the line pipe 6 is communicated with the wiring bottom box 3, and the other end of the line pipe extends out of the assembled wall body to be communicated with a power supply or an electric appliance. The wire pipe 6 can play a role in protecting the wires, prevent the wires from being weathered or bitten by mice and the like, and reduce the risk of electric leakage of the wires.
The assembled wall body provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises: a main wall 100 formed by assembling a plurality of wall modules 1, and a wall decoration board 200 fixed outside the main wall 100 and formed by assembling a plurality of sub decoration boards 2. On one hand, compared with the prior art, the wire tube and the wiring bottom box are arranged in the wall module, the wire tube 6 and the wiring bottom box 3 of the embodiment of the invention are separated from the wall module 1, and after the wall module 1 is assembled to form the main wall 100, the wire tube 6 and the wiring bottom box 3 are arranged on the main wall 100; based on this, spool 6 and wiring end box 3 need not predetermine inside wall body module 1, can simplify wall body module 1's production technology, reduce wall body module 1's the preparation degree of difficulty, promote wall body module 1's production efficiency. On the other hand, the installation positions of the wiring bottom box 3 and the line pipe 6 can be adjusted randomly in the installation process of the assembled wall according to actual requirements, and compared with the installation positions preset in a wall module in advance, the position setting of the wiring bottom box 3 is more flexible, and the problem that the position of the wiring bottom box 3 cannot meet the user requirements is solved. On the other hand, when the conducting circuit or the wiring bottom box 3 breaks down and needs to be replaced, the sub-decorative plate 2 of the installation wiring bottom box 3 part of the wall body decorative plate 200 only needs to be taken down, the pipeline and the wiring bottom box 3 can be replaced, the wall body module does not need to be disassembled, and later maintenance and replacement are more convenient. On the other hand, the bottom connection box 3 is fixedly connected with the main wall 100 (the wall module 1) through the corner fixing piece 4, wherein the first wing plate 41 of the corner fixing piece 4 is fixedly connected with the wall module 1 of the main wall 100, the fixing piece 5 penetrates through the long hole 421 of the second wing plate 42 to be fixedly connected with the bottom connection box 3, and in the process that the fixing piece 5 slides in the long hole 421, the depth of the bottom connection box 3 embedded into the mounting hole 14 can be adjusted, so that the position of the opening 33 of the bottom connection box 3 is adjusted, and the opening 33 of the bottom connection box 3 can be kept flush with the outer side wall of the main wall 100. Through the adjustable structural design, the requirements on the processing precision of the terminal box 3 and the angle firmware 4 can be reduced, higher installation errors can be adapted, and the installation difficulty of the terminal box is reduced. On the other hand, when the wiring bottom boxes 3 are required to be installed on both sides of the assembled wall body, only the wire pipes 6 required on both sides need to be installed between the inner wall of the main wall body 100 and the wall body decorating plate 200, the wire pipes 6 do not need to be installed on both sides of the main wall body 100 respectively, the thickness of the assembled wall body is reduced to increase the indoor effective space, and the wiring bottom boxes 3 which are led to both sides of the assembled wall body can also be wired through one wire pipe 6 to reduce the installation cost. In summary, the assembled wall body provided by the embodiment of the invention, in which the wiring bottom box is installed outside the room, can realize the separation of the wall body module 1 and the wiring bottom box 3, and is convenient for the maintenance and repair of the wiring bottom box 3 and the wire tube 6.
Example one
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 17, a large number of conduits 6 or pipes are typically provided in the assembled wall (between the main wall 100 and the wall trim panel 200) to satisfy the electricity and water requirements of the building itself.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 18, 19 and 20, the wall decoration plate 200 is fixed with an elastic fastener 8 near the side wall of the main wall 100, one side of the elastic fastener 8 near the main wall 100 is provided with a C-shaped slot 8a, and the C-shaped slot 8a is engaged with the conduit 6 to fix the wall decoration plate 200 on the surface of the main wall 100. Compared with the fixing structure that the wall decoration board 200 and the main wall 100 are matched with each other, in the embodiment, through the matching of the elastic clamping hanging piece 8 and the wire tube 6, the wall decoration board 200 can be installed and fixed on the surface of the main wall 100 only by arranging the elastic clamping hanging piece 8 on one side of the wall decoration board 200, which is close to the main wall 100, and the wire tube 6 is used as a part of the fixing structure, so that the use amount of extra fixing pieces can be reduced, and the overall construction cost of the assembled wall body is further reduced.
Illustratively, referring to fig. 19, the elastic card hanging member 8 includes a fixing plate 81 and elastic limiting plates 82 disposed at two sides of the fixing plate 81, and the fixing plate 81 and the limiting plates 82 enclose a C-shaped card slot 8 a. And one end of the elastic stopper plate 82 away from the fixed plate 81 is bent inward (the sides close to each other) to form a bent portion 821. The interval between the ends of the two bent portions 821, which are away from the fixing plate 81, is smaller than the diameter of the conduit 6, the interval between the two elastic limiting plates 82 is equal to the diameter of the conduit 6, and the elastic limiting plates 82 can elastically deform in the direction perpendicular to the elastic limiting plates 82. The fixing plate 81 is provided with a fixing hole 811, and is fixedly mounted on the side wall of the sub decorative plate 2 near the main wall 100 through the fixing hole 811 at a position corresponding to the conduit 6. Example two
In some embodiments, there may be areas of no or only a small number of conduits 6 within the assembled wall where the conduits 6 are not distributed enough to provide attachment locations for the resilient catches 8. In this case, the conduit 6 for fixing only the wall decorative panel 200 may be installed on the surface of the main wall 100. However, the amount of the conduit 6 used increases, and the overall construction cost of the assembled wall increases.
For the above reasons, in some embodiments, referring to fig. 21, a first clamping structure 9 is disposed between the wall decoration plate 200 and the main wall 100, and the first clamping structure 9 includes a clamp 9a and a clamp 9 b. The buckle 9a is provided with a circular groove, and the inner side of the opening of the groove is provided with a clamping flange 93; the clamping head 9b comprises a circular bottom plate 94 and a plurality of clamping claws 95 arranged around the edge of the circular bottom plate 94 at intervals, and clamping protrusions 951 matched with the clamping flanges 93 are arranged on the outer sides of the clamping claws 95; one of the buckle 9a and the clamping head 9b is fixedly connected with the wall body decorative plate 200, the other one is fixedly connected with the main wall body 100, and the buckle 9a is matched with the clamping head 9b to fix the wall body decorative plate 200 on the surface of the main wall body 100. The draw-in gear 9b and the buckle 9a adopt the point-to-point cooperation mode, compare with setting up the spool 6 that is used for fixing the wall body decorative board on the surface of main wall body 100, in this embodiment, only need set up a plurality of buckles 9a on the surface array of main wall body 100, its consumptive material is lower, therefore can reduce the construction cost of assembled wall body.
Exemplarily, referring to fig. 22, the buckle 9a includes a circular fixing plate 91 and a clamping plate 92 disposed around an edge of the circular fixing plate 91, a gap perpendicular to the circular fixing plate 91 is uniformly disposed along a circumferential direction of the clamping plate 92, and the clamping plate 92 is equally divided into a plurality of sub-clamping plates 921, so that the clamping plate 9 can generate elastic deformation along a radial direction of the circular fixing plate 91. The inboard of cardboard 92 keeping away from the one end of circular fixed plate 91 has joint flange 93, and the lateral wall that circular fixed plate 91 was kept away from to joint flange 93 is first lateral wall, and the one end that cardboard 92 was kept away from to the slope of one side that is close to circular fixed plate 91 to first lateral wall, forms the guide face. Referring to fig. 23, the chuck 9b includes a circular base plate 94 and a plurality of clamping jaws 95 uniformly arranged around the edge of the circular base plate 94, the clamping jaws 95 protrude from the axis of the circular base plate 94 along the middle part perpendicular to the direction of the circular base plate 94, and the clamping protrusions 951 are integrally arc-shaped so that the clamping protrusions 951 slide into and out of the circular grooves. The circular bottom plate 94 is provided with a fixing hole for fixedly connecting with the wall body decorative plate. Referring to fig. 24, when the chuck 9b is engaged with the buckle 9a, the clamping protrusion 951 abuts against the guide surface, and then the clamping jaw 95 elastically deforms and contracts inward under the action of force, and meanwhile, the clamping plate 92 elastically deforms, and the clamping protrusion 951 opens the clamping plate 92; then, the clamping protrusion 951 slides into the circular groove and is clamped at one side of the clamping flange 93 close to the circular fixing plate 91, so that the clamping head 9b and the clamping buckle 9a are fixed, and the wall decoration plate 200 is fixed on the surface of the main wall 100.
It should be noted that, in the process of actually constructing and constructing the fabricated wall, the fabricated box can be used in combination with the structures of the first embodiment and the second embodiment according to different situations (distribution density and number of the conduit pipes 6) of each position of the fabricated box, for example, the installation method of the first embodiment is preferentially used for fixing the sub decorative plates 2 at the position where the conduit pipes 6 and the water pipes are densely arranged, and the method of the second embodiment is preferentially used for fixing the sub decorative plates 2 at the position where the conduit pipes 6 are fewer or none.
EXAMPLE III

Referring to fig. 25, the second clamping structure 20 includes a square pipe 201, the square pipe 201 includes a first pipe wall and a second pipe wall which are arranged oppositely, the first pipe wall is attached to the surface of the main wall 100, a plurality of clamping holes 2011 are arranged at intervals along the length direction of the second pipe wall, a plurality of deformation joints 2012 are uniformly arranged along the circumferential direction of the clamping holes 2011, and the deformation joints 2012 extend along the radial direction of the clamping holes 2011. The second engaging structure 20 further includes a chuck 9b, and the chuck 9b in this embodiment is the same as that in the second embodiment, and is not described herein again. Compared with the second embodiment, in the second embodiment, the square pipe 201 is used for replacing the buckle 9a, so that the installation difficulty of the second clamping structure 20 is reduced, and the building efficiency of the assembled wall body is improved. Square pipe 201 compares in buckle 9a simple structure, and the preparation is convenient, only need set up the round hole in square pipe 201's suitable position can.
The square pipe 201 has a large weight, and the square pipe 201 is fixed on the main wall 100, so that the sub decorative plate 2 can be conveniently moved and installed. For example, a mounting hole may be formed in the first pipe wall at a position corresponding to the fastening hole 201, and the square pipe may be fixed to the main wall through the mounting hole by using a screw or a bolt penetrating through the fastening hole 201. The deformation joint 2012 arranged in the circumferential direction of the clamping hole 2011 and extending along the radial direction of the clamping hole 201 can enable the region where the mounting hole 2011 of the square pipe 201 is located to generate elastic deformation, so that the clamping head 9b is conveniently clamped and matched with the clamping hole 201.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 26, an abutting flange 942 may be further disposed in the circumferential direction of the circular bottom plate 94 of the chuck 9b, and the abutting flange 942 is used for abutting against the side wall of the square pipe 201, so that the chuck 9b is additionally abutted against the square pipe 201, the square pipe 201 is prevented from being directly contacted with the wall decoration plate 200, the requirement on the flatness of the second pipe wall of the square pipe 201 is reduced, and the processing difficulty of the square pipe 201 is reduced.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 5, the assembly wall further includes at least one mounting screw, the first wing plate 41 is provided with at least one connecting hole 411, and the screw passes through the connecting hole 411 and is fixedly connected with the surface (wall panel 12) of the wall module 1.
In some embodiments, the number of the corner fixing members 4 is plural, and the plurality of corner fixing members 4 are uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction of the junction box 3; correspondingly, the number of the fixing pieces 5 is also multiple, and the fixing pieces 5 correspond to the corner fixing pieces 4 one by one. For example, a threaded hole may be formed at a predetermined position of a sidewall of the back-end box 3, and the fixing member 5 may be fixedly connected to the back-end box 3 through the threaded hole. Illustratively, referring to fig. 14 or 15, the number of the corner fixing members 4 and the fixing members 5 is two, two corner fixing members 4 are respectively located at two opposite sides of the bottom connection box 3, and correspondingly, a threaded hole is respectively arranged in the middle of two opposite side plates 32 of the bottom connection box 3.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 5 and 11, the bottom panel 31 of the splice tray 3 is provided with wire holes 34. The conduit 6 is communicated with the wiring bottom box 3 through the wiring hole 34.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 3 and 5, conduit 6 comprises a first elbow section 61, an inner pipe section 62, a second elbow section 63, and an outer pipe section 64 connected in series. One end of the first elbow section 61 communicates with the wiring hole 34 and the other end is located in the mounting gap. One end of the inner pipe section 62 is communicated with the other end of the first bend pipe section 61, and the other end is positioned at the top of the mounting gap; the second bend section 63 penetrates through the wall body decorative plate 200, and one end of the second bend section is communicated with the inner pipe section 62, and the other end of the second bend section is communicated with the outer pipe section 73; the outer pipe section 73 is located on the side of the wall trim panel 200 away from the main wall 100.
In some embodiments, the assembled wall further comprises a conduit fixing 7. Referring to fig. 16, the conduit fixing member 7 includes a conduit fixing member body 71 and wing plates 72 located on both sides of the conduit fixing member body 71, the conduit fixing member body 71 is attached to the conduit 6, and the wing plates 72 are attached to and fixed to the wall surface plate 12. Illustratively, when the conduit 6 is a cylindrical pipe, the conduit fastener body 71 has a semi-circular arc-shaped structure, and both side flanges 72 thereof are provided with small holes, and the flanges 72 are fastened to the surface of the wall panel 12 by screws passing through the small holes. The number of the conduit fixing members 7 can be adjusted (increased or decreased) according to the length of the conduit 6, so that the conduit 6 can be stably fixed on the main wall 100, that is, the conduit 6 has a small shaking amplitude or does not shake. In addition, the conduit fixing members 7 are typically evenly distributed along the length of the conduit 6, which effectively limits the play of the conduit 6 with a smaller number of conduit fixing members 7.
In some embodiments, the bottom block 3, the corner fasteners 4 and the fasteners 5 are made of a metal material, which has high structural strength and is not prone to structural deformation or structural failure. Illustratively, the junction box 3, the corner fixing members 4, and the fixing members 5 may be made of a stainless steel material, or an aluminum alloy material.
The construction method of the assembled wall body provided by the embodiment of the invention and provided with the wiring bottom box arranged outside the room comprises the following steps:
step S1: a plurality of wall modules 1 are assembled in sequence to form a main wall 100. Two adjacent overlapping profiles 11 of two adjacent wall modules 1 are fixed in an overlapping manner. The two overlapping sections 11 may be fixed by screwing, or may be fixed by bonding or clipping, which is not limited herein.
Step S2: a mounting hole 14 is formed at a predetermined position of the main wall 100. The opening shape of the mounting hole 14 is adapted to the shape of the junction box 3, and the depth of the mounting hole 14 penetrates through the two wall panels 12 of the wall module 1.
Step S3: the fixing piece 5 penetrates through the long hole 421 of the second wing plate 42 of the corner fixing piece 4 to be connected with the side wall of the bottom connection box 3, the relative position of the second wing plate 42 and the bottom connection box 3 is adjusted until the first wing plate 41 is attached to the inner wall of the main wall 100, the opening 33 of the bottom connection box 3 is flush with the outer wall of the main wall 100, and then the second wing plate 42 and the side wall of the bottom connection box 3 are fixedly pressed through the fixing piece 5. By this step, the fixing member 5, the corner fixing member 4 and the junction box 3 are fixedly joined as a whole.
Step S4: inserting the entirety of the junction box 3, the corner fixing member 4 and the fixing member 5 into the mounting hole 14 in a direction from the inside to the outside (a direction perpendicular to the main wall 100 and directed from the inner wall of the main wall 100 to the outer wall of the main wall 100), wherein the opening 33 of the junction box 3 is directed toward the outer wall of the main wall 100; the first wing plate 41 of the corner fixing member 4 is fixedly connected to the inner wall of the main wall 100.
Step S5: the first wing plate 41 of the corner fixing member 4 is fixed to the inner wall of the main wall 100 using screws.
Step S6: the first elbow section 61, the inner pipe section 62, the second elbow section 63 and the outer pipe section 64 are installed in this order, and the inner pipe section 62 is fixed to the inner wall surface of the main wall 100 using the pipe fixing member 7. Illustratively, the conduit pipe fixing member 7 may be used to fix the outer pipe section 64 to the building roof, which is not particularly limited herein.
Step S7: a wall body decorative plate 200 is installed on the surface of the main wall body 100, and a wire inlet is formed at a position of the wall body decorative plate 200 corresponding to the second elbow section 63, so that the second elbow section 63 can pass through the wall body decorative plate 200 from the wire inlet.
According to the construction method of the assembled wall body with the wiring bottom box installed outside the room, provided by the embodiment of the invention, in the process of assembling the main wall body, the wall body module 1 does not need to be cut on the construction site, the positions of the line pipe 6 and the wiring bottom box 3 do not need to be considered, the construction site is neat, the operation steps are simple, the installation is convenient and fast, and the construction efficiency is high. The installation of the main wall 100 and the installation of the line pipe 6 and the wiring bottom box 3 are separated from each other, the installation steps are simple, and the field installation operation is simple and convenient.

a junction box having an opening; the main wall body is provided with a mounting hole, the wiring bottom box is embedded in the mounting hole, the opening of the wiring bottom box faces the outer side of the main wall body, and the opening of the wiring bottom box is flush with the outer wall of the main wall body;
the corner fixing piece comprises a first wing plate and a second wing plate which are arranged in an L shape, the first wing plate is fixedly attached to the inner wall of the main wall body, the second wing plate is provided with a long hole extending in the direction perpendicular to the first wing plate, and the second wing plate is attached to the side wall of the junction box;
the fixing piece penetrates through the strip hole to be fixed with the side wall of the junction box, can slide along the length direction of the strip hole, and can press and fix the second wing plate on the side wall of the junction box;
the spool, the spool is fixed in on the inner wall of main wall body, just the one end of spool with the bottom box intercommunication of working a telephone switchboard.

The assembly type wall body of the outdoor side installation connection bottom box according to claim 1, wherein an elastic clamping hanger is fixed on the side wall of the wall body decorative plate close to the main wall body, a C-shaped clamping groove is formed in one side of the elastic clamping hanger close to the main wall body, and the C-shaped clamping groove is clamped with the line pipe to fix the wall body decorative plate on the surface of the main wall body.

4. The assembled wall body of the outdoor side installation connection bottom box of claim 1, wherein a second clamping structure is arranged between the wall body decorative plate and the main wall body, and the second clamping structure comprises:
the square pipe comprises a first pipe wall and a second pipe wall which are oppositely arranged, the first pipe wall is attached and fixed to the surface of the main wall, a plurality of clamping holes are formed in the length direction of the second pipe wall at intervals, a plurality of deformation joints are uniformly formed in the circumferential direction of the clamping holes, and the deformation joints extend in the radial direction of the clamping holes;
the clamping head comprises a circular bottom plate and a plurality of clamping jaws arranged around the edge of the circular bottom plate at intervals; the circular bottom plate is fixedly attached to the wall body decorative plate, and clamping protrusions matched with the clamping holes are arranged on the outer sides of the clamping jaws;
the clamping head is clamped with the clamping hole to fix the wall body decorative plate on the surface of the main wall body.

the opening of the wiring bottom box is opposite to the bottom plate, a wiring hole is formed in the bottom plate, and the wire pipe penetrates through the wiring hole and the wiring bottom box.

sequentially assembling a plurality of wall modules to form a main wall;
arranging a mounting hole at a preset position of the main wall body;
the fixing piece penetrates through a long hole of a second wing plate of the corner fixing piece to be connected with the side wall of the junction box, the positions of the second wing plate and the junction box are adjusted until the first wing plate is attached to the inner wall of the main wall body, the opening of the junction box is flush with the outer wall of the main wall body, and the second wing plate and the side wall of the junction box are fixedly pressed through the fixing piece;
inserting the whole of the junction box, the corner fixing piece and the fixing piece into the mounting hole along the direction from inside to outside, wherein the opening of the junction box faces the outer wall of the main wall;
fixing the first wing plate of the corner fastener on the inner wall of the main wall by using a screw;
sequentially installing a first bent pipe section, an inner pipe section, a second bent pipe section and an outer pipe section, and fixing the inner pipe section on the inner wall surface of the main wall body by using a wire pipe fixing piece;
and wall body decorative plates are sequentially arranged on the surface of the main wall body, and a wire inlet is formed in the position, corresponding to the second bent pipe section, of each wall body decorative plate, so that the second bent pipe section is positioned in the wire inlet.
