Description

Environment-friendly methanol fuel and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of methanol fuels, and particularly relates to an environment-friendly methanol fuel and a preparation method thereof.
Background
With the rapid development of economy, the energy demand is increasing. At present, due to the shortage of resources and the great pressure of the long-term development of the world economy, and the fact that fuels such as diesel oil adopted in the current industry contain various harmful gases, particle dust and the like in exhaust gas after combustion, the environment is seriously polluted, and the healthy life of human beings is influenced, therefore, the research and development of clean and environment-friendly alternative energy sources are very important.
The methanol is used as an environment-friendly clean energy source, has rich resources and low price, can be prepared from coal and charcoal, can be directly prepared by hydrogenation of carbon dioxide, and can also be obtained from other byproducts of chemical industry and pharmaceutical industry.
The industrial production technology for preparing the methanol is widely and mature applied, and the methanol is the simplest and most practical as a partial fuel alternative energy source. The alcohol fuel is a clean alternative fuel, methanol contains oxygen, and the ratio of carbon to hydrogen is 1: 4, complete combustion can be realized, and emission of carbon-containing substances such as CO and the like is reduced. However, methanol fuel has corresponding disadvantages, such as low calorific value and toxicity of methanol, corrosion of metal surface and rubber plastic pad by methanol fuel, low temperature phase separation of methanol fuel, poor stability of methanol fuel, etc.
Chinese patent CN101240200B discloses a methanol clean fuel for vehicles, which is prepared by taking methanol, light hydrocarbon, high-carbon alcohol, gasoline or gasoline component oil and the like as raw materials and adding a methanol modifier, a combustion improver, a cleaning dispersant, an anticorrosion inhibitor, an antioxidant and an antiwear agent in the production process. The vehicle methanol clean fuel has the advantages of high preparation cost and narrow application field.
Chinese patent CN104449882B discloses an alcohol ether ester methanol fuel, which is prepared from the following raw materials: methanol, lower alcohols, ethers, esters; the low-carbon alcohol is a mixture of ethanol, propanol, glycerol and isobutanol, the ether is a mixture of ethyl tert-butyl ether, methyl tert-amyl ether, ethyl tert-amyl ether and diisobutyl ether, and the ester is a mixture of ethyl acetate, diethylene glycol fatty acid ester and dibutyl phthalate. The alcohol ether ester methanol fuel prepared by the invention has smaller power and lower combustion value.
Therefore, the invention provides an environment-friendly methanol fuel aiming at the problems of high pollution, high cost, insufficient power of the methanol fuel, poor stability and the like of the traditional fuel.
